The content on 2nd try is just amazing. I do find that the app is sensitive to my phone whenever I hold it and will go from landscape to a vertical video quickly. However, that does not detract from the service being one of the best. Alot of content can be found on this service, and the price feels pretty reasonable for what is given. I hope they continue to add to the app and make it even better.

I love the app. It's super easy to navigate. And, in the account settings, you can turn on dark mode (which I love) and enable background audio playback. So I can still play games on my phone and watch/listen to the videos! Now you do have to turn that setting on but that wasn't a hardship. The only thing I miss is the comment section.

I have a Chromecast so I was able to install the app on my TV (which has been great). My biggest complaint is that the app doesn't refresh automatically on the TV - I have to manually force stop the app then reopen to see if anything new has been uploaded. On my phone I just drag the page down to refresh like any other app and it works perfectly. ALSO - give us an in app feedback option! There have been a few times where I've thought "I wish I could thumbs up this episode I loved it so much"

I have had this app for about a week and it's been great! I love not having to deal with all the ads, seeing the content early is a plus. The pricing is affordable and not an outrageous price per month. I haven't had any issues with playing the videos, quality, or sound. I also appreciate they added captions but so far only English is shown to be available, and I hope they add more options in the future. Overall, I'm enjoying the move and I look forward to supporting the new era of Try Guys!

Love the try guys so much! I've been following since the days of BuzzFeed. I'm happy to download this app and support their growth, love that I get early access to new releases, and I'm loving that I'm not distracted by all the other things that YT tries to push at me while watching. The app itself has a clean design. You get a header menu to scroll through and choose different topics / genres / segments. It has an automatic play function when you start with a playlist. All-in-all, great exp!!

If you want to be able to have the videos on the app playing while your phone screen is locked, go to settings and there's a setting to allow that! It was my only complaint about the app, and somebody showed me that feature. They really knocked it out of the park with this app. Having literally all their content to enjoy, while knowing I'm actively paying to fund the next new content is phenomenal! The thumbnails, if you will, for each of the shows are masterpieces!

I think moving to a platform is a genius move. I stopped watching on YouTube because of the insane amount of ads that would randomly start in the middle of good parts, and because youtube stopped showing new videos on my feed. The app works so well. Just one little issue is: there is no option for subtitles. I'm the kind of person who needs subtitles at all times, or it all sounds like gibberish to me. I watch a ton of shows on Dropout, and this app feels very much like that, and I love it!!

Love Second Try! While I don't think every content creation team should necessarily have their own streaming platform, I really think this was the right move for Try Guys. The content that they're creating which wouldn't perform well on YouTube is some of my all favorites not only from TG but of 2024 altogether. The app is very minimal, but because of that it's super easy to use and navigate.

Amazing! Getting early access to videos is great! I love all their shows! The technical set up is pretty good except for some things I'm hoping they work on. For instance there's no comments available on the app to talk to other members. If you'd like to comment on a video you'd have to go to the discord server.

I've been a fan of the Try Guys for years and years now, but this new installment of the platform is one of the best things to have become of the company as things changed. The app itself is very well organized and easy to navigate, and the content is very well produced and just downright FUN. I feel like I got a subscription to a full fledged TV media service, not at all like I just moved somewhere away from YouTube for more of the same. The subscription is well worth it 💝

The guys (and gals) are better than ever. No editing makes Kwesi so much funnier. Can't wait to be a loyal people customer for years to come. Edit: I'd like to add that then adding a misophonia warning is something I've never seen anyone do, and I love them for it. I've turned off many shows because i couldn't handle the sounds, but this was so helpful.

U.I. of the app is very easy to navigate and it really pleasant to use. Easy to search shows you want. video playback quality is amazing no buffering. Also has auto play feature. I was already a fan of try guys content on YouTube and pleasantly surprised how fast they got an app up and running for their service along with how well it works. thank you dev team.

I've subscribed for about 6 months. while I enjoy the content first, I could watch it free about a week later. The shows that are exclusive to 2nd try are thrown together feeling. Obviously second thoughts to fill space. The new "Try Guys" are fine but are hard to get to like because it's so sporadic when you see them. At this point if you only watched the YouTube content, you wouldn't miss much from the streamer. I suppose I thought there would be more exclusive & exciting stuff.

Edit: This is a subscription I don't regret having, the content it's so much funnier now I guess because it's not censored/edited for YT, I find myself literally loling (especially with Kwesi)!! I am enjoying the app a lot. The one thing I miss from YouTube is being able to leave comments/likes on the videos. Maybe adding more languages to the subtitles? Other than that, great app guys!

I've been loving my subscription and I still don't have a Netflix account nor any other services. It's nice to be able to go back and watch content that I've missed or want to see uncensored without ads through YouTube.. give it a try! The production quality keeps getting better and better and it makes me happy to support a company that is giving it their all.

I find that this app works better than a lot of other video apps especially the download function. I love that I can be anywhere in the world and be able to watch unlike other media apps. I've been a fan for a long time but being able to watch with no ads, exclusives, and watch the lives for "free" make the money more than worth it.

If you love the Try Guys content it's definitely worth the $5 subscription, especially since you get exclusive and early content which is honestly sometimes better than their main YouTube releases in my opinion. App works pretty good, I do have a weird glitch when I change orientation to full screen where it doesn't fill but fixes when I touch the screen. Other than that I haven't noticed any issues.

I've been a fan of the try guys since they were on buzzfeed, & I'm really happy to be a part of their streamer! They still make amazing content for YouTube, but 2nd Try has a wonderfully intimate (and bigger) cast, great shows old & new, & something truly everyone can enjoy. They're LGBTQIA+ friendly, hilarious, and endlessly entertaining. As far as the app itself goes: it runs beautifully with or without wifi, captions are perfect (& also funny), & thanks to the editors nothing skips a beat. (:

I appreciate the better distinction between exclusive and first look videos. High quality shows. Escape the Kitchen may be the best thing they've ever made (Trolly Problems is really fantastic though too). No issues with the app on my phone. I look forward to having an app on my TV (Vizio) but until then casting works great.

I've been a fan since not long after their inception, and I love them even more now. However this app still has some issues that I waited on commenting about to see if they'd fix it before I "complain." One of the more annoying issues is that most of the time when I try to turn my phone sideways, the screen fails to expand. I'll usually have to turn it back and forth a number of times before it does it. Another thing is that I really want a comment section and a way to give feedback on videos!
