English version is removed... i guess the bank willose me as customer if they do not bring an English version as soon as possible..did not understand how they want to compete with other online banks without an english version... simply annoying!! my android language is english and still it does not work...only german version is being installed...tried reinstalling a couple of times..

Would have been more useful if the app was supported in English as well. Though learning German is good, but we need to be extra careful while handling transactions. So English is much preferred. Thank you.

Cannot paste login details from a password manager and to make matters worse, when manually pasting username and password, they are cleared when switching to the password manager to copy them.

I am a native German speaker and the app is good. Nevertheless I believe English is vital and I strongly believe it is not that difficult to add English. What frustrates me is comments from the Targo social media team from 2019 saying they are so sad, adding a sad emoji as if they care, and claiming that they will "pass on this information". It has been 3 years, how has this process been going? Any Reponse? Do you not want add English? Say that. Are you working on it? Say that. Say something new

The amount of times I've had to "register" my easyTAN is unbelievable. And because of that, today I lost a good price on a flight. Can't wait to change banks and get rid of this app. The update that got rid of English was really a shot to the foot. 👌

Nice app. Shame it does allow switching to English. Someone complained about this already, and the 'social media team' wrote reply in German. Talk about out of touch with their customers. When Targobank took over Citibank customers in Germany they picked up many customers who chose Citibank because it provided services in English. The fact English support was not a requirement is clearly a major failing for the design requirement of this app. The app itself is very good, just this major flaw

I used to situation when all applications support English language (while in Russia it was not a requirement), it is very difficult to use app on language that you don't know and without option to translate it with external services (screenshots not allowed). So at present minus 2 stars for the international users support

Quite possibly the worst banking app I've ever used, and it's only gotten worse with each "update". Every single transaction has to be done repeatedly because it times out or crashes. I have never used such a piece of junk in my life. I have used plenty of other banking apps and never have had such a terrible app. I'm absolutely furious about this. Tell me how it's acceptable to have to do everything 2-3 times? Please get it together.

I like the App and how it evolved in the recent time. Just bekoming better and better. One inconvenience that I have after upgrading to Pixel 4: the app does not allow to use the biometric Face ID (probably expecting the fingerprint sensor). That would be really nice to able the Face ID authentication in the App.

Since the last update the app is all in German! It used to have significant parts in English. I really don't understand how you can *update* and make the app *less usable* I really liked that now I can transfer and use easyTan from the same app. That gives you 2 stars. Please fix the language issue and I will adjust the rating.

App is not that bad. As many other users have mentioned I would like to see English support. Afterwards I will give a higher rating. Also why isn't Google Pay available with any of your cards so that I can pay with my phone on the store? Apple Pay is available for iPhone users which is completely unfair. Is there any email I can contact to send this and any other feature requests?

Still No QR-code scanner build in. So typing all the info on a mobile gets a bit tiresome. Just rubs me up the wrong way when on bills it says ...just scan it with your banking app and it gets filled out automatically. But no....just have to fiddle the numbers and letters in. So not Easy and Conveniently at all. Please incorporate a scan function!!!

for the level of security it looks like Targo Bank knows how to deal with that and I am happy with this. However, like a lot of other users mentioned before, with this kind of important transactions and manipulation, English would be nice to have just like all other German Banking apps. Learning German for sure is good but still having the option is nice to have. I will adjust it to five stars when that happens. :)

It is very important to remind the development team that we are already the 23rd year of the 21st century and an English version of the application is a must have today. Until that changes it will be one star. Update July 2025: Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 are still communicating with Earth and there is no english verson yet of the App.

I am fully satisfied with how they treat customers. The online banking service via the website is good. However, it's unfortunate that the app does not offer an English version. This seems a bit strange to me, as translating the app should be relatively easy, especially with the AI tools available nowadays. Some of my friends have chosen to stay with Sparkasse simply because their app supports the English language.

Not a user friendly app. In year 2025 and they still have not managed a QR scan option to perform transfers /Ueberweisung. Besides, since the giro card does not come with contactleas feature, one needs to use their other app for this purpose. Which also only works when there is network connection (means no working inside most of super markets unless you use some wifi connection around).
