I get always "something went wrong" and "you are offilne, please check your internet connection" i have mobipe data disabled and use only wifi outside Iraq

Can't log in and can't try registering again due to a message saying I'm offline. Phone is online with all other online apps working fine.

If I don't open the program for a week.... I find it closed and I have to reopen it with a new code..... In addition to that the program is weak and slow to respond in a bad way

Very bad app it keeps throwing us out and when attempting to login it says wrong credentials or internal error and now we cannot login again.

The application doesn't work after last update, it says your are offline and i can't log in anymore to my account. Hope they can fix this problem?

Can't login with the same phone number and password used with older app. Says "ran into a problem". Tried to reset password same result.....app issues should be addressed.

Zain Iq app versions 6.0.2 has not worked. When customers try log in the app, show this message 'you are offline, please check your internet connection'. I contacted by email with Zain Iraq before one week. They did not fix this problem right now. I prefer from Zain Iraq remove this application from Google store.

The servers in this app are horrible, keep disconnecting and fail most of the time and they're really slow they're just horrible

It was a little bit ok, but for weeks now it refuse to access using my credintials and even reseting password will show "something went wrong" So now it deserves 0 stars as it only takes space from my mobile Deleted

The App stopped then I tried to do a "forget my password" steps. After I wrote my phone number its sent the password but the app crash abd stopped reforce me to start the app again and never got the chance to write the password 🔑. I have android 8

Terrible, rushed and incomplete, whenever I try to register an account, it just says "something went wrong" without an explanation, and the lack of customer support is what's truly infuriating.
