This is the worst app I've ever downloaded. I thought it would make buying prepaid electricity easier instead it's just more steps online. Most apps would have you buy something and have you pay for it. But no, with this app you must create an account, then load money into it via going physically to a store or a banking page that doesn't do anything. In short I still have to go physically in the store to buy electricity because this app is a waste of time.

read up some reviews and apparently you have to go in-store to recharge yikes. on top of the fact signing in is a long process, they request ID several times, ask for ID pic but somehow also still want you to take a picture and also want you to write your ID number as if its not included in the ID pic. And by god if you get distracted or are busy for a second the app makes you restart everything again with its many unnecessary steps included. I dont recommend, cant be sure of ur ID safety after

Shoprite app is very helpful guys there's nothing wrong with this app.It has two accounts.The voucher account and the money account.Its so beautiful guys you can save as much money you want and also you can save as much voucher as you want up the amount you prefer to save it is up to you.Genersly speaking it is a very helpful app.Thamk you Shoprite for creating this app.I give you five stars.

this app is thr worse nightmare I've ever had .. I have all of my RSD 370 money stucked in this account and my Account it's locked I've tried many times to unlock it with no luck .. I've tried to email their support email line and sent my documents until today I haven't received any feedback

your app keeps saying that my device is rooted yet I'm using plenty of other apps including the Checkers sixty60 and it works fine! I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even updated my phone software yet it still persists!!

the app works fine on my phone just i paid money in from my capitec account but it's not showing and I don't have a card just the app since Saturday I'm waiting for money to show

this app is real kak, i opened account using this app its been pending ever since end of may till to date, i have tried their useless customer care to find out what's holding so long, a clueless agent by the name of mmapaseka just closed chat without giving me a single answer,,,i expected better from such a big brand

could be better. they should take a few tips from Pick n pay and allow you to do your shopping from the app, or atleast allow you to look at all products and not just a pamphlet of specials.

I've been trying to update my details for over a month, but I'm not getting any help. This app is frustrating; when I try to communicate with you, it takes more than 2 hours to respond, and when you finally do, you don't even assist me - you just keep me waiting.

This app is a joke, one has to wait two hours before you get an in-app response. I was told my account was frozen and that it will take 14 to 21 days to unfreeze. When you get to the ShopRite money market for assistance there's is no free wi-fi for clients. If you have no data then forget you won't get any help. What is worse is that you don't get a reference number after visiting the kiosk one has to trust the consultant's word of mouth that she has sent an email to the Head office.

I am upset that I have to scan the discounted items before I checkout. I'm never sure I got the right price. I enjoy this feature apart from that. Why can't the cashiers scan at the register if you put those items first? Also sometimes there are too many items ( of one type) to buy to get the sale price. I love Shop Rite. I'll not shop anywhere else!!!
