More About World of Guns: Gun Disassembly

Do you know how the insides of a Terminator’s Minigun work? Try World of Guns: the world’s most realistic 3D simulator of firearms (and other things from tanks to DeLorean time machines). Find out what makes legendary pistols, rifles, machine guns and artillery pieces tick… Then disassemble them down to the tiniest part!
WHAT IS WORLD OF GUNS?
A free-to-play game and an interactive encyclopedia, simulating real firearms in 3D. Here, you can literally climb inside a gun and understand its workings; cut it in half, fire it and bring time to a crawl; and finally, completely disassemble it and put it back again (against the clock if you wish).

WoG meticulously recreates historical and modern examples of firearm designer genius — from a tiny Liberator pistol to a 16000-pound FlaK 88 anti-aircraft gun. It has both legendary World War guns and rare models that even museums struggle to find. World of Guns puts 200 years of firearm history into a single, sleek and engaging video game.

257 MODELS AND 30 400 PARTS
Here you are guaranteed to find something that catches your fancy:

• sleek & modern Glocks, P90s, M4s and Tavors
• guns steeped in history like Colt SAAs, Garands and Lee-Enfields
• a vast arsenal of Soviet-bloc guns, from various AKs to the rarest VSS Vintorez
• a dainty pocket derringer or a fire-breathing M134 Minigun
• a .22 sporting Ruger or a mighty .55-caliber Boys Anti-Tank rifle

Not only WoG covers most important models in firearm history, but also the most popular screen divas like Desert Eagle and SPAS-12.

TONS OF GAME MODES AND FEATURES
Every model includes:

• modes for learning operation, handling, and field stripping the gun;
• the armorer mode where you can completely disassemble the firearm;
• timed game modes, including a hardcore mode and a high scores table.

See every detail with the fully controllable camera, layered X-Ray feature and a Cutaway mode, along with complete time control including a slow-motion feature down to 50x. You’ll even see the gasses flow inside a gas block!

The gun app also features:

• 10 shooting ranges with timed objectives (from Glocks to RPG-7s)
• paint mode that lets you create custom weapon skins
• minigames and quizzes with XP prizes

UNPARALLELED REALISM
World of Guns has been used as a learning aid by armorers, law enforcement and military personnel. To create each model, our team spends months poring over actual guns, photos, blueprints and documents. Each part out of hundreds functions in a physically correct way – exactly as it does in a real thing. There are few ways to understand the different firearm actions and systems as clearly.

CONSTANT UPDATES
Noble Empire releases several new models every month, and improves the older ones. Majority of our models can be unlocked for free by anyone; power players will be able to achieve 100% completion and unlock ALL the gun models without spending a dime.

Decent, but pretty much impossible to unlock anything without paying. I was under the impression you could go through the tree and unlock models by completing previous ones, but it only gave me up to the mp5, literally 3 models in, and now I can't really do anything else. Okay simulator, but prepare to slam into a pay wall pretty early. Very, very disappointed in this.

Pretty great, the model graphics are excellent, for a mobile game. And the models are accurate, from what I can tell, and there are lots of them! Although my only issue is with the currency. You have to do some grinding to unlock more models. And the credits, you have to really earn them, which I am fine with though. There are more great features here that I do not say, so I say beautiful game, great job! 👍🏻

Some guns have glitches, other guns that are similar have different ways of taking apart and putting back together (AK-74 and AK-74N for example), but overall it's a great experience! I'm on my second run through, my first one was getting hard to get new guns because of the prices. Please raise some of the reward xp for the high costing weapons!

It's a good game, bit too sensitive on the camera when first opened though. If it's not too much to ask however, I would like to see the Thompson/Center Contender (preferably the gen 1 encore model) added to the game as a something to tinker with. (I don't own one, but it is my favorite pistol and I would love to be able to tear it apart and whatnot in-game) since it has 10 interchangable barrels that allow you to change the caliber from .22 up to .45, this would be the perfect app for it.

My progress in this game has been lost twice due to the unstable account merging system's data being reset somehow. Keep on deleting my review if you like, just letting you know that this issue is still present. I played this game often, got quite far, but now i can't - knowing that at some random point, my progress will reset just from logging on from a different device. If only you made a better account saving system where progress isnt so easily lost.

Honestly, although it's a bit grindy with the credits, it's such an amazing game. With a vast array of weapons, the ability to customize, look inside the gun when firing, slow it down, learn the basic parts and more intricate parts, have all the information you'd want in an app like this and still function as a game rather than an informational app is just nuts. I am enjoying this game so much I would even recommend it to most people, which isn't often I do that.

