Please put ads on mute by default or don't put ads with sounds at all. Not all users use headphones or put media on mute while browsing. It is very embarrassing when there are sounds suddenly in public.

The most annoying updates are the unlimited pop up ads whenever you click into the pictures. Not 1 not 2 but numerous ads, SUPER SUPER ANNOYING, time to change to another new app if it doesn't change

Very speedy & informative news reporting & there are various types of volumns besides news reporting _ such as food dishes on the front page _ which is attracting my attention to study how to make different appetizing food dishes. The food photos are well presented to attract me for further studies of each dish. My latest comments dated 12-8-2022 : There are enormous amounts of very interesting news items with the speedy Cantonese narrating of each news items since recent weeks - really good.

1) the content loading of the app when you open the app the first time, it is very slow and generally needs 4-5 seconds. 2) app consumes a lot of battery power indicated by Android OS > Setting > battery

The start up screen keeps loading and then it either goes into indefinite loop or exits automatically for Samsung Note 9. Never happened before but this problem pops up after the mandate registration. Tried uninstall and reinstall many times but still does not work

news us hiid but new formate is hard to use. the advertisement pop out with sound and hard to shut off. very annoying. also some ad pages cannot be closed and have to close the whole app. now I just Uninstall it.

The updated version force all news vedio to play that is worst than the old version. Per 01 replied setting instruction, it is worked to stop the force vedio play, thank. However, no need set in old version and then it would know to play the vedio during open the news from mobile notification but not in general news reading.

The new version is really bad, too many graphics or videos but too few texts for any single news on the overview screen. This is not user friendly. Hope we can roll back to the old format.

A news app that gives you a widerange of articals (Good for casual reading), however this is not a reliable news source! Also the notification is VERY VERY annoying, why don't you adapt the group notification features?

Non stop pop up ads with sound It is rather annoying with ads popping up all the time and what made it worse is those with sound. I could be browsing news at night or early morning and all of a sudden the ads pop up with sound.

Can you stop the multiple popup when I launch the app and goes to the respective page. Why need to force me watch that news? I know what I interested in and no need you to force me to watch. Need to back multiple times to the index. Will stop use it if continue

Fast news, good content, and I don't mind the ads, but I wish I can filter the notifications. Way too many irrelevant notifications that I am on the verge of disabling it. Please consider implementing the feature.

1. Poor user interface. 2. Extremely irritating pop-up notifications on android app start up. 3. Biased news reporting and editorial. 4. Excessive use of pictures of scantily-clad female. 5. Quality of jouranlism has deteriorated significantly since it first started a few ago.

Latest version does not show pictures. I have updated to the latest version, then all the thumbnails, article pictures are not shown in the app as it was before. I could not view any pictures in the album of the articles. While the video can be played if I tap on it but no thumbnails are shown. Also the app search engine always failed to search by title keywords. So the workaround is to search on Google: hk01 . What is the use of in-app search engine..🥲

Since my last complaint around a year ago, the same issue persists with no observable improvement - the same news gets pushed for multiple times on my device. I'd have an entire notification screen filled up with multiple notifications of the same few articles. Also please add user control for customizing what kind of news gets pushed or not.

It will suddenly stop giving me notifications after some time, having to uninstall and re-install the app from time to time so I can receive notifications again. It always shows notifications of news I did NOT choose in the preference list. Choosing "not interested" under the notification will show you the unwanted news. Doesn't make sense at all and it's extremely annoying.

I seldom write review. But I would really like to voice out that this app is extremely badly designed. 6-7 times out of 10 times I am not able to load the news content through either full reception 5G or latest generation wifi. I need to restart it to make it work. I suspect it is about the embedded advertisement. I am getting really frustrated about this app. There are also increasingly more typos in their news content which they are just embarrassing themselves.

Ads popup when clicking every single topic, even worst is need to wait few seconds before you can click the close button. Terrible
