Dropped my two dogs off they loved it. And I like you can check in on them over video web. They will be going back to play with there new friends. 🙂🙂🙂❤❤❤❤

The people are friendly and probably good with most dogs. But my dog seems traumatized by staying here. He is very separation anxious and hates being in a kennel.

Pet Paradise did a wonderful job taking care of my cat while I was out of town. (She didn't want to leave when I came to pick her up!) I'll give this app 5 stars when there's a webcam for the cat room at the West Palm Beach location.

Its been ok up to this point. After it updated i can no longer select both dogs to make a day care reservation. Having to call to make the reservation now.

Like others have said, the app seems great up until it's time to finalize booking an appointment because the final page doesn't fully come onto the screen. Would love to see this fixed so I can give a better review!

The app is currently crashing when making any type of reservation. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times with no changes to the crashing.

keeps freezing at the do you have any comments portion .. won't allow me to complete my reservation and there's no ability to deal with someone to help!!

After going to cameras, the app should input your chosen location. Very annoying to have to select your location every single time after opening the app. Also cameras fail to load after having the app open for an extended period of time.

The app works well, and it is very convenient to use. However, there is a problem with making boarding reservations in which the app "crashes" (blank screen) immediately after selecting the boarding option.

I am unable to create an online account because every time I try, system notes my phone number is already in use. Well, yes - I included it on my written application. Seems there are several bugs that should have been worked out. I trust Pet Paradise with my dogs. But the web or app manager needs to work out bugs - which should be a simple process!

I love pet paradise. But both your app and website suck when it comes to making a reservation on your own. Not to mention the 45 minutes it takes to connect with an agent who can assist you in making your reservation over the phone. Very frustrating. I would love to see these problems fixed... soon I hope. 😒☹️😖👎

Convenient to make reservations, however, annoying to try and book a M-F day camp reservation, even with recurring dates. Let us enter a date range! Also, paid the required $100 deposit on the app last Tuesday for a reservation which is currently floating around in limbo (does not appear on my account nor on my deposit page) although it already posted on my CC statement. If deposits don't work through the app, don't require them!!
