The most useless and worst application, freezes all the time, we have been using it for a long time and it does not work, it fails to mark the time, it takes too long to load, in expense report it is almost impossible to load the photos you have to repeat the process at least 5 times, 0 stars if you could if they take it out of appstore it would be better

This app and its corresponding desktop website are unreliable. For the app specifically, I am often unable to log in because the home page will not load. Recently, punches that I have made through the app do not register in the app. In other words, I will punch in but when I go to punch out, there is no record of my punch in. However, when I log in via the desktop website, my account DOES show a punch. This has resulted in several days of messed up time sheets that need to be manually fixed.

Every update, Paycor gets worse. The differences between confirming your own timesheet vs confirming someone you supervise makes no sense. The fact that you submit your timesheet, and you don't get a confirmation makes it at a 2-star. Navigation on computer and phone is straight trash because there are 3-4 areas on every page you can scroll, none of which are intuititve.

App isn't working. Before I uninstalled it, it would halfway freeze on the home page. Meaning sometimes I could toggle up and down but I'd be unable to click anything. The screen is dark and the "loading circle" is stuck at the top. I uninstalled, then reinstalled. Now I can't even log in. Almost a month later. App still sucks

They made it mpossible to log in. I can already see all the older people smashing their phone on the floor. So frustrating to use. "Password is old" so i updated. Tried to log in with new password. " Not correct. Got email with code, typed in code, "wrong code". "Account locked do to too many login attempts". They also split the username and the password screens. So now can't even autofill password.

Would have gladly given it 5 stars if it had the same features as the full website. It needs to show time and attendance in the calendar as well as allowing us to request time off in the calender menu. That would make the layout much easier to use. It feels like you only have access to a fraction of the information that's on the full website. Plus the website is not compatible with mobile devices at all. Trying to view the calender in desktop OR mobile mode and requesting time off is impossible!

This app is only good for looking at information when you're not at work. Interacting with it is terrible. I can't upload a profile picture which my employer wants. I can't clock in and out even if I am on my workplace, WiFi. It just marks it as a pending punch, and it doesn't register. I have to be on a desktop for it to say you have successfully created a punch. I also get frustrated trying to navigate this app.

Same errors every time when loading up (which is about 2 mins each time) on 2 different phones. Then when I do click on something...ugh. then when I scroll through my schedule...ugh. this has been going on for a year now, on my phone and the company phone issued to me. Both have been uninstalled several times. But at least I have a schedule to look at

Wouldn't recommend it. No ads. But punches are almost always out of gps range, even when within the building. Today, the app wouldn't load at all during my 2nd half of work. We now take screen shots all the time . It doesn't keep a running weekly total of hours. So we have to get out the calculator to make sure we're getting enough but not too many hours

The app crashes when enabling fingerprint sign on. I had fingerprint sign on enabled in the past and it worked. However, a day or two ago I disabled security on my device (requiring only swipe to unlock) then re-enabled it (requiring a pin or my fingerprint). It was breaking as soon as the app started up, but after clearing the app data it began crashing any time I tried to enable fingerprint sign on in the app.

Overall rating of 0. App is completely useless as I am forced to clock in and out on the computer and because of that whittle away my personal time on missed punches. App does not get my location correct after having the proper permissions. Forced to use an app that I can't use anyway. Worthless app. Update. Still worthless as errors occur when changing password. Locked out for no reason. Time card is more efficient and easier than this worthless application.

Horrible app for scheduling. If you want to check the team schedule for Friday you have to scroll through the whole week, beginning on Monday except it always freezes halfway through Wednesday. Every single time. Multiple employees with different phones have the same issue. And it freezes the whole phone to where I have to turn it off and back on before I can close the app. Best bet is to print out the whole week on paper and hope it doesn't change because the app won't give you the schedule.

App timedoes not appear to let you do the things it was represented to do. The one good thing it does is show me the amount of my check and the deductions taken, but it does not show a true check stub. It would be nice to be able to request time off. Update: now I cannot even get the app to open. Every time I try, it closes or stops. I can't even get logged in.

Mobile app or website...there have been issues. At this time in the mobile app unable to see my employees timecards. We are unable to correct exceptions in both forms of the software at this time. Every quarter our points system starts all over and every quarter we have issues with this. You have to start over from scratch with the help person like it's never happened before. Reporting is not correct it only runs a report for "current points" you can't run a points history report. Many issues!!

It's an alright app. Rating is 1 star because it is not 100% reliable. My new schedule came out but the app will not let me sign in. It does not matter if you uninstall, change password, etc. All the basic troubleshooting does nothing. It's on your guys' end. This is not the first time it has happened. This is a critical issue that should be a priority to fix and keep from happening again. One thing to note is that another coworker using the app can get in. I can't. So what's the deal?

The lag is something else. I noticed on the initial loading and any selections you may go to (time card, pay, etc) but having to use this app frequently the past week (because the kiosk has been saying it accepted a punch but not not actual doing it for a few of us at my job) has made me quite aware of it. Literally 58secs just to give a time of reference from Fingerswipe to scrolling up and down main page. My phone : TCL 30 XL - Android 12

Punch in/out is now too automatic since the 5.4.8 update. I used to be able to select manually In or Out or whichever, and now it just records the punch and clocks me out whenever it feels like. There's no status to indicate whether in or out, so when I do submit a punch, I'm actually clocking in and so on. Now I have a week of messed up pay. The punch button needs to pull up the options menu like it used to. I have to go back and forth from different divisions every day, so I need it.

Trash app, the company I work for switched to this and we've had issues after issue. There must be some pretty great features or pricing for our accounting department, but the employee facing app is total garbage. I am constantly forced to restart the app when logging in. The interface is the opposite of intuitive. Recently we lost the ability to clock in 😂😂😂🤬

this has to be the most useless and infuriating app I've ever experienced. how they got a contract with an international corporation like Ace I'll never know. as soon as I open the app it crashes. if I choose wait instead of closing the app it comes right back up but I keep choosing wait long enough to go in and check my schedule but there's no information there. there is no pay or tax info, nothing. I've uninstalled, deleted storage, and repeated that at least 5 times but there is no change.

App frequently crashes, doesn't load. Andkeeps saying something's not available. I have an extremely low success rate of using it and clocking in on time. On way too many occasions it has led to no punch, Miss punch or out of bounds punch due to this app's performance. It's not just me. It's every user in our organization. I will be glad when we are rid of it by the It basically acts just as good as the entire service, paycor in general is cord. Stick to a pen and paper as it's more reliable.
