Easy to use, so I'm satisfied. The card works really well in different countries; actually, the exchange rate when paying in a country with a different currency from USD is fair. This is important to me.

I can't restore my account, i forgot my password. I tried to do every steps to change my pass. But after to return from restore email to the app, it doesn't show fields to change the password.

Customer support is literally non existent, and should you have any issues regarding return of funds due to transaction failure it will take months if ever for Zinli to return your money

Worst customer service I ever experienced. I topped up my wallet with my debit card and it wasn't appear in my balance but my card was charged by the zinli. I tried to contact them multiple times but they dosen't care about my situation and not replying to my emails. Worst app ever I used.

Wierd thing going on! I suscribed to the app, sent my phone #, ID info, vid of my face and shortly recieved a message telling me my wallet was created and they even sent me my PIN number. However at the exact same minute, I recieved another email saying that my account was blocked. I have no problem if they don't want to provide the service to me, but what about MY PERSONAL INFO? I already sent an email REVOKING whatever authorization I gave them regarding the use of my personal info.

I'm so sorry for this bad review but I can't even verify my account. I have both my current I.D. and Passport and the scan inside the app doesn't focus properly to get a good picture of any of my documents. Im wasting half of my day doing this. Why it has to be this difficult?

Difficult or impossible to recharge if you are not in the extremely short list of available countries. If you are in the rest of the world (cannot deposit if you are in more than 190 countries including Canada, the USA and the entire Europe ... very bad)

I'm getting a huge problem with the application, I've been trying over and over to open an account, but the validation message is not a validation, and it is always sending me to talk in WhatsApp... And then the application doesn't recognize that I already have WhatsApp.

I had to change from 5 star to 1 star. It worked really well for a few months. But I have to give 1 star because customer support takes long to respond in emails or sometimes never responds. I have asked many times to have an english version of the ap and the help in whatsapp everthing is in spanish. It's alot of problems and sometimes weeks to get a card verified if the temporary small transaction did not work to verify the card. They also close accounts without giving any exact reason.

So far great, haven't ordered the card which is the next step. But the overall use of the app has been flawless

I can't even enter the app. I reset the password many times. It never lets me in with any password. Yes, my passwords satisfy all the requirements and are accepted during the password reset but never during login! Why (after years already!) it still doesn't have at least English as another language (let alone other main world languages) is beyond my understanding too. Update: They simply closed my account. Explanation? "Just because we can do whatever we want". I never was able to even login.

I loved it so far, now I can't recharge my card. I tried WhatsApp and the "assistant" won't have an option to help me, and it won't let me speak to a human. Let's see if here I get some help from a human

Can't verify card, they used to have an email to contact them, I can't even do that now, despite providing correct information of transfer in their app and throughout whatsapp they say its incorrect and they don't put your card in. They are the worst service even for Latin Americans, I don't understand why they are still in the market, I have to report this app to the store because there is no way they aren't stealing your information, this app is more of a card collecting scam everyday.

After 2 days they blocked my account and their instructions said to wait 48 hours for a response but they have not asked me for my information to know who they are trying to assist. The credit card on my account belongs to me and all documents are legit so I advise to not use this app

This is the worse app I've ever used. I'm trying to use the 60$ I've recharged since 3 months ago but their WhatsApp create a case and you never receive am answer. This shouldn't exist in the market and now I know why so many bad reviews. Worst ever don't download. My case number is 258321. I don't have the option to forward to Zinli, that's why I'm editing this review. Thanks!

Good enough app. Note: I had a bad experience with customer support. I had to wait till 15 days to receive my money back when a transaction failed paying with my debit card and even though it was not clear if my money was truly refunded.

I downloaded the app an all verification was successful,I made a couple of transfers successfully. I proceeded to upgrade my account to increase the limit of my account which seemed to be successful via all email responses. A "preventative block" then showed up rendering me helpless to any access to my account.I made numerous attempts following their guide sent to me via email which sends me to an automated WhatsApp AI chat. Everything thus far in the WhatsApp unsuccessful.

Good idea; very poor implementation. No way to verify credit cards after inputting correct test charge amount - app says it's wrong or exits out, then blocks the option (happens ever time). Support asks for pictures of cards, and still takes forever. They always reply to these reviews to email them, but it's been 3 weeks, and I am still not fully set up. Hard to trust money to something like this...
