It needs updating because there was lag and the game stop working sometimes but I can say this game is nice to play the graphics is good is just needs more newer updates to come in

Great, but sometimes loses track of progress,(esp when connection isn't great). Doesn't give me notifications for finished cooking, despite allowed. Too many ads though.

This game is wonderful 🥳🥳.But something is damage in this game 😟😟.There is an option to get free diamond by watching ads.I have tap on that option but there is showing "try again", I have click so many times but I have not got diamond till now 😠😠😡😡.Hope u will fix this problems 😤😤😤😤.If this problem will solved then I will give🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️to this gave, now I am giving 3🎖️🎖️🎖️.Thank🤟

great game wish I could buy stoves and ovens as much as I could afford without reaching a limit need easier way to get gems without downloading other games that's crazy and why do I need a certain amount of neighbors that's why I didn't give 5 stars

can not update . each level up there is no change in decoration or food menu. boring. please for the latest update. I've reached level 98 . Please help

Used to be a fun game, now its starting to close on its own. Never know what the current version is bc you dont get updates. Let us do all the goals that we missed or didnt finish without it costing tons of money for gems. Ive spent my fair share of cash on this game...

I love this game so much! ❤❤❤ I stopped playing it 4 years ago because I never knew how to add neighbors so I couldn''t expand 😭 But now, I do! 😂 I love that there are soooo many interesting recipes, quirky tiles, walls, tables and chairs to choose from and my neighbors are too nice 👌👍❤

Been playing this game for years and its just rubbish now. Back to back to back to back challenges are just too much. The restaurant door is closed and again the food is disappearing I had all counters full and now empty. Fix the problems !

Would rate it a 5 but constantly have to uninstall and reinstall because all of the old goals keep popping up and it has taken my points away. Why hasn't there been an updated version to this game in at least 5 yrs? Can't play it correctly.

I have not been receiving any game notifications. I contacted support for help twice, their response was "visit the community forum we cannot give individual support". Therefore I'm giving a 1-star rating. I've been playing this game for years and I'm very disappointed.

impossible to move to new phone. i loved this game and play it all the time. i bought a new phone, but have lost all my games. since customer service doesnt care to help me retrieve my games, i will be deleting all my games at the end of january. fashion, restaurant and bakery are the only games i lost and cant retrieve.

fun game to play. does not have to take up time. when doing "quest's" though it does NOT tell you which oven you will find certain thinga you have to make. also the amount of items you have to get to make a new oven fir a quest can be very hard to get if you do not have a lot of neighbors who play often enought.

I have been playing these story games for years with minor problems here and there, but now i have a major problem that can not be fixed because i do not remember the number of neighbors, gems and stars i had; so there are a level 99 restaurant and a level 99 bakery that i can not play.

Not the best version of this game. Scroll effect on shop items is not smooth, no free gems (unlike Restaurant Story 1) and very few new elements. 90% of additional buildable items (eg. stoves, ovens, etc.) still need more options. Most of them only have 3 available. Disappointed Teamlava.

Not only has there been no help in correcting the lack of notifications problem... but now I can't even get support to issue several missing items back into my inventory. I played my arse off collecting gems and now have little to show for my efforts. Don't bother sending an EM- they just give a lame excuse for why they can't (or rather; won't) help. Instead they direct you to the forums. I wasted HOURS of time scouring the forums for any help/advice & came up empty handed. ZERO STARS 😡👎

It's fun,, Goal time-frames are unrealistic & unreasonable. Make it easier & more entertaining. We need longer times to complete goals & easier ways to get gems. The goals are way too short. Most players have other things besides play on their cell phones all day. Although the game is fun & entertaining, the completion goals are extremely unrealistic. We cannot go back to the challenges & complete them when they are done.

Love the game been playing for awhile now never had any issues but recently there must be a glitch in the game because when I visit my neighbors I get pop ups of missed missions and it's beginning to get really annoying. I am a daily player and even spent real money in this game please fix this issue when you do fix it you will then get 5 stars from me!!!!!

New review: I have played RS for a LONG time - close to 10 years, maybe longer. While there were things I didn't like about the game I hung in there. Well... that may not be true much longer. A while back the goals changed significantly. Used to get a breather between 14 day goals now they are back to back. But the worst part is that they are becoming almost unfinishable... unless you don't have a life outside the game. Or you spend $$ to complete a "free" game. Lighten up - plz.
