A nice game.. too many of the challenges need buildings built with cash.. and their cost is unreasonably high.. and for me even if I was thinking of purchasing cash.. I'm never able to load that screen or buy any special packages. The bingo game is a great feature.. just the rewards aren't exciting for the tasks being done to get them.. the prices should match how long it took to fill the card/difficulty. I enjoy getting free energy but that gets frustrating when you've been playing for hours and still at the same point. The game is always freezing as well.. but otherwise the game is very addictive.

I was really loving this game. Until I started slowing down on the quest because some buildings can't be purchased without Superbucks. I would advise to save them and don't spend them on land or to skip any quest. I couldn't even get any of the specials such as the drive in cinema because again I didn't have enough to purchase the buildings. Sorry to say but I lost interest and stopped playing as often.

even though this game is technically free it us becoming increasingly more difficult to complete any of the challenges or missions without purchasing the special buildings that are the only way to obtain materials required to build. not only that but the prices are ridiculously high. how can u expect me to pay $13 for one building. you might as well just makr it a paid game and quit falsely listing it as free. its only free if u dont mind not advancing thru the levels at all.

up until today, the was a 5 🌟 game. i havent been able to get it to load past 11% then i get a message that theres been a technical error. No matter what I try, keep getting the same "technical error..." message 🤪. is there any way to fix this? Please?! 7/619 UPDATE: Thank-you to the support team for fixing this issue for me. I really do love this game. It's fun and stress-free. I've changed it to a 4 🌟 rating. I'll give it 5 🌟 if they can stop all the crashing. 🤪

My buildings have disappeared after reloading the game. Is there any way that you could fix this problem. I've been playing this game for years and this is a first for me. Today as of 11-6-21 I will try and reload because now I can't go to the other lands on the map. If reload doesn't work I will definitely delete the game until it is fixed. I love this game don't make me hate it!!!😤

Edit: I uninstalled the game. I emailed customer support two days ago and have still not heard anything back. I had holiday time limit quests going, some of which I know are over. Very disappointed. Okay, I really like this game but I keep getting a message that says "technical error, please reload". I noticed that there was an update so I just did the newest update a few minutes ago and I am still getting that error message and I can't load into the game. It's very annoying.

This game is straightforward, but well designed. I find it to be more balanced & intricate than most in the genre. The only thing that detracts is the fact that the costs for quests seems to average about three times more than what you'll actually earn from completing it. As you'd expect it's also more of a pain if you don't make it a point to add neighbors. But like most games of this type that means annoying your friends to death or buying cash.5 stars because it's still better than the usual

the game has so much to be fix that playing is really a challenge. I love the game but is impossible to play without a problem. I dont want to rate it*** now i can rate SuperCity like it should be. I can deny that this is really my game, still we have a few bugs really dont bother me much, no game is perfect and this is almost super perfect. I appreciate all the work developers are doing. Best thing? the support is incredible good! Facebook page for mobile is awesome, really good!

2nd review, 1st one disappeared..Terrible performance. It took me 10 minutes for the game to load then half of my buildings are just blank squares. Quests are blank, cannot visit the zoo area to search. I've cleared my cache, made sure I am up to date on my phone, unibstalled and reinstalled the game and it still won't load properly. I cannot recommend this game if the devs won't fix existing problems. It's been almost a yr between updates, current problems should warrant a major overhaul.

An extremely big disappointment is when you get to the last few levels of a quest only to find you can't complete it without purchasing a building that needs superbucks to buy. Waste of time at that point. Many of us can't afford to buy superbucks and no they are not easy to get in the game. Such a disappointment for an otherwise great game. And by the way I never mentioned being "forced" to buy buildings. Just some kind of sign prior to a quest that a building is required to complete a task.

I have been playing this game religiously for months now and it's a great anxiety reducer for me. I have also spent quite a bit of money on this game because I can hardly get through all the tasks it requires to complete for certain buildings. I have waited for so long to post a review because I wanted to be well versed in the game to give honest feedback. Some tasks are entirely too long, 12 to 14 tasks with 3 items; each of those where amounts needed may vary. Some require high numbers of each items you can only get from "game cash" buildings. Even with the amount of money I have spent on the game it's not enough for multiple buildings of this type so earning them through special events is great until I still fail in earning it after 14 days of working hard towards it. And after the last update the game freezes and boots me. I have reinstalled twice...please fix this because I miss my game! And I'm trying to get Stonehenge!! :)

I had given this app 4 stars, but now that I've advanced to level 12 I am experiencing the same connectivity issues others have been complaining about. It's a great idea, and the game could be fun, but the constant crashing makes it impossible to play. The last update did NOTHING to address this issue. I'm unimpressed with the Developers and am uninstalling the game.

This game has some neat graphics, and its fun to play, however I do get overwhelmed with so many quests that come up especially when I complete one quest, two or three more are added, I still have quest from when I started the game, and its disappointing that some buildings cost in SuperBucks, which explains why I cant complete all of the quests. The events however are fun to play, especially the current Event with the Chickens!!

I don't know what happened to the review I just left by clicking through from the app, but I'll say it again here. 3 Stars, because I absolutely LOVE Super City, but absolutely HATE the problem with VISITS! The app CONTINUALLY closes itself after going to two or three neighbors, or after an hour of play it hangs so bad it'll freeze up my entire phone! And don't let a call come in just as it's stalled! Why can't this problem be fixed? The lip service is NOT helpful. FIX the freezing and crashing!

I really enjoy this game and get super into working on my city and crafting it to how I like it to look which is the part I find most enjoyable. However I agree with pretty much everyone else on here..WAY too difficult to gain the things you need to complete quests and that effects you being able to get certain buildings which is really stupid. unfortunately I'm not a wealthy enough individual to be able to blow tons of real money on this game to get ahead. I just want to build stuff! 😡

For the most park Supercity is a great game to play, with fairly easy tasks that don't cost money. It's easy to have 'friends' inside the game and if you are patient you can technically get away without having to spend real money. Many of their 'special' tournaments is really where it gets hard to not have money as they often require building that cost 'bucks' which are difficult to get and some of the tasks require near constant playing to achieve, even then I've often not even come close.

This game has to many glitches, the screen does not move smoothly. Im on level 60 and would be a lot further if not for the constant need to restart, reload or wait for the game to respond. I've lost out on so many buildings, holiday specials, special events within the game I wanted. I'm so angry that I've wasted money on purchasing buildings & other items within the game, I'll never use, I'm uninstalling this game. Take a screenshot of the problem, of what, a blank screen after the 100th reset?

Great game. Very addictive and challenging. Like many games there are frustrating aspects to it...for example having to acquire a high number of articles that take a long time to come up. Also, having to acquire the same items over and over and over again. The system needs to mix up the articles you need to complete a quest more often and stop putting in 10 or more items that take over an hour to come up. These are the main frustrating parts of the game but overall I'm still a big fan.

Absolutely love this game. You're able to build your city how you want. My complaint is a lack of profile pictures. Please add more, so not everyone has the same redundant one. You can even tie some of them to having to earn them them in events or goal achievements. Also, as everybody has said... to get main buildings and objects, it is far too much time and to realistically achieve much of the time

Cute game, and a good time killer. I love the tasks, but 80% of the game you have to make a purchase to either complete a task, or skip it. Daily, the game freezes, wich makes it frustrating. At times the game completely cuts off. Other than those issues the game is fun. Must have plenty of patience when the game acts up . Thats why I only gave two stars
