I love the customer support and yellow card itself but I have a problem with ye continuence updates I can't pass 2days without the app requesting for me to update it, it's annoying what if I had to send someone money immediately? That's a problem But above all I love yellow card❤️ so fix this then I'll add the remaining star

The good side in this app is the fast buying and selling, sending and receiving as well as costumer support. Identification is not equally bad because it keeps the identity and personality of the actors incase of misconduct even though with yellowcard, their identity is not revealed which is bad. Normally their Clients supposed to have a good information as concerns their contact address including telephone, location, and their registered office as well as proof of operation agreement.

Your app beginning to mess up too much recently, it keeps crashing and withdrawal is no longer through telling a match can't be found, what's all these. the last tym something like this happened it took u guys more than a month to fix and our money was trapped. please fix ur buggy app ASAP

Very bad experience at first impression. Email verification has failed multiple times, even when the email was changed. PLEASE FIX THIS! I can't do anything because of email verification that is always invalid.

Was skeptical at first, but then I tried to make an international money transfer to a friend in South (I'm from Nigeria), told my fried to download the app and register and boom, the transfer was smooth. Very nice app. Once I try other features, I'll edit my review to 5 stars.

Excellent, both local and international transactions are done with unimaginable ease. honestly, this my first time of rating any app on the playstore cause It ain't my thing, but I was moved by the beautiful experiences I have had using this app ever since I installed it. though, I'm rating the app with 4 stars cause I couldn't find every coin I wanted to buy, therefore, please do more 🙏

Don't think of even downloading this app. You literally can't do any payment or withdrawal unless you are verified, worst of all they'll never verify you. Worst customer care experience I've had in a decade, they'll keep sending automated messages that help you nothing. Please people stick to other alternatives, this people are a scam.

This app is a total waste of time. After downloading, I signed up only to be logged out. Tried signing up again and the reply I get is user already exist but then I can't sign because the account does not exist...what a joke. Uninstalling the app right away. That rating is false...

Bad if you are a foreigner Support team very good at quick response, but are helpless on the verification process, I needed money with emergency, got my Nigerian Bro to send me money, and he suggested this app, and he sent the money. On trying to withdraw, they tell you to verify, but there is no option to upload the passport details. It's been 3 weeks, sending emails and uploading id details on the web, but the problem is not solved. The worst part is they can't help reverse transaction

This is the worst app ever. There is no process in depositing money into the app, but the moment you want to withdraw, they will create all type of complicated processes just to make sure you dont withdraw to the point of even freezing your account and stealing the money that's in it. They are not different from thieves.

My verification process has been an Elephant for me 🥺🥺🥺 they don't have input for third name but the keep rejecing my verification and I use my official names on my ID now i don't know what to do i have done it more than 10 times even trying to use my surname. But failed too💔💔😒I've given up. Ill change the rating once am verified.

Yellow card is the most useless and worst app I have ever used in my life. Imagine I made a Naira withdrawal but it's been pending for long time without no reasonable response from the support team. I contacted support team but they are not responding to my emails accordingly, Their network and service are very poor.

This app is amazing!! The UI is dope. The Colors - perfect, the fonts - cool. Speaking as a designer, this is beautiful. As a Customer, the transaction speed is alluring. Having tried so manY different apps, I can't help but cheer for excellence here. Consider me an ambassador for Yellow Card. The onlY reason I'm rating four rather than five stars is because of the lack of dark mode. As a Creative, mY phone is in dark mode. The light of the app hurts mY eYes. Please work on this. The app is beyond expected when I download it I didn't expect such easy trades and low fees but it's perfect and perfect for low price crypto purchase. Direct and simple transactions easy to use for beginners. Good job. One more thing I need a night mood it would be perfect

I Love the UI/UX experience, and their transactions are super fast.. I just got my first crypto coins Etherium, but the only issue I have is that not all crypto currencies are available, I wanted buying NOT coins, and some Doge coins with my little fund but I have to think of something else... Please the system need an upgrade where we can but any crypto and check market trend, even if trading is not available for now... I should be able to check crypto charts of any currency

Hello 👋 Yellowcard. I'm having some hard times with your app on my Samsung Galaxy A11 I have verified my yellowcard account to tier 2 b4 but it logged me out of my acct. I refreshed the app and logged in again and my verified tier 2 was dropped back to tier 1, and till date the app keeps stoning me out anytime I request for tier 2 verification especially on the process of verifying it to tier 2, please do something about it because I can't stand the fact of letting your app go now. Thanks.

My experience is very bad, trx is listed as most popular in-app during deposit, and i sent trx worth 25 dollars via the address and couldn't receive the payment in Yellowcard account, i email the app and they told me the platform doesn't support trx and is not delisted. This is an act of theft. Otherwise it should be delisted since it is not supported, i need refund regardless

This app is a waste of time, don't even bother. I created a new account and can't get it verified in over a month. I reached support twice they keep telling me they are still reviewing and will get back. I'm deleting the app immediately and unsubscribing from getting any future emails from them. If you are looking for something serious, check elsewhere.
