very sad, try to contact the admin without any success. everytime i try to find my password it cost me money with the promise they will send me my password. i've done that twice and I'm still waiting for a responce! if this is how they want to help their customers, I won't recomend this app.

This app is buggy asf... One minute you are private chatting with someone, then log off and then come back to find out you have been unfriended. It has happened on multiple occasions and even there was a certain time I was still private chatting someone while the banner was reading unfriended. You guys need an update/patch fixes.

Terrible app! Little wonder your app has been losing users by the boatload lately. Having to make users jump through unnecessary hoops just to buy credits is ridiculous. And you won't provide alternative payment methods either. Your team will be better off going back to allowing users buy credits using their mobile carriers. I'm uninstalling. Adios!

I like the app as helps to kill boredom, and you make new friends with so much ease. But what I hate so much about it is that there's no customers' support. Like me, many person can't verify their account, hence, can't buy gocredit. I wrote support many times, but I couldn't get help and/or response. Too bad.

I've been using this app for many years. And I can say that it is good. But my problem is that I can't buy credit. Not everybody has credit card. And that is the only option to get 2go credit. Please let the 2go developer include other options to buy 2go credit, as it was done in time past via text message. If that is done, then I will give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars! For now manage just 1 🌟, until something is done about it.

The app is so annoying. I used this app like seven years ago and I liked it a lot, especially the game rooms, but now, I opened a new 2go account and I've been trying to verify it and buy go credits for quite a while, but nothing is working. They've been cutting my airtime and telling me that the service is no longer available on short code, even when I tried to verify it directly from the app. Now, I can't even send a message to anyone, please fix it. My username is brownskinfave.

Nice app but there is room for more improvements. This app hasnt achieved its full potentials. There is need for proper profile verification through image and social media links. Chatting interface needs some call features as well as texting upgrades. Rooms need more additions and subtractions. Log in can brace email use. People on the app clamour for some upgrade and would be glad if they get some

App is so messed up big time. I've been logged out of my account for 2 days+ for trying to get goCredit through debit card, after trying over 10 times on SMS and my money being deducted for each time. Not like I forgot my password but I requested for one after being logged out just to be sure, yet each time, they keep taking my money and no response. I'm just done with the app. I'm so pissed!

Please catch up with todays social media standards (e.g UI/UX) or try to get youy user base back (i haven't been able to get my Old account back because i no longer use the number i used to open the account)..... I for one still like 2go and i know I'm not the only one # for the nostalgia etc. 😊❤. Let us be able to share files (doc,pdf, pictures, videos, audio etc.) PS: it's quite a straight forward app❤.

I believe it is time to update 2go by introducing some essential features like audio and video calls. Additionally, implementing some standard improvements could significantly enhance its appeal. I am confident that if updated, 2go could make a strong comeback and attract more users in its new and improved form.

I simply downloaded this dead app cause I missed the old days and fun I had using 2go in highschool several years back. Since I've forgotten my password, I used the "forget password" prompt and payed for the fee through my card only to be waiting till this moment without a code nor link sent for password reset. You need an app that can be really frustrating? I recommend this. It won't disappoint in delivering frustration! A complete junkie it has become definitely.

Best version of the app. Only that spamming continues in the public rooms. Also while registering, telephone numbers should be confirmed first to add extra security in the public rooms. Also, audio and video sharing in the rooms should be thought of to. Otherwise, nice app. Congratulations to it's creators because it's the first perfect international chatting app. Good luck on the improvement creatures. Shalom

I used 2go for quite good years, but after switching to another phone, 2go failed to start for good! It keeps connecting no matter how many different networks I have so far tried! I think it is not compatible with my Samsung device! Please, administrators, make this be fixed, please! Your app is the hardest to start amongst the very many I have used!

Got a new phone, tried to do a password reset, they keep taking my money and never reset password, plus they kept taking money for go credit but never credits my account, currently can't log, have wasted more too much money trying to do a password reset. If the app is out of service, just take it down and stop taking money from people without providing services.

This app used to be fun, about 7 or 8 (currently 2020) years ago. It had people actually wanting to use it. The quality of the app has deteriorated over time. I can't even log into 2go, because of the faulty system that it runs on. You can't switch your account to a new device, and you lose everything when you do switch. I can't recover a password or anything. I'm not even able to log-in. The app says "try again tomorrow" and nothing changes. This app sucks and needs more development.
