I tried to register so many times and it says my id number is invalid and when i uninstall and tried it again my problem was my name it appears the name of my father which is the answer to my passwords question. Please fix this

It's mandatory to give a ⭐ for reviewing on it otherwise I don't give that also, it's useless application,always after logging in just white screen nothing after that. Very pathetic 😤😤🥴
