Horrible After the latest update it doesn't let me to log in I can't even click in the app. Worst app ever, functions are great but the app itself is horrible.

Loading data so long, its really slow, if you are abroad and has slow wifi, can not open app, hope update coming soon, sad that in 2022 europe has problem create smart banks app and it's only 25% useful for 21century compare Asia banks app

For me the app is not working on wi-fi, only on mobile network. 4 starts so far, if you help me fix this max stars will be given :)

After upgrading to Pixel 7, the app never starts. I just see green screen, tried to clear data and reinstall the app.

You would expect a bank to be cold and distant here in Slovakia. But this one is different. It is amicable, innovative and eco-friendly. In addition, they share every new feature with you, so you feel like being part of the team. I'm so fricking proud that I can be involved in this amazing movement. PS: The app is expectedly just as wonderful as the bank.

Slow and updates rarely work. Plus, it won't open at all if you don't have the newest update, which is limiting.

New version has issues with login. After inserting the PIN, one encounters endless login loop. Happens 9 times out of 10.

Great bank and great app, with every update it gets faster and more reliable. I am very satisfied with this product. Devs are awesome and customer support too, I also like the vibe aimed towards younger people. Keep up the great work!

Its veeery slow, very lagging UI, not reliable. It just signed me off from my acc by itself, but im still getting notifications about my account. Get annoyed every time i have to use it

UPDATE: Ani po šiestich mesiacoch nie je aplikácia o nič rýchlejšia, a to aj napriek všetkým sľubom. Znižujem hodnotenie z "***" na "*". Beautiful design — even nicer than Starling's — but really slow. Also, "Niečo sa pokazilo. Skús to neskôr." when logging in is happening far too often. Could it be because I have it installed on two devices which I use interchangeably? It should be addressed and resolved ASAP.

The worst banking app in Slovakia. Terrible response times, sometimes needs multiple restarts to even start up, loading data takes ages. Navigation is not intuitive. Used @ Samsung S22 Ultra with latest Android.

Very buggy and slow. Lately I was not even able to login into my account with all my finances and since last updates the app is very slow taking too much time to log in even and very slowly loads information about the account.

App does not work at all. I can not log into my account - always shows application error. I update it, uninstal it and instal again and it works for one log in. I have an account also in other bank there i had never any problems.

Honestly, the app just seems buggy and unfinished. -on my Xiaomi mi 12, most of times, I cannot even launch the app, it almost always gets stuck on black screen upon opening - the UI is definitely not friendly - 2 out of 4 menus are for upsell of products, and I had real problems to simply create contacts

Experience is not great. Yes application is about what you expect from any banking app nowadays but there are issues. When I open app, I am requested to input PIN and once I do, I am told, I was logged out and I am asked for PIN once more. Therefore literally I have to fill in PIN twice. Also currently as writting this review I am not able to access my account as message returns "Unable to pull data, slide downwards and try again."

Extremely unreliable. Very often loads slowly or at all. It is very disappointing when you don't have access to your money just due to poor application, which is, by the way the only channel to manage the money. So I give one star for appealing graphic design, the rest of them I'll give when the app will work.

I simply love it :) + Great bank with friendly staff, opening up an account from my couch at home - luxury + Awesome app which is easily navigable with good UI (at the beginning you might get lost but when you know your way around it is good) + Works seamlessly (of course there can be some downtimes, but which app/bank does that not have - technologies sometimes fail - and this occurrence is not very frequent, rather rare) + Free bank account / no charges for just "having an account" + Mobile first bank is a big plus for me

App is very sluggish, sometimes doesn't load at all. I need to close it and open again to be able to login, sometimes even this doesn't work. Very annoying issues with app, doesn't matter if I'm on 5G or 4G or WiFi app still showing same problems. To manage my found i need to login through the website to be able to do my payment and direct debits. Use to be good before last update, nice and quick. Regarding to a banking it's got all you need. Definitely I'm not happy, sorry.

Application is really slow, I didn't find an option to switch to English language and I would welcome dark mode option as well as option to change the payment card pin number. However most of the useful options are there and application is easy to navigate. Online feature documentation is really good and the saving system is pretty neat :)

Sluggish (but improves gradually bit by bit). After latest update I have to insert pin for the payment to clear, although I have fingerprint set up. That would be no problem, if there wasn't a limit of 3 trials to get the pin right. Then if you don't manage to input the correct pin, it'll deactivate the app and you have to login again with username/password. If you ask me, that's too much hassle to make 5eur payment. The security would be justified if the amount is higher, but otherwise not.
