They made me pay the ticket but then they said its fully booked. when I tried rebooking, they are asking me to pay another more expensive ticket, when I asked for help. they won't. they arw just robbing money. don't use this bs app.

Double booked a bus and ended up being on two separate buses. The buss was full of luggage and could not walk around. The driver was reckless even for Vietnamese standards and had his horn on the whole time to make up time. But disorganised as a business overall.

DONT USE. CANCELLED WRONG TICKET. BOTH TICKETS CANCELLED. CAN KT LOG IN. MINEY GONE. NO SUPPORT CHAT. HORRIBLE!!!

Ive used this app in the past and it worked very well ,then they did some sort of update and now it does not function as intended and I canmot use it anymore . They just destroyed a really good app and made it redundant with some stupid unnecessary update. I dont get it ? Some people really are stupid ,like the developers of this app.

Unfortunately the information they list is false. The seat reservations is a fake part of the process. They allow companies to resell seats after advising you to pay extra if you have luggage. Full of little cons and scams are these people. Avoid.

Loterally just looked at plenty of train rides on the 12go page on my laptop. Installed this for ease of booking, and it showed me no trains. Uninstalled it.

Never use this for booking anything at all. They show zero accountability for the clients they have on their app. I had a bus 3 hrs late, had to cancel due to ongoing travel and they refused to refund me.. use a more customer friendly and responsible company unlike this one

If you are travelling Asia this is MUST HAVE APP for tickets. It is a life saver! I can't thank the guys enough who launched this service and their main website 12Go! They are also constantly improving the service and add more and more operators. Simply amazing service! Some operators are rough but it is on them, service from 12Go is simply stunning!

Doesn't show all options. Sometimes it only presents plane or bus and completely ignores a existant railway option. Besides, buying with the company you save money and sometimes get some benefit, like transfer.

Dont use this app. Refund policy is horrible. I cancelled a private transfer that was over 3 weeks away and was refunded less than 50%. A few weeks later, I booked a different private transfer and canceled less than 12 hours after booking and lost more than 50% even though the trip was just booked and wasn't for another 3 days. Having traveled Asia extensively, I can assure you that there is no need to prebook travel, especially with 12go where you pay a higher price for the ticket anyway.

No options or easy way to ask something, we bought 2 tickets together and after confirmed and once at the station we are not even on the same train. No any phone or way to contact them and help us after pay for the most expensive tickets

They are liers and fraud, they offer one car and on the place there is other type of car where normal humen being will not sit and they don't even inform about that, and only answer i get is you needed to pay more

in vietnam, if you want to go to other cities use public bus in my dinh (hanoi), and other city public bus , most of the provider is just a middle man to the bus

Bookings are okay you get many options but their service especially after choosing the service with maximum coverage, at the time of issue during our travel I raised almost 10 emails and messages through the help portal but none of them were answered. Had such a frustrating experience I would never choose 12go again even if I have to pay more for the same booking. They don't even have a working helpline number. It's been 10days and I still haven't got any damn reply till date. Truly aweful. π’

Worst and pathetic support. I have completed my travel to nusa Penida and 12Go has not yet provided any support. Even when the ferry tickets were purchased a month before the travel dates. It's better to buy tickets directly from ferry operaters I had to pay at counter and buy tickets. Support case #2140644

Great app for finding transport through asia. A couple of pretty frustrating points make the experience difficult and frustrating. You cant select and copy text. Makes putting addresses into google maps difficult and can lead you to the wrong place. When browsing transport options there can be thousands. When inspecting one search result and hitting 'back' it will refresh the entire list. So you have to scroll through the hundreds of results back to where you were. Filtering helps negate this.

Poor. I can no longer add my bank's OTP. The minute I try to type in the code, the app starts trying to process the payment. The only way to complete the transaction is to get on to my laptop. It's frustrating. I like 12go. It's a reliable company but if I don't have my laptop handy I use another booking site.
