Found the game good at 1st but now I can't get my customer satisfaction to change. I have no queue, clean store, prices at or below market value and lots of different products but still it shows as poor -10. Ads are annoying as one every few minutes is excessive. I understand the need for ads but they take away from enjoyment of game too much.

the game is great except for a few things 1. when it's 00 and it closes why doesn't time stop moving so that you restock and when you click new day then time can start moving 2. what's with the goods not counting down in background for delivery you have to be in the game for time to move 3. why does hiring cost so much energy the money I understand but the energy mmmh , customers don't buy a lot of stuff overall it's a great game am loving it it's more exciting than the other store games

I like this game, but I am struggling with some parts. I'm forced to have two cash registers but can only hire one cashier. The stock worker throws boxes in front of the store, lowering the ranking. I'm forced to participate in challenges my store is not prepared for. There's not enough storage space. I need help lol 😆

I CAN' PLAY right now, it automatically close and I also experience oh having a problem ln saving items or purchase in the game. I bought the $900 expansion double times because after I bought that I decided to rest for awhile then open again my game and suddenly, it close again. and check the store expansion and the first one I buy the expansion displays again that you must purchase it again I have proof

edit:after a few days, the game is lagging when played ol. and pls add a feature where we can properly stack boxes even w/o racks not just throwing them. the game is fun to play ol as you can get a lot of benefits from watching ads like free items and working staff but the ads that keep on interrupting aren't fun. Also, why give us a chance to put it in a full price if the customer says it's expensive which leads to low satisfaction

I would need $9,000 to start with but I love this game please less ads and the helpers do great the helpers I hire should get one item free if one or two items in box is Left like the shelf stock person after the shelf stock person is done with the job have a item or two sit down and eat

I love the game but the ads are sucks. every 1 min. the ads keep popping up..please lessen na ads..when you want hire a staff for free you can choose on watching the ads, so there no point that every minute the ads are popping up... 😵

actually it's a good game. but.... 1. the ads so sucks 2. it would be more efficient to hire employees permanently 3. why did the restocking employee throw all the boxes in front of the door and not immediately put them back in the storage area? 4. why is all the furniture getting sunk into the ground. so ridiculous. please! make updates and fix any deficiencies.

It's so hard to move things, and the staff can only be used for 7 game days , also requires a lot to get money together with a lot of expenses, recently the app started showing symptoms of virus attack, i could have given u five stars but compared to the ad, the game is so complicated and stressful, please make some changes, now i plan to unistall this game am also encouraging others to do so, ads should state the facts and not hide the truth, people can be so deceitful to earn money😡😡😤🔥

I do enjoy this game. multi day options for employees and different vender options is fun with the goals for advancement and customer retention. Annoying stocker will throw boxes outside when have a storage room (even when shelves empty). I'm with others, you give us many great bonuses if we use adds, maybe dial back add break a bit. UPDATE: stocker will take things to storage AFTER all shelves are full, but have a bug for floor shelf. Stocker put away open and now they are "not there" to grab.

All good and fun game.....but need basics such as bills of quantity and also why is there no main menu game just starts abruptly and have to quit abruptly.....the save to cloud option just for show always tells unable to connect to server

why we need to tap so many X in one ads, if possible please reduce it and please fix the stocker keep piling the open box in front the store, sometimes they didn't throw away the empty box. I add the star because there is an improvement on the bugs so the gaming experience improve a bit, the stocker still pilings the open box and still so much X's in one ads so I can't give 5 star yet.

This is the best supermarket game so far, it could be better if you add hiring more staff. it's so bad for only providing one worker for each position. please we need to hire multiple staff, and gain access to view around the city and also buy your own apartment and car. this is a very good game.

Not a bad game and rather enjoyable though I would like the developers to consider the following issues during future updates for me to give the game a 5 star rating ; 1. The clock moves too fast. Add more time to the day. 2. Make it possible to hire staff permanently. 3. Stock the agricultural stalls automatically just like the vending machines. 4. Establish a line of credit or loan services for much easier expansion and growth. 5.Make the price control optional or get rid of it altogether.

It would be great if i could link it with either Google Account or Other apps like facebook. In that way, many of the gamers of this game can save their progress when their phone either breaks or they have a new phone. You'll literally gonna lose your whole progress when you change your phone, which is ridiculous cause playing it non-stop for 20 days now, and I'm in day 623

The ad assault is ridiculous. You can choose to watch ads for a lot of goods and bonuses, which you need to if you want to advance much. But to force ads every twentyish seconds on top of that? Come on, y'all! No excuse for it. Don't bother using the "But we need it to keep the game running" line either. You can remove forced ads and get plenty of money through optional ads for bonuses. I'm done, I liked the game, but jeysus that's too many ads. Uninstalling.

I want to like this game more. My shop lvl 27. In-game days 170. A supermarket, fruit stand, food truck, vending machines. BUT THE AD'S..yikes. I paid the $5 not to not get the random ads. But there's mandatory ads, just to progress. Also reward ads. There's upgrades not available yet, but don't know when. no chat, discord or support button. Other than that, the game is fun and easy. Really.
