The app is logging in but face verification is not working. My father has tried about 13 times. It is showing error again and again. If you cannot provide any service properly, if you cannot operate any app properly, then there is no point in wasting government money unnecessarily. Close it down.

Everytime I try to login it says "server error 1001", "server error 2001" etc. Even if login works, verify option button doesn't work. Why bother launching this app when it has so much issue. Fix it ASAP. Worst experience.

It was absolutely smooth. I could complete every option in First chance and one go. Why few had problems in using the App, is really very strange to me. May be the App behaved nice considering my 30 years IT literacy/ Computer Literacy. Thanks to the Authorities and concerns for making this out standing App for pensioners and reducing the hassles.

Suggestion for the developer: Add the option of 13 Digit NID to log in. The very first NIDs have 13 digits. It’s very time consuming to scan the NID each time to log in. Also, you can incorporate the biometric features as well for ease. Like fingerprints. The log in part seems to be the slowest. Otherwise good.

login was ok. But when trying to do life verification, it shows "image Processing server error. error code: 2004N". Been doing this whole week, it still shows this error. This app was made to lessen hassle for pensioner people, not to increase. Please fix this immediately or don't recommend it!!!

worse app for an Govt app, camera doesn't open in verification. And evey time camera opens, after doing everything that's told it says "server error "

The Pension Certificate for a particular financial year that is needed for income tax return filing cannot be downloaded and hence cannot be printed. Problem should be checked and corrective action taken ASAP.

Fix this guys. It does not work with the image processing during life verification. step Also 13 digit NID card number seems not working now neither NID scanning This was supposed to lessen the burden of elderly people..But its getting worse it seems. Pathetic

Does not work. showing image processing error all the time. It was a Great application for elderly retired govt. official. But all seems to fail now.

Very helpful and useful app but requires a lot of improvements. It worked for me on the first try; logged me quickly and successfully live verified me on the first go. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to save the login. As soon as I came out of the app it logged me out and when I went back, it asked to log me again. This is a big problem and needs fix ASAP. Thanks.

They keep showing an image server error while sending messages for life verification. This issue should be fixed asap. Otherwise, it becomes really difficult to use the app for its intended purpose.

This app is the best for all of the pensionar government employees. But I think log in on the app again and again is very painful. So if the feature should added that we don't need to log in again after log in once, it would be more better for all of the users.
