New update is fun, but once you run out of CP, you can't play next level till you upgrade which takes forever after a while. Completing all 260 alien mine levels will take decades. Also, once you run out of money or crystals, you can't replay previous levels, only next level which you can't play for above reason, this NEEDS changed! Addition - app should include daily spin(s) on a prize board to gain additional money/crystals or CP.

After the latest update, it's nice that I am no longer constantly harassed by an ad interrupting gameplay every minute and a half. A short ad plays after each mission, which is understandable and an appropriate moment for an ad to happen. This, however, is only in the alien mines. Thank you developers for somewhat addressing what was a particularly intolerable part of the game, I'm liking the new alien mine and skill tree. Much more looking forward to the next chapter, so I hope that is coming!

2 stars for the decent game, but it is easy so far and slow. Negative stars for the forced ads. Play offline. Aliens are no challenge and you quickly lose interest. Missions and upgrades are on timers that are mins to hours long. You have nothing to do while waiting. I'm not far in and already I'm in the log in, click menu on mission, send mats for next mission, log out to wait the 2+ hours to click complete again phase OR watch ads to reduce time 20? mins per ad. Not really fun.

Great start, good potential. But after the first half it become bloody pointless grinding. Even with paying (buying material) you still can get stuck for days without progress because of this dyscalculia level design. I really enjoy playing this game. I will still login time to time just to get the idle bonus. Not really recommended if you not into grinding

Can barely play the game, opened the game twice, after 20 seconds it freezes entirely, and not presumably by performance issues since it runs smoothly and doesnt even put a strain on the phone. It just freezes the entire game after half a min of game time, every time. Could've rated one star but presumably it stays true to the ads for now. Edit: Used a dns to find out what's wrong, and you'll want to know this: the periodic ad pop-up becomes an error and causes game freeze instead.

Okay so, game runs well. Controls are good and it seems to work well, the story is okay I guess, not super interesting but it exists...but, it's frustrating why does it take two hours or longer to do the simplest of things and why are there forced ads mid combat, I want to continue playing, I really do but there's just so many annoying thing but butt in the way of a genuinely good experience with this game, also could use like a cooler blacker outfit, then maybe I'd play again.

Game itself is ok. But progressing is just too slow. Everytime for completing actions you need 1 to 3 hours. With ads you can skip only 20 minutes each time. But the main problem is if you won't buy "no adds" thing, you'll get adds every 30-40 seconds. No matter what you were doing. I was trying to play it and get to the end. But after couple stages, its just annoying to play this game.

Very short but good bones. Sometimes you can play for a few minutes and sometimes you will give you less than a minute of playing time. After the first chapter there's nothing left to do. Might reinstall later but they released it WAY too soon. Needs more continuous play in chapter 1 and they shouldn't re-release it until they have at least 5 chapters.

Great SHORT game... I think it was released way too soon but besides that the graphics are really good, the game play is good and the storyline could be really good too... The downside is the forced ads... They do a count down to let you know when one will start but the forced ads aren't needed because you'll find yourself watching every ad to shorten times or for resources... If the developers read this please STOP the FORCED ADS...

Not a bad game, I don't like the automatic ads that pop up after playing a little. I usually watch the ads to skip the time on the upgrading so that should be enough without doing forced ones on top. Also completed all the missions and waiting for more content to maybe get into the cave or whatever the next mission is. But it is a pretty good game not to complicated on r different. Maybe add some enemies in the next update to give it a little bit more challenge and gameplay.

Like this same company's other game Idle Breaker, this game has potential but quickly gets boring because I have to keep upgrading my tools. (Why am I surrounded by things I need a higher level tool for, anyway? Couldn't I gradually work up to harder materials instead?) Also, there are a ton of ads, and paying $5.99 to remove them seems a bit much. On the plus side, it's cool to be able to talk to NPCs.

I like the game. Good graphics. Don't mind some ads to get resources moving along, but waaaaaay toooo looong a wait. As you go up, time should be added instead of always 20 mins. Takes too long to chop things, even at level 19. Then there was no longer a way to upgrade. No clues on how to get horseshoes to move to next section. I was enjoying it, but just kept going back to old areas, doing same things over & over is rather tedious. Sadly, this will be an Uninstall, as I can't progress.

Energy points are too slow to recover (3 per hour) which takes 1 hour and 20 minutes to get enough to go on an replay ( almost never enough of the other points to advance either). If that's not bad enough, it's going to take 3 hours and 20 minutes just to get enough points to send the native on an expedition that's going to take almost 7 hours. All this would still get a 3star review, but then there's the push ads... Way too many and way to frequently (game isn't that good). Could've been better

I really enjoy playing this game. The start is exactly like the ads, which is so great! I hate when ads show things that aren't in the game. It does take a bit to upgrade and for things to "apply" but I find that it breaks up the time you spend just on your phone. I am a little confused on why some things are "you need level XX tool to break this" then I just can't get to that level? I would say just place them as unbreakable objects, like walls of buildings. Anyway, good game, would recommend.

Same maps repeatedly. Colossal amounts of unnecessary B.S. all just to keep people "kinda playing" while the devs try to put together the next area of the map. Terrible and despicable to expect a decent rating on a game that's barely built. Like asking for an evaluation on a car being built but there's only 4 tires and a frame... Yeeaahhh - I don't think so.

Note: I have bought the ad block and have played Idle Breaker. My biggest grip from this game is that Expedition Maps are copy paste, same item placement and map layout. There's no randomized layouts or anything unlike in IB. It's the same boring and bland layout on repeat and it gets stale bad. I haven't progressed far in WE mostly because of the maps. Please give your maps in WE more love like you've been in IB (Note 2: I'm at the Airport Base in IB).

Cash grab. Even if you pay the six bucks (this do nothing game is not worth six bucks) to stop the ads from interupting the game every 30 seconds, you still have to wait ridiculous times for your tool to upgrade to do anything. And this is right when you start. You can't even play the game for five minutes before it's too annoying to move on. Don't waste your time. They took something that obviously somebody spent time on and ruined it. Not to mention incessant notifications to come back to play

I would like to give this game 5 stars, as it is fun. The reason I cannot is the ads. This day and age where ads in free games are standard (and acceptable) they are not acceptable in this game. You can barely go a full minute without auto loading ads. A shame because it's an otherwise good game. Maybe make a way such as completing challenges to remove ads, even for an hour, instead of paying money. Just a thought

What could have been a fun, grindy adventure game is instead a glaring example of the failures of this medium. Doing anything, from crafting, to upgrading, requires you to spend skip tickets (which are not free), watch endless ads, or to simply not play. And naturally, the more you progress, the longer those wait times become. The dev team knew what they were doing, and I hope it bankrupts them.

Jen N

Love the concept but the catch is, in order to progress anywhere in any kind of timely manner, you have to shorten the wait times by watching ads. It takes quite a long time to gather the materials for tasks then when you do, you have to wait sometimes 2 or more hours for it to be complete. Wish there was a game out there like this one that wasn't based on ads. Edit:: At the end now, no further content, hammer is maxed but not high enough for fences?? Makes no sense
