I have been using this app for many years but recently the hotel booking function keeps crashing. almost unusable now. please fix.

since the latest update in late Dec 2018, I'm not able to access the saved itinerary. so please don't update your app until they solve the problem.

The app keeps crashing every now and then on my Samsung S8. I can't use the app for booking. I feel very frustrated using it.在三星S8上一直崩溃，无法使用的App。非常失望😞。

The apps has got some good searching option that I didnt get in any other apps. Loved the ease of use. Also the price is very competitive.

Keeps crashing every few seconds. Doesnt mention whether the hotel accepts foreigners staying there or only restricted to locals. Terrible app.

The hotel search is not working. I contacted their customer service, and they said its due to a backend issue. They block my account. Im like, bro, i just installed it 30mins ago, and they blocked me? For what?

Ctrip is too convenient. I use a lot of similar apps and I think Ctrip is the best, whether it is to buy tickets, book hotels, find restaurants

One star because I couldn't give less. The airline postponed my departure flight for AFTER the return flight I have bought through ctrip and we had to pay extra to move the return flight to the date that worked for us. The airline again moved the departure flight and after we decided to cancel the whole thing, ctrip kept my flights on for the next 3 days causing me to pay extra cancellation fees. They're seriously incompetent, I've spoken at least a dozen representatives and NONE helped. Avoid

just upgraded to 8.17.0, still keep crashing, in particular when try to book hotel. it took two months to have this new version, but the bug it supposed to fix still persists...

They just don't care. They cancelled my flight and I have not heard from them since. Any attempt to call customer service just ends in them saying "we don't have any available customer support so we're hanging up on you now." Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I just lost my money; no explanation, no reimbursement, not even a representative to communicate to. Stay far away.

I had booked my flight on #Ctrip. My grandma has passed away and I made changes to the flight. This cost meS$243 to change the flight. The flight was subsequently cancelled and I was asked by #Ctrip to request a refund. No other options were given. I was only refunded the original flight cost and not the S$243 that I had paid to make the changes. Now I have given #Ctrip S$243 and I have nothing to show. Worse, I was told to suck it up and no redress.

This company is a fraud!! It's been a month after I applied for a refund for my international air tickets and I still haven't gotten my money back!! I've called their customer service a million times and every time they replied with the same excuse that the money is still held by the airline. I've also contacted the airline themselves and they said my tickets have been refunded to 携程旅行网! 携程旅行网 is withholding my money till now. Don't ever spend any money on this app or you won't get it back

Love the web-phone to talk with support team when online Q&A is insufficient to answer my queries. The prompt and timely response of the support team really helps when you are stuck in some unexpected situation(s) regarding hotel and flights. Please improve the online seat purchases of some major and/or budget airline so no additional airline apps are necessary. Thank you.

ctrip is fraud. if hotel gives them 120 rmb price they chage to 140 rmb to customers using this app and get extra 20 rmb from them + commison from hotel management for those 120. the best way is to find hotel information from ctrip but dont book from them. go there personally and pay less price. 95% cases i find cheaper hotel deals that way. to book flights, chinese version of the app is perfect. English version of ctrip charges 15% to 20% more money from foreigners for same flights.

Can't install the update after Q4 of 2023. Now, I've updated my android to Android 14, not sure how to obtain an update for that because this app install package says it's for Android 13. The app itself is OK, getting the job done, but the UX is not great with way too many pages, ads, and buttons...

I booked a flight from China to Italy on 5th July 2024. They have changed my boarding time in the last 3 hours. I asked for a refund they never replied me or refunded me until today. I advise everyone not to use this app again theivs. They are just punch of jokers😡😡 till today the did not refund me! what a group scammers🤮

Ask too many permissions to access my phone.Say, if you deny it access to the phone's location, it will pop up a request asking you to grant it over and over again. Very annoying. Outdated user interface design and stutter animations. The worse of all, its user interface disguise many tricks to prioritize the service they want to promote but not necessarily helpful to the users. Those service come at a cost of premium. You have to be extra careful to opt-out all the "premium" service they offer.
