After opening app and log on to the account from mobile cant use any other app on the phone. If we do that notification not showing. Always have to open the app screen and when the display off again it will not giving notification . Cant you develop as a always running application which is running in the background and showing notification as high priority .

Hi we are using UBER eats for restaurant business. i buy Epson M30 printer that also mention in your app. but i didn't show on app when its connected with Bluetooth. and even if i turns off the bluetooth and press search printer button on tab it keep searching and never mentioned that bluetooth not On. and if given email address not for help then remove from play store

Really convenient app to use however it does need alot of improvement i do love it though I would like it to work exactly like tablet app except on your phone that would be awesome please add features like ability to see how far the driver is to the restarunt on the app. Adjust order amount of customer calls to make adjustment ability to rate drivers etc.The UI also needs to be improved greatly to look more like the tablet experience

Since last Friday, one of our customers called, told he can't order, Cause it showing:Unavailable. So we try log in to Uber Eats customer App, it showing same issue, we had to call customer support, but unfortunately, they are not help, it happening every single day, what I knew was yesterday we missed one more customer, so bad, every time when it happen, we call and call, we called the technical support, seems like they don't have enough abilities to solve the problems. we feel so disappoint

Really hope you guys get better after acquiring Postmates. Their app is terrible. Both them and GH absolutely rely on data and GPS. Without those, the apps don't function. Seems this app sucks also. My account is there but sign-in says I've stopped sms so I can't drive. I enable sms but the app sign-in still says I have disabled sms.

Having the app on my phone is helpful in getting our orders started a bit sooner and requesting couriers at the right time. I wish the mobile app was better integrated with the tablet though. If I press the 'ready' button on mobile it does not update on the tablet to show the order is ready. The app also doesn't seem to properly update items that are sold out. I have to come out of the kitchen and mark items as sold out on the tablet for it to update properly.

This app won't take my username and password 😤 it's very frustrating. Keeps saying I'm trying to log into an account that has not been set up yet. Not true. I went to uber eats manager like I was told, but it did not work still even after going through the trouble of resetting the current password. So, how can I become a deliverer? My husband is able to use the app on his phone. My phone is a step higher than his. This is not making sense...

I ordered from a Freddie's and I canceled the order because it had been an hour and thirty minutes and nothing . I would advise to go to doordash.

I want to work as a delivery partner in uber for my earnings but when I installed this app it is asking email id and password I also provided it, but it is showing invalid and I also tried forgot password option and that also not working properly please help me to log in and grant me the job for delivery partner. So far all about these reasons I didn't able to login and getting the job

I have paid for the uber one I'm supposed to get discounts as well as speedy deliveries. I also pay for an additional priority delivery. I have never received my food fast like i have paid for and Priority delivery I still have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for my food and the restaurant. I order from or 10 minutes or less from my home. I pay extra money and never received the services I pay for I've had the drivers come and drop off. Other people's orders to me They're not Verify The receipt

Trying to cancel ride. It was going to take too long. I've called driver and told him. Now you have someone else on the way. Please do not charge my card for either. I still need to know how to cancel. Thanks

New update doesn't work well with dark mode. Drivers are accepting deliveries while doing another one or whatever, they are 3 min away from the pickup and take 10/20 min do arrive. With no option to search for another rider or give him negative feedback when he wastes 20 min and cancels the delivery. Or we give an order 30 min time for pickup and 10 min later appears someone to take the order. Worst end user rest. experience. Edit: you can't evaluate the driver anymore if he takes 10 min or 1h..

Don't let yourself scammed by these people! Got an email saying i get 10 pound off my first order! Got online, a pizza 13 quid and 2 for 14 ! Put 2 in basket and 24 pound has been debited from my account! Worst experience ever! Don't fall for it! I will never use them again!

Absolutely abhorrent app. Never in my life have I ever experienced such a lackluster, full of bugs underdeveloped app. Everytime you turn off the app, because of an emergency in the store, it turns on back again on it's own. Everytime you need to cancel and order, it gives you an error. Dealing with the numerous faults of the app has been incredibly stressful and made the retail day-to-day life absolutely dreadful.

Y food is cold, also Wendy,s has a special on double cheese burgers, which is buy one get one free, they sent me regular hamburgers for my free burger, the special does not say that, the special clearly says but one double cheese burger and get one for free

The new update is horrible. Maybe uber should listen to the restaurants that have to use their app and fix the problems or let us go back to the old version while the figure this out

Uber drivers need to follow address instructions. Too many drivers are getting lost and ending up down the road i have given them clear and precise instructions they are turning left not right, not able to find a staircase. Too many times i have told them very top floor and are hovering around on ground floor lost and wondering why they can't find my address on the first floor when I have clearly told them what floor i am on. They are also leaving orders on random people's doorsteps.

The new update is 10x worse than the old one. It is very difficult to select the availability optoon on the menu. The old one was super easy, it wouldn't take even 2mins to fully change the availability status of the menu. While the new one takes atleast 15mins. Please bring back the old version 🙏. It's very time consuming and stressful. Thank you.

The new update is horrible and nobody is happy with it. Yet uber have done absolutely nothing about it. It's says we are uber partners yet as partners we have no say in this. We are the ones who need to work with the app and yet us struggling means nothing to uber. They just happy to take the cut and happy to deduct money that's not supposed to be deducted. Wake up uber
