Fraudsters. Cancelled my subscription months ago and they've taken payments still. Even after cancelling it with my bank and getting a new card. It took them a while but they found a way to do it again. I have no subscription with them, they won't respond to me. They have now been reported and are being investigated for fraud. I have found out that they have done this to numerous ppl

Horrible!!! I had been charged for a membership although I was positive I cancelled my free trial. They have charged me $180 and there is no real easy to contact the owner of the app. They don't have a customer service line to call. Everything is a "live" chat or through email.

A good basic organiser with messenger, event and calender log and money spent/sent log. $150 per year is a bit expensive for how basic as these options are free with other apps. Please add options in app for colours for the event dot as it appears on calender. Currently all events (except visitation schedule) appear as same colour dot, making it hard to direct attention to specific events or more important than normal events. Alarm notification for events would be appreciated.

This app is so poorly made and glitches almost daily. Half the time it won't load, or it won't update new messages without multiple shut downs and reopens. For a simple messenger/calendar app that's supposed to be used to help split families communicate I am highly disappointed. Definitely not worth the money for the subscription.

This app isn't getting the attention it needs to be fixed. I have reached out to the company and no changes. I was informed the issue with typing is because I have a Google keyboard. Now the mobile app doesn't go past the loading screen and I reported this too. Shame we purchased for long term to communicate. Terrible tool, resources and communication from company. Would not recommend.

App stopped working after working for several weeks. It now refuses to get past the loading screen despite being reinstalled and on a new phone. Also doesn't work on another new phone. I just paid $160 and this app doesn't even work. Absolutely terrible for an app that separated parents rely on as it has a calendar with all of my kids appointments. Fix this

The app works decently well. The last update turned all my notifications off and won't allow them to be turned back on. This is quite important and is a critical part of using the app that needs attention. Overall quality control and testing appears to be lacking based on other comments and my experience so far.

I've been using 2houses for several years and find the calendaring and finance features the most helpful. By using 2houses, we can also see the custody schedule in Google calendar. Making change requests is a breeze. The Finances feature does all the match for us and really reduces discussions about who owes what to whom. There are some UI difficulties, but overall, the app and accompanying website make tracking and communicating so much easier than in other ways.

Beware:. If you sign up for this program, watch your credit card bill carefully. They charged me twice a year for 3 years at 2 different days of the month. I cancelled my subscription this year to switch to coParenter. I checked my bill to make sure it cancelled I noticed a charge 14 days earlier, but my account was still locked like I hadn't paid. They agree that somehow I had 2 accounts on the same email address. They refunded only the most recent saying the are not capable of the rest $238

This is a $150 app and it's terrible!!! The app keeps freezing whilst trying to type a message and closing randomly, along with multiple other annoying issues!! Clearly ar the price point there will be plenty of funds to upkeep and improve this app! Most people using this app obviously will have enough drama to deal with without these issues.

garbage tier. I'd give zero stars if I could. Message notifications don't show the message. Click a message notification doesn't open the app or close the notification. Opening a message in the app doesn't remove the unread notification. Messages stay bolded permanently. This is a garbage tier app. Install it only if you hate yourself. Most places would fire people for this level of incompetence

This is a trap and customer service and user interface poor. Of course you cant trial without leaving credit card details and then they make it difficult to cancel. Read the fine print. If you miss the window to cancel then too late and too bad was their basic message even when it was obvious I never used the app. Very short sighted. We are busy single parents.

The app is broken and buggy. Can't type in it as it starts to lagg and then crashes. The video calls are always super low res and jumpy and the voice quality cuts in and out all the time. For something that promotes better communication this paid service is a heap of trash and creates more issues when trying to coparent with someone toxic. It also doesn't load messages as they are sent by the other user. I have to close the app and reopen it and hope that it loads first go.

Garbage, messages don't send or sometimes you can't even type a bloody message. I ended up having to cut and paste my messages. Cancelled my subscription months ago only to find they were still taking my money. There's plenty of other apps that can do what this app "claims" to do but doesn't. I'll stop short of calling it a scam, but it is easier to cancel a porn subscription than this app, and the porn subscription will at least do what it says it will. They only respond to positive reviews

Sending messages can be frustrating. Once you write more than a few lines in a text, the app seems to slow down and then freeze so I cannot finish or send a message. Keeps wasting my time

Their page to login using Facebook doesn't work (just reloads itself as soon as you enter your username and password) so I was forced to create an account. You are forced to start a subscription before you can see or try anything at all in the app. I can't even delete the account I was forced to create, without agreeing to a subscription.

There's something seriously wrong with this app. It takes slow to a whole new level. I can barely type anything into a text box in it. I typically have to go write it somewhere else and cut and paste it into the box. Web version works fine. I chose the app because I could overlay my calendars from it on my Outlook calendar, but writing a message is a real pain in the butt. That may not be a bad thing though for some people! Haha.

Stopped working after trial period . Worked during set up. It was a bit annoying that you have to enter the day then month for dates, but not really a big deal. As soon as my trial was over, I was charged $170 for a year subscription and everything stopped working. I can't add expenses anymore and the calendar is quirky. Customer service stopped responding. I wish that I had read all the reviews first. Seems like a scam.

My original rating was 4 stars, after a year and a half of this app it's now 1. Can't even send messages at all right now which completely defeats the purpose of this app. Haven't been able to do a video call with it in a 8 months. When I was able to text, it was incredibly slow so I would have to type my message up in a different app then copy and paste it. That doesn't even cover the fact that opening the app takes forever to load, change screens. So not worth $150 a year! Not worth it!

While I like that conversations will tell you when a parent opens a message, there are several pitfalls. The calendar has a bug that causes the time to change when trying to request a custody change. Once it is approved it will not allow a change. This caused a great deal of issues in my high conflict divorce. I do like that albums and images can be shared and the normally scheduled calendar works well. However the time changing on requests is a significant issue
