Why will an exchange remove a country from its app. You'd have stated the countries allowed to register on your platform before downloading. This is a very annoying and worst experience. If you're a Nigerian,don't download the app because you won't be able to sign up. I just wasted my efforts in downloading this annoying app.

Though good project but activating Smart OTP is an issue that needs to be solved prior to this time it wasn't an issue until upgrade. Please try and fix this bug to enable access to the account.

Great user interface but need more country selection options, it's not encouraging at all for most people to be struggling during registration just because you guys have a limited number of countries that can sign up at the moment.

The tap to earn gaming is awesome, but then registration has been limited to a number of countries which needs to be corrected. It is disheartening that even after update no country or region was added. How do you promote this project if African region is excluded most especially countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d'ivoire, South Africa. Kindly find something to do ASAP. Thanks.

Why can I even download this if it's not available in my country, what bull*hit, because it's not available in my country and I can't sign up, I can't even get eligible for the onus airdrop, this is completely bs, if you are going to release something like this you need to make it where every user has access, not just 2, because of this I'm making sure everyone I know moves to a diffrent exchange

Not happy with my experience so far, I tried completing KYC but It keeps getting denied due to the fact that the app requires hard copy of my ID instead of printout. getting a hard copy of my ID is quite difficult in my country which is why it will be most helpful if printouts are to be accepted by the app henceforth

Great interface, but there room for improvement in the area of prompt customer support services. More also I had trouble recovering funds sent to the wallet, didn't reflect on wallet and customer support are saying the transaction isn't on record. Please look into that.

Don't waste your time and move to next exchange that is better than ONUS. I applied multiple times for identity verification every time they have excuses or even nothing wrong with my information. If this a bug or glitch so fixed it Otherwise very bad experience that I face. Thanks..

Infact I must say that this app is indeed so helpful. I got to know about this Onus exchange from their telegram ONX project and it's fast and reliable. Although, to be candid, I haven't made any transactions on it but a friend of mine told me they're pretty good to transact with. This app is very scammy, so be mindful. It's been 2 years and they still haven't given me my $10 sign up bonus. They have continually told me they can see that I have met the requirements and that the system will issue the bonus soon and then they hurry and close the support ticket before I can even respond back. If you have a small holding, say you put $30 into a coin and it has fallen a lot and is now at $10, your stuck because now you don't have the minimum amount needed to sell or convert.
