App will not stay connected to the Android watch. Using Hello Watch 3+ (1st Gen). Will not stay connected long enough to update firmware, load new dial (watchface). Please fix. None of these apps would work either: Lewear, Qifit, etc

Can't connect to my phone, won't vibrate to alert of messages etc. Have tried uninstalling, unpairing and still nothing. The plus side, the numbers are big enough to see what time it is.

The latest firmware update 1.00.20 broke my p71, it got stuck with the heart rate sensor lights on and the touch screen won't work I tried restarting and resting the watch using this app but it did nothing, I had to let the watch battery die and after I charged it again it was working again, so please look into this issue.

Just like everybody says it don't work I can't believe I spent 3 hours on this when I had to get apps that was working I'm just going to delete this one what a waste of time I thought for sure I had a good app when it said it connected to my watch cuz all the other apps don't hardly connect to it

I recently purchased a ColMi P73 Smartwatch and noticed some of my favorite watch faces from the P71 are unavailable and only two watch faces can be uploaded and stored in the P73 while four watch faces which I don't particularly like cannot be removed from the watch. Is this a software issue or a firmware issue? I would like to be able to upload 6 watch faces as I am able to do on the P71. Thank you.

When this app lags, i sometimes see more options in watchface editor. It would be really nice if we could get more editing options. I'm not sure why are they hidden. Most of these watch faces look outdated. Edit: 4 months later and pubu app is still as bad, with no new, modern looking watch faces or editin options added. Stays 1 star.

1. All notifications from phone are transmitted twice, the second one appears 4-5 seconds after the first one. 2. Notification from the Proton Mail app does not show subject and body, just "New message". The phone is Samsung Galaxy S10

Bought the watch so I don't have to have phone in hand when a call or text comes in doesn't make a sound for notifications and can't feel the watch vibrate does not serve it's purpose please update so notifications can be heard or felt when I would send the watch back if it was worth the time and effort

Inaccurate and difficult to find setting and use them!!! Device was chosen for sleep timer, but it counts before asleep and long after awake. Other functions also not accurate. It goes crazy with messages by repeating them over and over even after they are deleted.

App doesn't work keeps crashing can't change anything on the watch. No watch faces in the market place all blank, custom watch face doesn't work won't save the settinga in the app this is the worst app. I need to find another app that will work with this watch or fix this garbage app. Would give it no stars if I could.

I have a OnePlus 10pro and the watch has worked better than expected. Had no issues connecting. My only complaint about the watch it that it sometimes it tells me about old messeags. The app, it took few times of uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to work properly but other than that it's been working well.

Colmi P71: Find phone should sound independent of phone volume. Get more customization over notification settings, like just do it without vibration or popup in the screen but still sync those. Camera button should work on the system camera, not inside the app. Sleep function doesn't seem to work properly

Mixed feelings. I loved the watch until it stopped working properly after the last update. I can no longer change the watch face and I kind of hate the preset one. The app says there is a bug the developer needs to fix. Doesn't really seem to be a problem for them tho. It's been saying that for a few months now. Un-installed and reinstalled the app multiple times.

The app has constant bugs in Android 14. It does work well in Android 13. Although it pairs, most of the functions of the app don't work. Can't change theme or wallpaper. Can't read whatsapp messages. Can't turn on the call reminder. And when I try to go to "more" the app crashes and stops working.

My messages have stop working. All the troubleshooting is not working! 😩 Help!! No reason to keep the watch or use it if it doesn't work!! The issue that there's nobody to contact for support is also a problem! The troubleshooting does not work!

Just suggestion, Keep sleep monitor details clear and visual (charts, ratings). Show accuracy with simple terms like Good, Needs Improvement'. Make reminders smart allow users to set flexible times and personalize notes. Less text, more friendly tone. All over the Good App.

Everything works great on the app except for the weather update. I'm using the Hello Watch 3+ 2024 version. I get totally inaccurate temperature and status updates for the weather. Like right now, as I'm writing this review, the accurate temp is 37 degrees Fahrenheit. But the watch is displaying 81 degrees, lol. Hopefully, the firmware upgrades in the future will resolve this issue. I'm also hoping for devs to maybe create a custom firmware for this watch for more reliability.
