Used to work fine, now it doesn't even show payments that are due, or when they're due. Won't show what the minimum payment is, and minimum payment no longer auto populates into the payment amount box, so there's no way of knowing what payment you need to make, which can result in a late fee, even if it's 1 single cent short of the full amount of the required current payment. App is broken, definitely needs fixed, and most likely will cause me to have late fees associated with payments..Thanks!

Easy to use. Could have more features and options but it does typically everything I need. Love My First Premier Bank Credit Card! They are a pretty good creditor and will work with their customers and they worked to help resolve any issue I ever had (which I only had a few, and some issues we're "User Error" meaning I messed up or didn't do something correctly) Considering my experience with this company, I would have to give a good rating and I do recommend applying. They do accept bad credit!

This app is useless. It won't sign in to save it's life. No error even given. Gave 1 that said Row 1, Column 1. What? Then the rest of the time, goes to an unavailable page. On both my usernames because I have 2 cards. Absolutely useless. Updated 10/14 - finally received updates and noticed a dramatic change since my review. Much better. A little hard to navigate as I feel some features should be displayed/depicted in a different location, but overall, very nice and easier to read.

They offer very high fees and interest, but I give them four stars because they gave me a credit limit needed to re-establish or start building my credit score to the good range. learn their fundamental rules and pay on time always, and payoff balance every month if possible or use no more than 33% of credit limit, and watch your credit score climb to new heights. This app frustrates me. I am trying to be responsible and pay my bills on time but this app keeps you from doing that. I want to pay a certain amount but when you try and do that, the app option closes. Its almost like a set up. If you don't call and make arrangements to make a payment, then your charged a fee or more interest. I am a healthcare worker...I don't have to wait on the phone. I have tried unstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing happens. This app needs some serious improvements.

So, their customer service is terrible, their interest rates are high (mine is 36%) and their monthly service fees can range from $99 a year to almost $200 a year... even if your credit is pretty ok (mine's around 700). And they've been known to reject payments that pay off high balances unless you submit in writing that you are paying off a high balance on purpose, which is just bizarre. But... if you have new credit or bad credit, they're good at helping you build your credit. So...

I also like thee other version then this new update. This version is lagging. And the interface is not a smooth. This version is a little disturbing to say the least. The old version was much better you could access multiple cards customize colors for cards the app was more smooth and direct as well as easy to navigate. This new version is boring complicated not user friendly and simply just doesn't work as great as thee other version. The login is very trying. Thank you.

Ever heard the term "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? The app before this last update was perfect. The interface was a better setup. It was easier to know which account I was accessing by the separate colors on separate pages. It looked better, it ran smoother, and it was simpler to use. Very user friendly. Go back to the setup the app had before the update.....please! The app before the update: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.....the app after the update: ⭐. I rest my case.

Was a fine app, but for the last 2 months I can't even use it. It loads, asks for authentication, and then freezes on the main screen. It's like the you guys don't want to get paid or want to make it as hard as possible to get a payment to you. You're a bank. Do better. Update: I did an Uninstall and reinstall and that fixed the issue. Thanks for the prompt response!

Great App! Great Card! This app is easy to use and very straight forward. Great card service as well. One thing I noticed recently and I think it has to do with the recent large Android update. When attempting to enter a custom payment amount it would open then immediately close out the window where you enter it. It has to do with the keyboard. Making the keyboard floating in the settings fixes it, but it is annoying. Still 5 stars!

Hi. It's a great app but lately when signing into the app, the app screen flashes from a dim light gray tone then flashes back to the original screen color. It flashes back and forth even more when touching the screen. You're not able to toggle between the tabs (HOME, PAYMENTS, SERVICES, SETTINGS). It seems like the screen is frozen. I'm able to exit out of the app but sometimes it will take me back to the home screen (when on another app). I need assistance with my issue. Please help.

Good option if you really need credit, but WAY TOO MANY FEES AND CHARGES. $194 in fees to access $400 credit line is absurd. The only good thing is they give you an option to back out by not paying the $95 "program fee", which has to be paid before you ever have access to your account, followed by an immediate $99 annual fee. Plus monthly fees. Plus insane APR!!!! Run away from this App/Company/Card unless you're desperate and prepared to get screwed!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS TOO!

OK card to rebuild credit. easy to use app, monthly service fees are higher than most. They are always late on reporting to the credit bureaus so be patient. 1 draw back on this card is that limit increase almost always does not exist. You will get an offer to apply for another card. So instead of paying $10.40 for service fees it is doubled. And you will have 2 accounts instead of just one. This option could benefit you as I think that they would report 2 times to the credit bureaus.

I've got to say I initially had zero issues with this app, but that has completely turned around. I suddenly became blocked from app both on fingerprint and password. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now it keeps telling me to "set date and time for my zone" via settings. Except there's absolutely no part of settings that can access it. Not under data nor permissions. I currently can see basic info, but I can't even pay my bills because of this date/timezone issue. It's a vicious circle.

Terrible!! When you make on time payments. The website doesn't update that a payment was recognized. You'll find payment is still owed after payment is made. They dont acknowledge the received payment was made Especially If you make payment on the day of statements release, you'll always end up being late with late fees added. Even though you can prove payment was made on statements release. They won't reverse late fee. It's worth extra money not to do electronic statements or even auto pay!

I've been using my cash app for years to pay on my credit card, today I went to schedule a payment and was told my banking info is not valid!!! After 3 years all of a sudden it's not valid. I have no other way to pay on my bill. So of course there will be late charges added. I'm guessing Premier will never get paid from me! Ridiculous!!! After 3 years nothing has changed on my payment account until today!

Apps moved you to online, and it does not have an auto payment feature, even though this card has monthly fees. It seems like they want to make you miss a payment so they can charge you a late fee for not paying the monthly fee. I've had this account for ages and that's the reason I keep it, however, it they don't update like the other cards I have, may need to close it.

Honestly, I do not normally like to be negative about a company but seriously feel they want you to miss payments. No auto pay on the app. Even when every other company has it. Charges you $38 for a late payment plus your $8 a month maintenance fee. Doesn't even seem like you can set up more than one payment at a time. Honestly, I missed my payment and immediately went on to pay it and then went to set up my next payment, and it would not let me do it. I guess til my first payment went through.

I opened an account with them to build credit and lost 100 points. This company is terrible do NOT get a credit card with them!! The customer service is rude and unprofessional and seems to have forgotten their role is to help the customer!! I never missed a payment. There was an issue with the app trying to take payments for remaining balance and charged me for payments I never attempted to make! (best believe I paid it anyway) Then when I reported it to them. They said it was "impossible"

so far I'm very happy. It took a while to get my card. I was a little sketch at first, I've never accepted a credit invitation. I'm disabled and on a very tight fixed income, so am on the alert for scams. $30 might not be a lot to most people, but for me, losing $30 means less food or other necessities. after trying out the card on one of my apps & seeing it go through, gave me the assurance I needed to go ahead & make the minimum payment. so far they seem very legit.
