The GPS freezing issue has gone beyond extreme level.Every now and then phone has to get a restart to get the GPS fix !!!!!! 🤯. It's has been more than many months but the app development team had not been able to fix this issue for android phones. On the other hand courier partners can no longer login with older and functional app version (2.8.4), which was suggested by the Wolt courier support team .

The app's great for the job and allows for quick communication with the support team and clients. However, there's a really annoying bug. You cannot swipe to clear more that 2, sometimes 3 hovering notifications (inside the app). The app just loses focus on them, so they're just in front of everything. Also, there's no "Mark all as read" button, so unless you use the extremely slow message opening system, and wait the time for it to register the message as "read", the messages will pile up.

Lowered pay to around 80kr an hour. They do not inform customers correctly about issues, so I get to deal with angry ppl. Made a deal with government, so we get almost no work deductions with the max possible taxes. Since recently support is not there to help us but to help the company, if there is a mistake made by someone, most likely it will be the partners paying the bill for the food and delivery. Absurd!

This is the only job where Every Month your salary decreases. Instead to have bonus every six months they are paying less than before. Everything is more expensive now, Car-bike maintenance, petrol. Whenever they makes update and they says we are trying to make your experience better but they makes always worse

As a courier with wolt in Rovaniemi since 2018, the enterprise has evolved with great innovation. Sure there is always room for improvement such as considering the existing couriers before onboarding new ones and making tasks available. Of course partners wolt more and better pay but wolt has been consistent. I will recommend them!

Wolt made so that every order under 5euro is worthless to deliver and combo orders are now worthless if there is any extra distance to go and pick up the food and dropof.

I m currently working in Tbilisi.First,there is a lot of pressure on us to comment within the application,THIS IS NOT FAIR!When it remains active for a long time,it shows an error in our current location and we have to close and open the application.Some orders show for 2 seconds and then disappear by themselves. When we send a message to the customer, there must be a message sound so that the customer notices it,otherwise they do not see our messages and dont respond.5 to appear, good luck

I have given 5 stars earlier but after recent updates I have reduced it to 1. It's terrible app and support from the courier support is clueless and how to help, bundle tasks disappears even after you accept the tasks, app is literally slow and freezes without notice. I have tried it on Android 13 and above, I strongly recommend that the tech team should consider feed back, now recently the GPS has disappeared, mini map shows you moving but the app doesn't know.

The app has a bare minimum and less. It would be incredible if we could see the aproximate amount if couriers in your vicinity, and the demand that's expected. For now, you can see the demand only before going online, and only in the city you are in, not the area. Seriously, give us an "area demand" or at the very least, the amount of couriers around you, so you can go in the area with less. The app could use so many quality of life features.

On July 2, 2024, the Wolt Partner app in Astana (Nur-Sultan) stopped working correctly. The technical service informed all couriers about the problem. A few hours later, they reported that the error in the app had been fixed, but this is not the case. Orders are still not coming in. There is still a malfunction in the system. For comparison, from June 28 to July 1, when I started working with Wolt, I received at least 2 orders every hour. But now is almost nothing.
