Just downloaded the app and clicked only one load and was told that I already reached my minimum of. the day. Based om my search there was total 39 options. So I don't know how based on previous comments I could see 100

I dont know why I keep coming back to this app. There's no customer service support. For whatever idiotic reason, I decided to upgrade to a paid account and not long after I entered my credit card info the app crashed and now I can't get back in my account.

Not really excited about the 123loadboard is very limited in the information that it can provide for you it seems very old and needs to be updated for the premium price it is not worth it no one use the lowboy because it's outdated sorry update your system

Great app. It is really effective with the feature that allows brokers to view my truck location and helps with backhauls. Very easy to use, and drives all we s fir my business.

Nobody compares to 123 when it comes to features and accessibility you can have multiple logins unlike DAT and the app is really user friendly. The only thing is DAT is the big Dogg when it comes to loads still. Other then that it's great.

app is great, broker are very cheap on this app. very few loads are available which is less than 45000 lbs. and they are paying $1.20 cent or $1.30 cents per mile. highly recommend uber freight they are paying good price. normally they are paying $2.10 or $2.45 cent per mile.

I it 4.5 stars. I like the apps interface and how user friendly it is. I also like the info it provides for the loads listed, including the backload feature. Plus, the customer service I received was top notch! So far I'm a satisfied customer. SR

What happened to the broker names? I don't know why they were removed and now you have to open each available load to find out who has it. Please fix this. Overall very disappointed in this loadboard going on 4 years with this loadboard and can say I mabe book 1 load a month of that load are very often low paying not great loads. And it's not just the 2022 market problem. Going on 4 years of use..

First thing is the customer service. My representative is great. Also, being able to find a backhaul for a load is near priceless. This app also has a route calculator. Allowing to see if a load is profitable and how much.

I like the features of GPS, notifications of pending loads, and the breakdown of fuel cost. They also offer backhaul and loads on your route that you might want to add to your existing load. I give it 4 stars because of not having 15 average of load.

I'm a top teir package subscriber- and it's... Just not worth it- the tools are great! The app is fantastic- it's just like 123 doesn't attract many brokers or shippers period. The ones that they do attract are very low paying... And it's just not worth the money- save your cash and pay more to your other loadboard subscription.

They hide the load information and don't tell us enough about it. Update: just see for yourself every one by taking a look at any of the loads offered and can you tell me what the item is gojng to be that your picking up (one of the most important things). Other app at least they put pictures, item lists, etc...

I'm on 2 load boards this one and truckstop. I think this one is a little bit better and easier to navigate it definitely is a lot cheaper I like the backhaul feature and I think they have just enough information not too much not too little

I decided to try this load board to see if i were to get more loads than DAT and i was wrong. When I started using 123 I started comparing both load boards and DAT was way better becuase it had a lot more loads. I would look on both apps and search San Antonio to Atlanta. DAT gave me 45 exact loads and 123 gave me 5 loads. Now dont get me wrong, 123 is very user friendly and I liked it, but it just wasn't giving me the same amount of loads like DAT. So far DAT is my go to load board.

App is complete garbage. Don't expect to get any loads from this app unless you're willing to go way under your usual MPG.. Also if you want to delete your account, you can't! What a piece of garbage app doesn't even have an option to delete your account, you can only sign out but no option for deleting your information from the app.. The tech team needs to fix this issue. 0/10 would not recommend

The app used to show the "Average Line Haul Rate", it no longer does. Now it only shows the "Average Rate Per Mile". Now you have to get the calculator out and multiply the mileage by the rate per mile to get total, which is a big inconvenience when you look at hundreds of loads. Probably going to cancel my subscription and purchase DAT Loadboard if the don't put the Average Linehaul Rate back in the app.

Very limited information unless you pay, it's hard to know if it's worth paying for

Getting there. Guys, please look at DAT and do what they do. There's a reason why they are #1. 1. Forget that annoying popup asking me if I've booked the load... It doesn't remember, nor does it help me in any way. 2. Make result-sorting remember my last choice. Display results as I sorted them last, i. e. pay-per-mile rather than deadhead by default. 3. Click-to-see rate per mile. Really!? This has to be the most amateurish pissing feature on 123 Loadboard. Display ppm under card instead.
