It's just a clock in and out app for the other app. Need 2 apps to do one job.

Does not connect with my employer no matter what I do. So I can't clock in on time and someone always has to fix my times.

No Security Settings to change password biggest issue. Also no way to remove employee if needed 5stars if those r corrected. .2. for the pwd change ability 1 for the employee Info removal

App fails to update unread messages dot/count notification in app when all messages accessed/opened/read entirely.

Garbage. Doesn't load up, cant clock out, sometimes got be in my work for more than 10 min, just so I can clock out

Does not keep you signed in, when signing in it will kick you out and ask you to sign in again. Does not save your login info. I uninstalled and installed a second time.

Another useless kiosk app. Downloaded to try .it did not calculate break time. Why is it also hard to get one decent one??

Works great. Only issue I have is it needs somewhere to leave a message with clock in/out for the employer. E.g. "Was on my way home before I remembered to clock out subtract 15 min" :)

very good app with excellent customer service. Installed sunday recieved a follow up phone call to check on how things went before I even got a chance to implement. This is always a good sign. I'll update my progress later this week or next

Constantly having problems with singing in keeps saying enter location or nick name and can't get past it tried uninstalling clearing all previous data and still the same issue the other app which shows the rosta works fine just this won't allow to log in

it asking me to leave a review was the only way I could get away from it... i force stopped it through the pull down android settings and it would instantly restart... might otherwise be great but a terrible design flaw... when it showed me to leave a review it was the only way i could have opened android and used it to uninstall... I won't be using it further

Finally found the perfect time attendance app for my business! But please check the compatibility. This new version is not working on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, crashed everytime when open the app. Please fix. Thanks *still not working on samsung note 10.1 (N9000) * please fix 29/12/16

Uninstalled as soon as opening. Why do you need access to our camera to "prove that I'm me"? I thought that's what the pin was for. I'm sure this is a really awesome app, but I'm not allowing it to take a picture of me every time I want to use it. Please change this feature.

Tanda used to be such a great company. Now they only have call centres in Asia with poor communication and connectivity. Our time clock has been down for a week. Spent 9 hours yesterday on call centre chat with v pleasant people but issues appeared above their training levels. They got a local guy to ring me but still no result. I tried to ring the 1300 number hoping for local help to get a recorded message that the phone was disconnected. The call centre/ help line does not work on weekends. In frustration I asked how I could deactivate my account, I am still waiting for a reply. I have given up on them and will be spending my next 9 hours researching an alternate provider.
