5 stars for boosting to the top, Got rid of all my progress, and the progress of the other Netflix accounts. Had to start frok the beginning, very frustrating since we've spent time getting all the coins and restaurants unlocked. Edit: can't even click on the grill for the pancakes because I have to use 1000 coins and I only have 300, and it won't allow me to click out of this.

I find this game extremely enjoyable! I haven't had any problems with bugging, freezing, or crashing. Although, I did give it a 4 star rating. Because when you are playing a level, all of the customers come back-to-back with no break in-between. I find it very stressful and often times hard to complete a level without having a moment where my brain is just in jumbles.

Great game, I actually really like it a lot, only problem is that there's a few glitches sometimes, a few weeks ago, it pretty much erased my whole data but whatevs, i just had to start over, i was only in the hotdog restaurant it's ok. But now I pretty much finished all of the goo lagoon levels, and it won't let me pass to the next city. It just says "coming soon" and that i have to finish all of the restaurants even tho they all say 100% completed. Not sure if this is just me and my phone 🤷

I played the game and it worked up to a point. Now its glitches and won't allow me to go past the Pasta la vista level 4. It introduces the character that burns food, then freezes. I've tried to re down loading the game and got stuck on the same spot. Please let your developers know this sucks and caused me to delete the game. There no point to playing if I cant go past a level. Its a shame as i liked the game. I should of read prior reviews as this seems to be a reoccuring issue w/game. :(

The game was great until this last frycook games thing. Now that it's over I keep getting the screen where it tells me my rank and gives me a chest. Only the claim button is broken and it's impossible to close out of the screen so I have to close and restart the game. The x in the corner is hidden behind a graphic and greyed out. It's impossible to play more than one level at a time before that stupid screen pops up and locks me out. Please please please fix this. It's so annoying.

The game has been good! I would give it a higher rating, but the Fry cook challenge came up, and it keeps getting stuck on that page. I can't advance beyond that point as I can't click off the screen. The fry cook prize chest comes up with the claim button, but it does nothing when clicked. I'm hoping this issue gets completely fixed!!!

I was having a lot of fun playing the game after finding it through Netflix games on my phone. Despite the many times it would kick me off the game, I'd get back on it to continue playing and it saved my data. I was just about to complete the salty Splatoon chapter when it crashed and kicked me off yet again. Logged back in and this time all my progress was gone! All the hours I spent playing and the levels I'd completed are just gone. It's a very frustrating feeling. Will not continue playing.

great game!! the pacing is good, the levels are challenging but not too difficult with various power ups (and cookies). the little cut scenes are funny and a nice reprieve to break up each cooking spot. the graphics/art arent amazingly meshed well but its a small caveat. ive played similar games and sometimes those can get suuuper impossible early on, but i feel like im progressing well. best part--no ads!!!! its a solid game

It's a great game. I love it, but anyone else game stop opening once they reach the glove world ? It won't open. I unlocked a new restaurant after the first restaurant in Glove world, and it'll say assests downloading 0%, and it'll stay that way the whole time, never moving up in percentage. But it'll also say 50% and just stays on the title screen whenever I try opening it. Again, the game is super addictive! Just wish they would fix these issues!

Freezes & forces me to restart my phone! So frustrating because this is a fun game. I've done everything suggested: cleared the cache, uninstalled/ re-installed the game, restarted my phone. None have cleared the issue. Such a bummer! UPDATE: I gave the game another chance. I re-installed the game about 3 days ago. It's still full of bugs and freezes! Yesterday, when it froze for the 4th time in a row, I restarted my phone. All my cookies and items purchased were gone! I am done.

After the first 8 or so restaurants the experience becomes repetitive with having to do 120 rounds for each restaurant. Also the money system is broke if you just always use the Mr crabs power up, and the higher rounds are impossible to accomplish without all the power ups. All the competitions are just randomized made up players and no actual other players. It's fun for a little while but quickly loses it's luster. The story line is probably the best part of this game.

It's a fun game but this version has so MANY bugs, ranging from minor to frustrating. In the first area, the whole time it kept saying I needed 0/0 stars to advance the story. The amount of coins I won in each level would not be accurately added to my total coins. It won't let me customize the balloons or the floor despite having the coins for it. There are many more. I honestly don't know why there are so many bugs when the non-Netflix version works fine.

Most of the time the game works great - now I am stuck on a level that freezes after introducing a novel customer type (New Kelp City, Pasta, Lvl 4) and despite restarting the app, restarting my device, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app - it freezes. App is fully up to date. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon. 🙏 *** UPDATE - after almost abandoning the game forever, I gave it one last shot and it did not freeze. Thank you so much for fixing!! (July 2023)

I was really enjoying the game until I got to level 4 of the "Pasta La Vista" restaurant. The game breaks on that level and won't allow players to progress. My app is always up to date, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I switched profiles and played all the way up to the same point again, hoping that it was just my profile that was glitched, and was met with disappointment. **update** I gave it another try after months of waiting and it didn't get stuck. September 2023.

I loved this game up until I got to new kelp city, pasta la vista, level 4. It's like a intro tutorial with the red guy that burns your food then game freezes and can't even exit out without force closing the app. I've tried every day for a week now and still no change. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and no change. Yes the game is up to date and there are no answers on their "trouble shooting" page. Sososo very annoying after getting so far and then nothing!! Fix it!!!

Found this game through Netflix and haven't been disappointed with the quality and entertainment of it all until I reached Kelp City's Pasta la Vista, Level 4. After introducing a novel character the game freezes and won't let you pause, exit, or restart without closing out of the app completely. I have tried reopening the game, reinstalling it to my phone, and even switched Netflix accounts and restarted the whole game but it won't progress past this point. Quite disappointing.

I think the game is a lot of fun to play. You definitely get to a point where power ups will be needed.. but you can easily buy those with game money.. and it's pretty cheap for 3 of the boosters. I like that they don't make you buy stuff with real money. It's all easily managed in game. Pretty great for a free phone game and just the right amount of challenge.

I love this game. Its so engaging. Levels start out easy and get harder, you can decorate and get different outfits for your characters. It also looks great, the animations and overall work into it is awesome especially for a free game. I'm at the kelp city area still, and I will say some of the later levels are getting a bit too hard to be as fun, and the amount of levels in each restaurant is way too many now. Other than that great great great love it

Definitely one of the better time killer games I've found, but I do wish there was an optional super easy mode, seems like the beginning goes hard a bit too early and I'm not here to grind, just enjoy some time killing activities, would love to see a relax mode or something to progress the story at a relaxed pace, then I would drop 5 stars for that.

I accidently downloaded the wrong game at first , it was awful ! However , I am in absolute love w THIS game . No ads , yu do progress kinda fast but yu can easily go back to finish more goals . I literally am addicted . It never asks for money for any additional features . I do have a Netflix acct , but this game is a win for me . Super happy I found the right one ! Love the graphics ! You can customize each restaurant as well as each characters outfits .. Its Soo engaging 🤌🏾
