My daughter found this app. She and others in our firm were struggling with sorting receipts for expense accounts and to ensure against fraud which they found alot in the credit card statements. SparkReceipt is a godsend!

Great for me and for my accountant. This app make tax time so easy. Having an accountant hours away, this app makes tax time a breeze. Uploading receipts, bank statements, documents etc makes the perfect filing method for me. SparkReceipt reads, categorises and files for me. No more piles of fuel dockets left in the vehicles by hubby either. A quick photo and it is saved and filed. Love it!!!

Previously, I was using google forms to input as my expense tracker. Fortunately, this app helps a lot in the automation of scanning of documents and categorization of it. It automatically puts the proper values and category so a lot of time was saved. I also liked the email forwarding functionality that sorts out the information inside the mail and have it sorted out as expense or income. It's a really great app, a true hidden gem and get it while they offer a lifetime subscription at appsumo

This is a great app for convenience of getting receipts onto my computer to use in my tax returns etc. Very easy to use. It has had a few glitches in the past, but the owner fixed them very fast for me. Would recommend, particularly if you (like me) travel and need to manage multiple currencies. That, for me, is the killer feature.

I've been traveling and wanted to keep track of my expenses by capturing receipts for proper accounting. Keeping a bunch of receipts in my wallet has been a hassle, so now I just use the Sparkeceipt app to capture each one when I make a purchase. Then, I can easily share the information with my accountant. This app has been fantastic and really easy to use for my needs. Big thanks to the developers for creating such a smart tool.

Saves a ton of time with bookkeeping and the AI is very accurate. Sometimes have to make a couple of minor changes on the scanned receipt popukated fields, but very infrequently. One of the best features is they give you an email address that you can send email invoices to and it will document it as an expense. All in all this is a huge time saver for small businesses who may be doing all of their own bookkeeping.

Software is excellent but way too limited in the free version and too expensive to motivate me to pay for it. It's a pity since it offers exactly what I needed. Update I paid for 1 month to test it. I am convinced. The ease with which I can scan receipts and get the data extracted automatically works every time. I will continue to use it.

With the latest update perfectly breaks out each line of an invoice and allows you to assign categories to each line. the AI generally gets lines and the category right. I searched high and low across the internet to find a program capable of doing this reliably. best one by far.

Spark receipt has been an amazing app to help us manage receipts and keep an eye on our spending. I wish I had this app when I was a field sales engineer. Lost a lot of money in unclaimed expanses. Now as a business owner, Spark Receipt is such an essential part of running the business. Plus, my accountant is happy as he now has full access to everything. Now with the ai updates it will be even better.

This app just "gets it". I buy something and the cashier asks do I want a receipt, I say yes and load Spark, shoot the receipt and apply tags. Done and dusted. I need to return an item, the receipt is living in Spark so there's no having to remember to keep them. Get this app. UPDATE: Nearly a year later and still relying on this and it always works flawlessly

Very useful app for our small business. The price is impressive for all the features available. The best thing is how easy we process all the information we need. Also don't need to send anything to the accounts, we can invite them instead to have access to our system which is a massive help for us at the moment. Any trouble you have or any questions, once you send the support team an email, they reply very fast. Mikko was fantastic with us.

Great, but as soon as you join, the amount of free receipts jumps from 30 to 15. And they need to think of different pricing structures for different countries. The price in my country is 10 times more than an accountant - South Africa. 10 times. Definitely not worth a purchase.

Incredible Smooth experience, Saved me tons of Time and Money!!! I was working through my pile of business receipts...a tedious experience every year, when I went on a search for an easier way. I've tried other programs and they weren't easy to figure out. Spark Receipt is a lifesaver!! I just take a picture or send the receipt by mail, and the app does the rest! It organized my receipts by date and category so that I can generate a report...and I don't have to save paper receipts anymore!

using camera to record receipts was easy, but some receipts didn't end up in the monthly total and there seemed to be no reason for the miss. the lines for the receipts that didn't make fully showed up in the resulting electronic record, but failed to add to the total for the month which was clearly recognized by the app. if i have to check everything, i might as well use pictures and a spreadsheet, so this is not worth it.
