Construct buildings, like fisher huts, farms, forges or bakeries to sustain a solid economic cycle. Catch fish, harvest fields, get water and use various natural resources that are needed to expand your influence. Upgrade your buildings, learn new ways to improve the productivity and spread out on the French territory. Control your Townies and assign them to different tasks to manage your settlement in the most efficient way, but respect their needs to keep them and their wives happy. I've played this game sometimes for years now. It's fun but it could do with a bit of an update on the graphics and game features.

I love all Townsmen series ... I played it in java phones that time Android was not available .... I played all Townsmen series .... Now waiting for any new series .. Thanks Handgames for give us this old memories

Top tier indie city builder rts game. Full stars because it's awesome. It could be better sure, but it doesn't try to be what it's not.

I would highly prefer the small mobile phone townsmen 6 version than this old scrap full of rubbish, if you developers are listening if i were to be your boss, i would fire ya for creating rubbish, you better take this game down and bring back the old version of it.

The controls are terrible. I understand this is a port, but it's barely playable. Too bad since the townsmen series is great.

To all of those who are confused, this game is a port from the game in old android devices before the new townsmen. I just don't know why it's named townsmen 6. This is more likely a childhood game, so play this if you just want to experience how the old townsmen works.

Just like old times but it crash my system like UI, and some other apps. It's happend after first play after that, crash on other apps happens.

No zoom and tiny controls on phone make gameplay nearly impossible, and mistakes are easily made. Landscape mode would be nice too

I really love this game, I played it on my old phone with Java before getting it years later on my Android. Unfortunately, the app causes every vital phone process to crash.

This game have a very bad crash in ui system. Once its happen your phone suddenly blackout and sometimes cant even open the phone for long period. Had to uninstalled before its bring damage to my phone.

Great games. I notice you will have the game error on last map if you save too much, so I suggest you shouldn't save too much on the last map.

Game is wonderful. Brings backs memory. But the control is awful. The game was originally designed for a keypad phone, and they just ported or emulated it. You can play it better on Java Emulator.

This game needs bigger buttons & zoom feature. I had to bring the screen very close to my eyes to understand the symbols above buildings. Additionally my phone has rounded corners, so the buttons at bottom corner were hardly visible. Bigger buttons will help

No zoom. Was good on older device but the resolution seems to be fixed such that on my s5 the screen is virtually unusable. Need to be able to zoom in at least. Also no obvious way to see last instruction (which disappears if you touch the screen)

I downloaded this game because I thought it would be an improvement over Townsmen; it is not. The controls are unintuitive, the game is buggy and every battle where an army is involved is horribly spoiled by the rng involved. If you want a fun city builder choose the original Townsmen. It is far superior. As for this game? It's already gone in my trash.

Excellent game of my childhood. Still one of the best mobile rts in my opinion. So nice to peplay this after 10 years. I'd like to give 5 stars but there's no landscape mode and the Lorraine mission have some bugs (the screen in "shaking" all the time)

The 1st one was a great game, this is a joke. You can't zoom in or out it's hard to figure out how to do anything or what they want when they are mad. Everything is so small and touchy, you have to repeatedly tap on things to open windows to try to figure out what to do. I don't know if there was a new developer in this game or what but it horrible. Uninstalled, hope if there is a another one made it's either better or equal to the 1st one.

This game brings back a lot of childhood memories. I loved it as a kid and it was amazing back then. But now, on newer devices, the UI is way too small, a zoom feature is desperately needed and the controls are extremely weird. If the developers updated this for newer devices I'd give 5 stars.

This had been a good game. I've played in on smartphone on emulator and that emulator gave a better experience of this game than this app could. Add an ability to zoom in and out of the town like the one in the latest townsmen and improve the gameplay controls to enhance the experience.

Awful! I played the original and loved it, so I bought the ad free version of this one thinking I'd have a similar experience... It's awful. The controls are not intuitive, it's only apparently available in portrait mode with no zoom, the GUI is incredibly lacking and ugly... Very disappointed. Usually don't leave bad reviews, nor do I request refunds, but don't get this game and definitely don't buy the ad free version. It's like a completely different company made this game from the original.
