POOREST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS APP. ALWAYS ERRORS, LOADING FOREVER, ISSUES WITH SEARCH FOR TRANSACTIONS, BLOCKING PAYMENTS FOR DAYS FOR NO APPARENT REASON. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FROM THESE GUYS.

I was traveling, and they blocked my card pin. I sent an email because on the app, it says, either use email or call to unblock pin. However, they got back to me saying email is not ok. Only calling is valid for unblocking the pin. Even though my email is registered with the paysera app!!! I also had problems paying online , payment failing, and no idea what the reason was. It's very annoying, and to be honest, it feels like in last century using this card and app!

Not encouraging at all, I downloaded this app since last week but I can't receive sms confirmation code. I have reached out to email, done the possibility thing yet no solution.

it was but recently i had one trsnsfer and the amount was on hold, they questioned me to send bank statement for transfer and card used for transfer, I did as rrquested but until now did not get my money reflected in my account since more than 10 days which is not acceptable at all

Scams. I have a paysera credit card and account, but whenever someone tries to send me money, Paysera blocks it. How am I supposed to refill my account if they always restrict money. Even if someone sends 100€, you have to explain the origin of the money. Like come on, a friend gave me money for food, and I can not buy groceries because Paysera blocked it, and now I don't have any money

Worst bank ever. From 1 week they have restricted my account and still hasn't resolved any problem. Bad custom and bank service. Whatever documents they asked I've given them but yet they are so slow to resolve this problem. Like it's some sort of joke for them.

Sir, Recieve my cordial love first. There's a problem I found. I'm from Bngladesh.When I've entered my mobile number, it was ok but at the time of getting OTP, I was shoked. I didn't get any otp even after trying severaltimes with two ofmy mobile numbers. It would be better if it's fixed. In stead, there should be another option for log in with email. -Thanks.

I've been using Paysera for over 5 years and haven't had any major issues. The app and web interface are both intuitive, yet feature-rich. It's a great service, keep it up!

They closed account, STOLE remaining balace, now when i got it back, despite showing that all verifications are done, but when you try to use they ask for them again !!! Very faulty and shady , would not recomend !!! Edit : no money was returned, FACT. All other mess i tried explain already.

This app is so complicated and hard to use. Never experienced anyhting like it. To top it up is so confusing and hard to find. Most of the people whos looking for quick and easy way to make a payment, will find this frustrating. It could be made way simpler and easier. I would not recommend.

Worst bank. I'm a resident and pay taxes, yet they blocked my account. Other banks have secure personal accounts, but Paysera request personal data of customers to some email. Support service may not respond for two weeks, documents cannot be uploaded to the app securely. Paysera staff may send private data to the mail and ask if the address belongs to you specifically. The incidences of account debit were not explained. I don't recommend this bank as a customer who has had the worst experience.

I tried logging in the usual way from the app via email and via phone, it quickly showed an error and failed. I reinstalled the app, it was not sure if the device was authorized to login, tries to connect to an authorized device. That leads nowhere and shows only spinner animation and now I am stuck. I can login via web but need to confirm via the app for any meaningful actions. Paysera, how am I supposed to fix it? Edit: On the 3rd try it sent me an Sms and I finally logged in.