My experience with this app has been very positive. This game does require purchases to be enjoyed fully but given just how wonderful these models are I'd say it's worth it for any enthusiast. A lot of the shortcomings are more to do with the controls which can't really be blamed on the devs. Overall it's a great educational tool that let's you get to know your favorites inside and out.

Would be better if you didn't have to drop serious cash to unlock the guns you want to learn or very slowly unlock them as you play. Very slowly. So slow I haven't played it in a year but the game itself is good so I don't want to delete it. But it's ruined by in app purchases as are most good games that go overboard with them. Just hoping they'll see the light some day and ease up on the pay to play aspect.

Great game to learn how to disassemble and reassemble guns. Pretty fun as well. My only 2 complaints are that I'd like to be able to download guns to unlock later for offline play. My other complaint is that I dont see why you can accidentally click to things at once in have hardcore mode. Especially the small springs and pins. I get why its essential to be able to click to things in quick succession but not to separate things at once. Deserves every bit of 5 stars though either way.

This is a really vood game, if you like to disassemble things or are a gun enthusiast. but, however there are a few problems. one is the fact that sometimes the controls either "stick" or the controls become really sensitive. two, it takes way to long to get enough credits or "experience" points to get new guns. three theres a fair amount of pay to win if you ask me. but over all a decent game with problems.

Great attention to detail, and a great learning experience. Learning not only the parts and seeing how they work is fascinating. You can also learn the history of the weapons, my favorite. Only real issue is gaining the points to unlock different weapons can be a painful grind and trying to get the achievements can take the fun out of the whole experience since they're mostly needed to get points.

Extremely informative. Not only are you able to take every piece of a wide selection of weapons apart, but with the X-ray and cutaway and slow motion firing features you can see up close how every single part perfoms within the system. It is an app that is as easy to use as can reasonably be expected for the complexity of the subject material. If you want to know how guns work, this is an invaluable tool. I'll be using this often.

This is a fantastic game for taking apart guns and other things (but mostly guns) and learning how they work. It's extremely smooth and easy to get started with a small learning curve before you're zooming through the guns. Take your time on them and learn, challenge yourself, it let's you build up points for more guns to unlock, but I know I'll be purchasing to support the developers. You can also customize your guns and interact with them. The competitive aspect is interesting too.

Impressive selection of models, and attention to details. The controls are a bit fidgety, and the game modes are meh. But the plain disassembly is pretty fun. I'd be ok with throwing some money at this, but the microtransactions are a bit too macro for my taste. Navigating the selection of models is a little awkward. But despite all this, if you're a fan of firearms and/or engineering, this is absolutely worth your time. EDIT: purchased full thing on steam, linked and merged...worth every penny!

Fun, addictive, and surprisingly educational. I love learning about about the intricacies of each firearm. The models are extremely high quality, in excellent detail, and there's hundreds to choose from. The operation mode is my personal favorite, where you get to see the inner workings of a gun, while firing it! What I don't like about this game is that it's quite grindy. Especially when working towards larger and more complicated weapons. Also, the touch select is finicky during games.

Very good app over all. I was at first disappointed that it wasn't a game where you have free access to anything, although I do appreciate the challenge aspect. The only complaint I have is that often I will boot up the app and the screen will too wide, resulting in all the buttons on the left side being partially off the screen. This happens a lot, and it seems it only fixes itself at random. Please fix this. Otherwise, great game.

A very good game, but the controls can get infuriating when there's a repetitiveness of having the frame of a gun selected when tapping on some small pieces on or in it and selecting a piece when trying to move the camera. Sometimes, you'd select on a piece floating in the background when tapping on a piece in front of it. It doesn't help that you need to get all achievements for each gun in order to get more.

Still having a lot of trouble logging in via Google, getting prompts to install "goggle play games" to proceed. It usually connects eventually after many attempts but it's extremely annoying. Update - 9 months... I got a brief contact once in response to one of my bug reports, but no action. I was told it would be a while until the next update but I think there have been two since then and still no fix or follow-up.

Controls are a little weird sometimes when picking small parts or close up parts. And unlocking new guns can be a pain sometimes. Other then that, it's a relatively awsome game and concept. Has accurate depictions and parts of firearms down to the last screw. Plus it tells you the history of it. Great job guys, just work on the controls a little. And the unlocking system.

This game is quite the experience, and is truly a really good game once you get down into it. That's the problem though, you need to get into a sort of mindset in order to grind through and get through all of the unlocks. I was able to get all the unlocks, but that was only because of the fact that I was fascinatingly addicted to guns, the average gamer would not be able to have their attention kept during this. That being said, it is extremely educational, and quite fun once you get into it.
