This is my first time of using this application and I'm experiencing difficulties in withdrawal, I placed a withdrawal since yesterday and it's still pending till now, have chatted the costumer service but they are not replying my massages, this is really terrible and I don't think I will ever trade with them again. If you're gift card vendor and you're looking for where to trade your gift card, I'll advice you not to install redem talk less of trading with them because they're scammers.

The worst experience have got while trading. How can I have a successful trade and can't withdraw my money . Had to use all the money in purchase of recharge cards. Am deleting this rubbish app right away. It's a scam

So far so good, if you are looking for the best place to trade your card , Redem app is the best place to be because if you even have any issues, costomer care is very friendly and they always look forward to help , keep the good work up and be bless, tested and trusted 100%

What a stupid trading app, I trade my gift cards and they rejected it, but that is okey. But the painfullest part is I referred like 20 of my friends using my link code mad', which I wasn't credited for any one, and you are saying if I rate this app I will be credited, what a scam, I don't see any possible reason to use this useless app.

This is the most stupid app I have ever traded with I just traded with it for the first time and I cannot get my money out of there for the past 2days now.i have complain to them via email but they are not doing anything about it which is very bad as for me when my money get out of there I will never trade a dime with this app again.improve your app and you will get a better review Thank you. And make sure I get my money today.........

I shouldn't rate this app at all i redeem a card ans it was successful and i wanted to withdraw I can't withdraw the money into my account and i also try to transfer the money into my wife bank account it was successful before i know the money was refunded back into the app i try many things but nothing works out on my first day using this app... please you have to fixed this issue okay i need my money

I would have given this app a 5star because I have never been ripped but have suffered incensant difficulties and it is quite unfair to have experience this level of poor service delivery from this company it's unprofessional for an app of such magnitude to suffer from withdrawal and transfer network glitches without a prompt redress from the host or COE for over 38 hours now I have been unable to transfer or withdraw from this app please I need a response in regards to my complaint. Thanks.

I rate this app 5 star because in my transaction it was successful but on my second transaction it was not successful because I put my card e code wrongly on first time they rejected it but I put it correctly again on second time there didn't look correctly they're using the old code on instead of the New one I input, and please try and bring back USA google play card again.

This app was created to rip people off their hard earned money with tricky and irresponsive feedback support team I will highly recommend that you better look for a physical vendor than put a trust on this scam app. I tried to trade my gift card first time ever with the app and it said I did everything right but it doesn't know why my card failed only to find out that my card had been used by this same app without being credited. I tried to. Reach out via mail support but got no response. 😔🥺😥

Be Warned; this only allow you to register w/phone number from 1 of 3 countries: Nigeria Kenya Gana, which is odd because its downloadable from US-google-app-store. That's too suspicious to keep it on my phone!

please dont download this app, I upload 5 card I was paid for 3 and it was all successful, I made a complain..there told me 3 of my cards wasn't good that was why I was paid for 2 and, the code of my card was good it's showing the 15 letters completing, I was trying to redeem the card again the app told me the card bas already been used the same app that say in the custom care that my card is not good, this is not the first time but today I lost 60 euro, please give me my money you cheatingapp
