Keep getting "Onramp disabled..." when tryin g to buy from my xportal wallet or via card.... I can't seem to figure out how to purchase crypto without running into that error

I haven't started exploring the app yet, I am waiting to receive $drx with it, I have connected my drx app with it But I couldn't claim herotag in the app (currently not working, it says 'herotag is available' just with red color and wont confirm Can this affect me in receiving the drop? even if not, please review and resolve this problem

My card has been disabled for over a month because of "technical difficulties". Don't trust them with your money. The defi part of the app so far works ok. My KYC has been refused with no explanation or chance to appeal. I have no problem with other platforms. This is the same debanking problem like with traditional systems. But there you at least know where the problem is.

If I could I would have rated this garbage app a 0 rating. I can't explain how bad it is. The servers crash like every 15 minutes. I also my crypto while sending it to another exchange and I couldn't recover it. There customer support is horrible. I don't recommend for anyone to use it

I've been trying to add some tokens to the list , but after turning on the add button it still won't show in the main list, then if you search for the token again it will be showing off... I'm tired of the app already, its annoying

The worst thing in this application backing up the wallet manually. They only show you the seed phrase for few seconds maybe enough to write two or three words after that they hide it and you need to restart the process from the beginning and re write (If I share my secret phrase I will lose my mony). They made me wrote it several times in order to successfully back up my wallet. I wish you can increase the showing time to few minutes.

I like the interface, but there's a a little problem. When you open the wallet and swap to a different page, and return to open the wallet again, it will not open. This is a serious bug that must be resolved to make transactions smooth.

I like the interface. But I had problems with writing down my secret phrase. I understand it's about security of my assets but I had to go back and forth to write it down because of time allotted to the screen. it's somewhat discouraging...I almost gave up. But since I want my mined DRX, I had to go through it. You should allow enough time to write down the 24 secret phrase. That's my suggestion.

After the Latest Update xPortal Wallet Has many errors, 1. When I try to make a transaction , the transaction is failed 2. It's working very slow after update 3. It takes time to load Menus , profile, etc , It has many bugs After Latest update , the old one version was good 😊 , I request xPortal team to Solve app problems I am unable to Link my phone number with my wallet , If I had an option to review with 0 stars , I gave you only 0 stars .

I love this x-portal❤️❤️,it is really good for sending crypto to any exchange but my problem is if you send a crypto to an address,it will paste that same address when you want to send to another address. It makes me confused

1 Star. Even it will unfair giving 1 Star.. do not even look like a exchange, you cannot even arrange coins based on price. all they have exchange coin with Egold. Egold for 5% transaction fee. there is nothing you will wish to exchange with other coin but only Egold. exchange also need fee higher than your value. this only causes 59USDT Egold down to 19USDT. people do not invest in it any more. App like OKX, BitGet, Binance, Phantom are more updated, more reliable, more accessible and low cost

Design is good and all, but I'm disappointed that just at the instant DRX was listed, the app had display issues and wouldn't let me see my balance, or withdraw anything. I had to wait for over two hours. What a let-down. Aside from that, the app is good at everything else. It's just disappointing to have a transaction app fail so miserably at a time where trading time is critical.

I gave 4 stars because it's annoying that the app doesn't show you refreshed asset prices. Should have so kind o loading animation and what ever you see the first time should be updated figures. As it is now it shows something only few moments later all figures change. 😐

i will keep updating this review to show everyone how much of a scam this is. This app is complete trash. I invested almost 40grand in this. I'm sitting at around 2500$ the app needs to be updated almost 3 times a week. The daily xp is so glitched it will say come back tomorrow when its not even collected that day. then you loose your streak. The online support is trash. They fraudulently staged a security breach and faked a hack.egold is worth almost nothing. The wallet its self is useless.

I greatly appreciate xPortal team for their work and good service. The App UI is sweet and simple but I'm currently facing an issue, I tried creating wallet under MultiverseX Network but I'm unable to view my phrase key and also unable to back it up on Google. I request for a review and rectification on this issue urgently, that's the easy way we can use xPortal. Please team, look to this and resolve!!!
