Update many times per month. It makes me feel unprofessional and unstable app. I must update anytime when I need to use it. App architecture should make invisible update with customers

Error cannot connect to the internet and auto shut down. Check my wifi and 4G, they are all good, I got no such problems while using other banking apps.

terrible, open an account by app always failed, scans info from id card rarely precise but not allow user to edit. Support line can not give an advice to rosolve the issue.

- An useless app as super slow processing of any features in App. - Promotion got to error state every next time once it executed the first time successfully. - I will not give any truth for the bank if a bank mobile application works with this poor quality.

Overall it's good. The connection is fast and interface is user-friendly, even to new ones. However, the app doesn't load and sometimes quits unexpectedly. Please help fix it. Thank you.

It's a stupid idea to invent these double apps (this app and OCBoitp app). Frequently ask for update, wait infinitely when transferring money, and block the Web-based Internet banking while it gets problem.

It's a really really bad app, hasn't been improved since my last comment. When i want to sign in and make transactions, it lags and takes me a lot of time. The worst bank app I've ever used
