The use of "allow to access photos, media, and files on your device" permission is to enable you to select an image from the gallery folder as calculator background. The permission is also necessary if you want to convert the amortization schedule into Excel format because the app needs to save the converted file into the Documents folder.

Great Functionality! App, does exactly what I need for the class I am taking. I also really appreciate the lack of ads. Gladly paid to support a great developer that takes care of the users first and worries about finances later. It says a lot about your character! Thanks!

I have had an actual HP 10b for decades and I love it. This works almost identically. I took CCIM commercial real estate classes in how to use it years ago. It is complicated but IF you properly learn how to use it it is a phenomenal tool. The programmers did a FANTASTIC job on this app. ALL the complaints from people who don't like this app have not been trained in how to use an HP 10b. It's not intuitive. There's an Owner's Manual online that can be used to figure it out in lieu of classes.

By far the best calculator in the whole world. I never knew simplifying a financial calculator was possible. It makes me feel like a CFA (chartered financial analyst).Am calculating yields, percentage markups and more. Just name it, this calc does it. And I have a feeling the creator of this app is just getting started. If you have ever tried to calculate percentage price difference in Crypto liquidity pairs, then you will understand how honoured I am to be among the first to review this app.

Get this app! This is awesome, the functionality is awesome! It looks and feels pretty much like my actual 10b calc, but I don't always have that with me. The critiques I read seem to be user issues more than app issues. If you know how to use a financial calc you won't have any issues.

I am considering a loan. I believe this app allows me to have the knowledge to get the exact loan I need at a payment I desire. I pay a little extra every month and this app shows me how many payments I decrease with the amortization payment list. Great app. This works for cars and houses. I can go into a dealership and know the current payment per thousand. Ex: 20k loan amount times 17(payment per thousand) is $340 a month. Cuts out all the games of the finance guy at the dealership. Ever since I was n college, the HP 10b II has been my go-to method to understanding how to calculate interest and payments for car loans and home buying as well as retirement savings. I still use it to calculate discounting as well as margin as I am currently in a sales role. I love this app and the simple layout it has.

I've been using financial calculators for decades and this is the best I've ever used. I've had it for 3 or 4 years. It is a 10BA Professional by Segitiga. It us fast, accurate, easy size keys, easy to read, and easy on the batteries.

Phenomenal! I have multiple calculator apps used mostly for financial and statistical calculations... This calculator replaced and out performs 2 out of the other three I had. The only thing left is to add a 10 key financial calculator with tape, which, admittedly, is only a convenience.

I thought the % CHG function was not accurate but I found I was not swiping down my finger fast enough on the % key. The developer was very quick in responding to my inquiry about the function and the help feature is great, as many others have commented.

I absolutely love this app. I use present value calculations and loan amortization many times per week and loved my hp17bll financial calculator so changing seemed like a big ask but this app is so slick and with built in help that allows you to do even the most sophisticated calculations (even those you don't do often) it was easy. It also has things your HP doesn't have, like a complete amortization table on the screen. Super product and at $2 it is the deal of the century.

A good comprehensive financial calc. I had some initial difficulties which were overcome when tech support reached out and helped. Essentially my issue was using the + - key to make what I thought should be a + FV entry a - (negative) entry. Still lots to explore but a good purchase.

Hi there I face difficulties in terms of reliability of the app hence I've been get difference answers compared with the physical calculator... To be specific for several times been failing to calculate interest implicit rate correctly using the the app and I'm not so sure if I'm the problem or 😂ðŸ¤kindly assist. Otherwise it's great app.

Really liking all the extra features! Im new to this field and using an android BA II Pro would get a little confusing sometimes with clearing the Cash flows and stuff like that.. which this one has an easier way to do! Also the cheat sheets will be helping me a ton. I already upgraded on this one to help out the team and show my gratitude. Thanks guys!

The look and feel is very much like the HP financial calculator that I've used for real estate and mortgage work for 40 years. Can't remember its model number because I haven't used it since finding this great app. One difference: this app uses regular arithmetic logic, not the backward logic of the HP. Took a little getting used to, but now I like this better.

Awesome, thank you Still 5 stars, used for 10 years. Use this daily to calculate margins, IRR ! Hope you. will continue to develop this PLEASE develop more - especially memory functions and evolve this calc to the some formula setting /programming similar to my 2x HP19Bii. I gave up my 2xHP19Bii as a flat battery means lost programs annually and lcd screen dies after X years

Excellent financial calculator. LOTS OF COOL FEATURES!! I'm a calculator guru and I think this one is a must have. It's one of those apps where you'd gladly pay for the premium version. *premium version isn't necessary to enjoy all the features but you're gonna want to buy it anyway. THANK YOU!!

I just downloaded it but right off the bat few things aren't working. For example, I'm trying to open a bracket after enetering a value but it won't input. I'm only able to open a bracket when it's the very first input; even after that the same problem occurs when I try to close the bracket and then the value becomes zero. Would appreciate a fix. _ Thanks a ton, appreciate the quick response!

This is absolutely the best calculator available. It is is a combined financial and scientific calculator - as well as a simple calculator. The display mimics the look of a fine HP calculator from the bygone era. The simulated button display looks 3D with unique shadow effect. As a bonus, it includes a real time Forex currency converter which is great for world travel. And all this is free. You can donate $2.00 if you want, and I highly suggest you do.

Excellent calculator, made even better by the built in help for each function. The help screens provide an example calculation with keystroke by keystroke instructions. There is absolutely no need for a manual. Wow, great job development team. And to top it off the free version is 100% functional with only a start up splash reminding you you can contribute to the continued development of the app. No in app ads. Great support. This is the way apps should be built. I happily sent in my $2!

Have been using a HP 10B calculator for decades. Still have a physical 10B that still works. Maybe not the most advanced tool out there, but I have grown to reach for it often. This app is like having a giant version of it right on my tablet. Function exactly the same. For me...excellent! as far as getting incorrect answers...a financial calculator takes a little bit of a learning curve and plenty of videos/tips on this model.
