After the last update the app keeps closing instantly once i open it and its not working at all Tried clearing catches and data and even reinstalling the app an restarting my phone but still the app is not working at all after the last update

It's been like 4 months or so since I got the card.. I like the experience I'm getting but I'm not fully satisfied.. The transactions notifications are always 1-2 hours late.. And the app itself is always buggy and crashes a lot.. I use a s22+phone so the freezing has nothing to do with my device's performance.. I want to take screenshots inside the app.. What security policy prevents me from taking a pic inside the app it makes no sense.. Lastly enhance the app and add paying with NFC in it..

I am agree with you are now developing the organization of Egypt posts but till now I can't link my card with app, also I m already have the card before using this app, I hope you fix this problem as soon as possible, so I think you are now have a more of best services than before, keep going ✌

been trying to sign in for hours and I'm stuck in the sign in screen loop, asks me to put my biometric & I do then asks for the password & it accepts it then it ask for the biometric again, each time it tells me that the password is correct & that it's signing me in but I'm still stuck in the sign in screen!

كان شغال كويس لحد اخر تحديث. يا دوب بيفتح وبعدين يقفل لوحده I used to work smoothly until the last update, once opened, it craches.

Hey, the app is good, but my card statement in transcations isn't showing so that when i tap to make it pdf its so empty and messed up , i wish this issue would be looked at, since i need a pdf version of my card statement with my name on it, for paypal reasons .

The app is bugged It closes once I open it I cleared cache and made sure everything is good to go and still it doesn't work

To bad cs really awful 3 month just to get the card and when you call Thay do nothing then gost you no solution what so ever I can't even imagine if had a problem with a transaction thank God that I didn't get the card

Application stucks on startup logo, Tried force closing, tried restarting the device, made sure developer options is off, still doesn't work, this happened on my Iphone 13 pro max, and my other phone 'this one' Redmi.. so!

Improve Speed and Design: The app could benefit from performance improvements and a cleaner interface with less clutter. Easy Access to Balance: Displaying the account balance on the main screen would be a convenient improvement. Dark Mode Option: Adding a dark mode would be a great user experience feature.
