It is not working now on my samsung mobile model SM-G998B/DS. While it was working fine since I bought this phone. Now it works after I disabled the developer options but: 1- It asks me to update every time I open the app. while there's no updates. 2- I don't like the survey with any transaction all time. 3- It keeps telling me that the app is not responding and asks me if I want to wait or close the app. 4- The update that is for my specific mobile model mentioned above keeps asking to "retry"

It had been useful before the last update which made it awful disaster. You can't make screen shot, you can't pay from a range (e.g. 1 to 500 pounds) rather you are obliged to choose from limited restrictions (10, 30, 60, 100) . After that update, the app doesn't deserve even one star !

The last update is so frustrating. The app keeps notifying me about the new update even after updating it. I tried deleting and reinstalling it all over, same issue. Also it keeps stopping for no reason. I can't use it. Please fix it, thank you.

I have no idea why no one is carrying about fixing the issue, and the call centre is just repeating the same thing to change the password and reinstall the app, I tried to explain that the password is just fine and I did already reinstall the app but still have the same issue my wallet is blocked and they can not even see it ???????!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FIND ANOTHER WALLET AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY

The app was very useful and confenient untill the update. This process does not add any advantage to the app. After update the app became very slow and had many bugs. Moreover, the font is very small, with faint color and a bad contrast. Please try to fix these problems and make the app goes with the known NBE good reputation.

Every update is much worse than the one preceding it. It used to be working before the update, but it stopped sending money transfer notification messages as it used to do before. It keeps crashing all the time. It refuses even to open on most android phones. It's just a shame on the biggest national bank in Egypt to be such a failure online!

Very bad update ...I discovered issue after someone transfered money to me ...now I can't withdraw my amount ...the app must send notifications to all customers that there is an outage in this app to prevent coming Money transfers. If any one have the same issue ...you can open app on iOS & transfer money to another wallet until the issue be solved. Until now nbe didn't say the expected time to solve the current issue

After the last update, forcing customers to turn the devwloper options off shows a strong sign of yohr IT department weakness and that they can't counter hackers. I jabe other bank apps that works normally, allows us to copy our bank info data and take screen shots when needed. If you take security on the customers not for them , you will lose eventually.

It's about four weeks since we faced this App crashing problem. We still have the same problem. It hasn't been solved even with the developer option closed. Nobody in nbe's customer service knows anything. Very bad and very very upset. Problem solved. After setting the developer option off. Go to security settings and set some of them (fingerprint, Face unlock, pin code and password). It worked with me as it should. Good luck.

This app was working well before the last update at 18- 12- 2023 I click on the icon then open welcome screen . After that a new message box appears "Do you allow this app send notification" , There are two options but in both cases the app crash. I try many times no change . I uninstalled app and reinstall it but the same crach problem happened

It used to work well. Now it kept restarting very frequently that I can't use it. I made force stop and opened again but it didn't work. I freed some storage but it didn't work. I uninstalled it and installed back, it opened but it's not sending an activation code. Please help. I need to access my account. Thank you!

The app is always crashing and showing errors, double transactions and bugs. It won't work at all if the developers options are on which is very stupid and annoying

Very bad application .. if I can rate it less than star, I will ,malfunction intervals is longer than working ,in addition , slower performance than any similar application

Hello! I’m writing to inform you about an issue I encountered with the app update. The app crashes with my android system and does not load properly. The first screen is white and no connection appears. It closes before the welcome screen. This makes the app unusable and frustrating. I hope you can fix this problem as soon as possible. Very strange that after the last update, it only opens if you have the keyboard set to the default (eg, if u have Gboard selected, it will not open).. and also if you have the Developer Options ON it will not open!! And it doesn't tell you!!! The same problem is with the Token app!! This is very strange and I'm sorry to say.. very stupid!!! I can't keep changing settings every time I use either apps!!!

The worst application on the face of the earth, and every once in a while it tells me that you entered the wrong password and locks the account, and even when the update is done, it does not want me to enter and not working, and when I turn off developer options on the phone and wait, it sends me the activation code also, you do not send it. The last update is ****. The app is not opening anymore, just gets stuck before the welcome screen and then it closes automatically. And it seems a general issue that dropped your app rating, do some test before launching such miserable update.
