It's saying I don't have connection to the server. Ive tried on WiFi, w out WiFi and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still isn't working

Download speed is very slow. Also a lot of cuts. When it interrupts, it restarts the download from the beginning.

Beware: data is not encrypted when stored on the device. Images and other attachments get lost after 1-2 months as they are not really stored on the device. Sometimes there are intransparent delays and failures in message delivery, making communication unreliable. With flaky network connection it still happens that larger contents (such as photos) are not delivered. Nice that meanwhile the same account can be used on multiple devices on Android, iOS, and Windows. Yet missing web and Linux app.

I'm unable to download or play any videos that are sent to me. I am able to view pictures but when ever I try to download videos to play, it stays in the downloading screen. The issue still persists. Edit : I have a 100mbps connection and contacted both SUPPORTEN and SUPPORTDE on 19th Jan under the name Marc Edit -2 They subsequently replied back and we had a few troubleshooting actions though unsuccessfully. Thereafter, repeated reaching out has yielded no response. It's been over a week since.

Great feel to the app, however our calls get interrupted for some reason. The other party can hear me, but i cannot hear them.. Essential privacy options are missing, such as an option to disable whether the other party sees that i read the message. Also online visibility status cannot be switched off. Consider adding message burn functionality, very useful :)

You should make it impossible to screenshot anything in the app and make it where casting is blacked like some other stuff is like the lock screen lock area of the phone have a privacy thing do no one is screen sharing or showing private stuff with images and videos and live feeds this will a long way to improve privacy and security as it works, so please do this and then some, much appreciated, goodluck and thank you, I pray for better anything other than that this app is amazing and stuff GG

Your app has literally slid off a cliff. I rate here coz apparently I've been banned from rating on the device this is actually happening on....This has been happening in the last week, your app can't stay open 5 seconds, or less, the time it takes to switch between 2 apps. This is unacceptable. Period. Imagine if your PC operated like this? You'd throw it out! Fix this garbage.

The app is super slow. Edit_1: opening the app is slow, getting messages is slow, waiting for the app to finish synchronization is slow.

Not a fan of this app whatsoever. I among others I associate with installed and used teleguard as a chat headquarters for competitive gaming. Less than 5 days in, 3 out of 11 of us are receiving a "error connecting to server" message and have not been able to troubleshoot it at all. Simply doesn't make sense. Unacceptable for a new up and coming app

Have to say it's really weird how I cannot download any pics that get sent to me on the app. Other than that seems okay.

1.for all android device users not getting teleguard ringing sound for both voice and video call. 2.Windows teleguard does not have file( save as ) option while downloading. 3. (teleguard application ) is not connecting to (teleguard server) in ( non serial number motherboard ) at windows. local brand windows motherboard does not have manufacture name and serial number so teleguard try to use this serial number of the motherboard for device verification and connect to teleguard server.

I liked the app, but for the last 2 weeks, every time I open it, it says no connection to the server. I've sent messages and emails to them a few times but never get a response back. Have they shut down or what.

It's interesting to see that an edit feature has been provided for sent messages - the rating has been increased by a star. What's still missing is text formatting to bold and italics.

I like the idea. Recently the app is more reliable. The time needed to open the app and update the conversation should be faster. It makes it sometimes a bit inconvenient to quickly check messages. The dark mode UI can be improved. In direct sunlight it is hard to use. So, I had to switch to the light theme to make it easier to use it outside
