The app is great but frustrating. It loads so slow. I find it difficult to use it for emergency transfers. Pls work on it and make it load so fast like other apps. Thanks

I feel so bad that I want to register, and after putting my info and and it requested for my passport after facing the passport you keep writing to me error something went wrong while putting the picture, this is a serious issues I have tried as much as I can but it is still written the same thing, please work on this so it could be easy to for new member to register

I have never seen a bank as polarizing as much as Stanbic. Your actual services are good and I can testify to that over the years, so I'm wondering why you have the most non functional mobile app ever? The UI is bad enough but the functionality is head scratching. How do I explain that I love your bank but hate the mobile app services. I can't login in successfully once. The features in it lag. I can easily do a wrong transaction or press the wrong password only to know this after 10 seconds

Nice bank, good app but you will regret going to any of there branches for any transactions or to see the customer service, you might end up using 3 hours to resolve 3 minutes issues. The cashier queue is not always moving neither is the customer care. The only thing good about them is the application, that's all. My advice, avoid going to their bank

This Bank app has become so awful to use. I struggle to make transactions and I can't even buy airtime or data because the app immediately closes. The only thing I can do is to send to my beneficiary. The issue has been ongoing for months now and you guys are yet to fix it. I have to transfer to my other Banks to make use of it. It has become tiring and stressful that I can't make seamless transactions. Please you guys should fix this soon

Haven't been able to use this in over a year. I've finally been able to use the app but it's completely useless. Transfers between Dom accounts don't work. Transfers from Dom accounts to personal Naira accounts don't work on the weekends. Your money is basically inaccessible. My experience with this bank has been nothing short of hellish.

Very horrible process. Cannot open an acct without being redirected to a random browser. Which defeats the purpose of the app and how can my details be saved when I am filling it on a browser and not the app. Then the worst is you can't upload Ur passport photographs regardless of the size the photo is. I use to hear that Stanbic bank is the best that might be true but trust me their I.T department is trash.

This is the only bank i have had my best banking experience with, best in security (your money is safe even if your phone get stolen ), best in notification, no unnecessary debit, no network issues, no delays in transactions especially in transfers, and you can't be debited when your transfers are not successful. Stanbic IBTC app has wonderful features which are very easy to use.

The app has had an issue for the last few updates, in the "Select Bank" menu when one wants to make transfers. Selecting "Other Banks" makes the app freeze for a couple of minutes. After that, tapping the search bar causes another freeze. Then after typing the bank to search for, it takes another couple of minutes to find that bank. Also, make the 3 banks above "Other Banks" be the most frequently used banks by the user, or the most popular banks, instead of having to search everytime.

I love stanbic bank I have been using the Apps for so long now with ease. When ever there is an upgrade and I face any challenges, all I need to do is just call the customer care center or email them () and within some minutes or hours depending on the issues, it get resolves. Yes I can not do a screen shot of my transactions but there is an option to share the receipts or download it when needed. Moreover I always receive my transactions details and any updates on my email

I know Stanbic throughout using it for the past 5-6 months plus has been beautiful and effortless. When I first opened it was super difficult to activate it. It took me about 8 months to get it done. Now I'm using the bank they don't give me headache, just until of recent I've not been able to open the app, talk less of login. It's been difficult I really have to make use of it soon. I can only use my card to make transactions and results to using from my actual savings for transfers. Pls help!

Your app has regressed from good to bad to worse. It now takes an excessive amount of time to enter transfer information. Previously, after entering the account number, I could quickly advance to the next screen by clicking on the bank name twice. However, the latest update has made it even more cumbersome. I'm forced to scroll through the list to find my bank, which is time-consuming. Additionally, entering the amount and PIN takes an eternity, making me appear suspicious to sales staff.

Opened an account with them and filled the form in shorthand with my email address. Apparently, the account person translated my email address incorrectly, so they've been sending my emails to another account. Unfortunately, there's nowhere on the app where you can update your basic profile info such as email and phone number. That's simply appalling and a security incident, if you ask me.

I really like the app but there is one major flaw. This has to do with checking a transfer information. It only shows you the amount, no information who it was sent to and also I do not get receipts for the transactions the file is missing when trying to attach it to either WhatsApp or email. This has happened with 3 different high end phones (pixel 2, pixel 3 and oppo) I have so it's not a phone issue. Fix these issues and I will increase the rating.

This is a very useless app. After the upgrade this app no longer works on my tablet and cannot be upgraded since it is no longer supported. I have installed on my phone but cannot get the OTP to unlink the table but it takes about 20 mins for the OTP to be delivered and by then it times out. Have also tried to login online through the browser same issue now close to 3 days and cannot access my account. Called customer and no feedback or resolution. This is very unreliable!!!

The UI Is Quite Impressive, its very colorful and beautiful, i would give you a 5 Star, But i Noticed the response time while browsing tabs and Logging in Speed, is significantly much more slower than the previous version and needs a much faster internet speed, guess its because of added features. But functionality is impressive and bugs seems to be fixed for now. I had no problem signing in and this new UI is classy. So beautiful.

I used this app for a while, and then just like that it no longer opens. I wrote a email to customer service about the problem. They asked for any errors codes, of which there none. The app tries to open and then failing in the attempt, I am returned to my phone's home screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still experiencing the same problem.
