Alhamdulillah I used this app. Its service is very nice and commendable. However, it would be better if some facilities were added. For example, 1) To introduce the facility of sending money to Bikash number for Bangladesh. 2) Introduction of payment system after online shopping. May God bless everyone.

It's very bad app .. don't try this if you are not send money one month your account have to update again ... And quick pays staffs are very tuff people's ..I am having my salary account in SNB but I am using to send money in ur pay app .. no tention very quick transfer to any country..less service charge ... Only seven riyals ....don't use quick pay app we together ignore..it

I can honestly say that they dont make this app. I have difficulties by logging in there is soo much thing to do. The processing before is way much better and before than now. I hope, they will fix it. And please logging on google chrome before is better than downloading the app. Specially to some ofw maids here that cant go to the bank every month. I hope you have a consideration of this specially us ofw's. The app is quite good but giving us a hard time to log in.

After the Update On July the app is unable to login it shows Login password or Username wrong and tried resetting Many times But still Shows the error please Fix this bug as soon as possible as the app is very important for my life I use it to pay different bills and because of this I had to take a new bank account in another bank

Developers really need to work on the response time. It's taking 30 seconds to more than 2 minutes for just one response. And unexpected errors every now n then. Awful app to use. I can help you in reducing in the response time if needed.

I don't have comments on App. Really bad experience in SNB quickpay branch. I have updated my quickpay account today and got renewed card. But the card or online still not working. Again we have to visit branch, its always crowded. Exchange rates are not good, that's why we are using other app to transfer money.

I cannot open my application, because it always says check my connection even i have used different connections already. I also tried contacting its customer service representatives, but they said it is my connection problem. How on earth about my connection that i can even open lots of application on my phone? This makes me crazy!

I may rate this to zero star if there's 0, unfortunately there's no zero star. I installed the app and now uninstalling it. You can't add beneficiary and it keep saying check internet connection while all my other apps were running smoothly without problem in the internet connection. Terrible app.

It has been working well until after I updated and it's telling me that the name of the beneficiary should not contain special characters. I want to send money urgently But I can't because of this. What are those special characters because I didn't change anything, it's the same name I have been sending to. I so frustrated right now. Fix it please

This application why need personal internet why doesn't work in Wi-Fi every people is not reach and every people is not using his mobile internet the people using Wi-Fi I have a Wi-Fi so what can I do right now this application is very bad my experience is very bad

Worst experience about Quick pay. My account got Dormant. I visited several branches but no employee knows how to reactivate account or close it permanently. Worst service ever 😢

Worst servicing and we can't able access something easily, interface is not good, hardly functions
