Worst very Very Worst. Unsatisfied. Only 2 sec it will appear in 2 sec who can enter passcode atlst u have to make it 30 sec. In every 2 sec it will regenerate and when u put it it will show failed. So I have to fix did bug. U have to make it 30 sec or 60 sec so that the passcode will not expire.

Worst banking app ever. The app is infested with bugs. Tried 8 times to auto enroll as instructed, but it brings you back to the 1st page/step just before you can set the pin, from there you have to manually to re keyin the Web link and other login in details again and after everything is done it brings you back the step 1 just when you are about to set your pin and complete the process.

Will not enroll on a laptop - auto-enrollment fails every single time. Can get it to install on a mobile and auto-enroll properly. However, as many other reviewers have noted, the one time pass code is valid for a whole 2 seconds. (On Android 9) The one time enrollment link only works once. If you make a mistake your IT dept has to start again. The 2 second passcode has been a problem for at least a year. This is supposed to be a security app and is vital for people to log into their workplaces. I seriously hope my employer doesn't pay for this service as it's absolutely shocking!

App hasn't been updated in ages, it's built for API level 14 (Android 4.0!). On Android 9.0 (API level 28), I even get a warning messaging saying that this app was designed for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Safenet, please update the app to meet Google's guidelines.

This app is so complex to enroll, diffusing a bomb might be alot easier Outdated and unfriendly, app crash easily when authenticating and you have to send request again. U need key a series of irrelevant information to authenticate yourself. No one maintain this app. Disappointing app from a reputable bank

Just 2 seconds to type the passcode into an application?? ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Even an automated bot takes more time. The passcode should be valid for atleast 5-10 secs. It expires as soon as you hit the generate button. This fails the main application this app was designed for. Entering the passcode before login

I like all the one-and two-word 5-star reviews. Time really is money when you write reviews for a living. Requiring an extra password (even if it's always exactly 4 characters) and exchanging a symmetric secret does provide additional security over a standard authenticator app but the user experience is just awful. You can get this app set up (after a few tries) and you can use it, but it's unpleasant for reasons clearly and accurately described in the many one-star reviews.

The app claims it wants access to my phone's unique identity. Then it asks for permissions to manage phone calls. Later, when registering a token the app wants me to choose a PIN. I put the phone down to generate the PIN. When I pick it up again the input window is gone, and I can't get it back.

Not as good as RSA token. I wish this app told us how long the token was useful until it needed to be reset. So many times have I used the token to find out it was incorrect and needed to be refreshed even though the radio button to refresh was unavailable at the time. Very frustrating. I wish my work chose RSA token app as I've never had issues with that app in the past.

Though they may say challenge response is valid only for 2 secs it is valid for more time. However this app n the portal is very confusing. The terms they use r not uniform sometimes they call user id as login id, Challenge response as passcode. The emails they send do not mention which method of authentication is to be followed. Sending 3 emails and multiple steps that too with the pressure of passcode expiry in 2 secs is just complex. And once u make a mistake ur temporary login details expire

**after 3 months** still works perfectly and has made my connection easier :) So much easier We installed the app on the laptops, but when working outside the office we would open our session unconnected to go get the app.. Being able to open the key on my phone and using it on my laptop before opening my session is a huge timesaver!

Application design and interface is not convenient. Especially, when your opening and entering the PIN number, it doesn't have options to see what we are entering or entered. If they could have provided the dark mode that will be good..... Hey, developer, please consider and make availability of dark mode and PIN number visibility to avoid the wrong pin number or lock.

To be graphically pleasing the keyboard to input your pincode is not available when you open the app. Useless waiting for something that can be rendered from the get-go. You ALWAYS need to input your pincode, so why is this? I try to login., not order a coffee. Think what your app is used for and what is essential. If you want to make useless but pretty screens, go work at Disney.

Probably the worst app I have ever tried. It's absolutely appalling that an app which is needed for something as important as banking is as broken as this, what on earth is Citi thinking? I'd quite frankly expect better from a credit union never mind an international bank. I set the phone down for three seconds once it asked me to set up my PIN, it then timed out and my ability to enroll using the credentials I had was gone forever. And the two second limit makes it impossible anyway!

What an irony ! Generally three consecutive wrongs attempts lead to locking of application but in this one, after first mistake if you made second wrong entry even after months of successful entries, this is considered as 2 wrong attempts. Means this app is going to be locked sooner or later - you do not have choice to correct your mistakes. Very silly from developers.

This app does not have a build-in numeric keyboard for entering pin. This problem affects security (custom keaboard apps can potentially remember your pin) and usability - it's too easy to make a mistake during entering your pin. It should also have an 'OK' button for confirmation of the pin, which it doesn't.

The worst design I've ever seen in an app. The enrollment process is a pain in the neck. If you swap apps to, for example check the steps or the password sent in two separate ways the app basically goes back to the very beginning. No option to see the characters you've entered so if you make a mistake, start all over again. It is by far the most horrible enrollment experience I've ever seen. 1Password app was the worst app I've come across but SafeNet is now the worst.

You had one job! This looks like it was coded by a programming student who really didn't think anyone was actually intending on using it. The app works if. IF you ever get past enrolling your mobilepass. I've now enrolled 5 phones and I've got another 20 to do. It has been problematic each time and not even in the same way. The link fails to redirect the phone to enrolling it. Copy paste is disabled. Have done every permutation of installing and enrolling to no avail it just doesn't cooperate

I have nothing but problems with this app. I've tried using it on both my Sony Xperia 1 and on my laptop. It tells me I've got my pin wrong on 3 separate occasions on the windows version, but I've only entered my pin once CORRECTLY. The mobile app just fails to authenticate under auto enrollment. Manual enrollment asks for a URL, which you can't copy and paste. It just doesn't work correctly. It's awful. I just need to connect to my customer, but I can't. Their it are thankfully very patient

Never had a problem with the codes generated from this app. Enrollment process is kind of wonky, and the pin should bring up a keypad rather than the keyboard. Fingerprint reader support would be great, but that feature is probably 10 years away based on the rest of this app. Also does not play nice with lastpass.
