I love this app. I started with hard course but even at home it does all excercise I need. Two things can be slightly negative. 1. There are several jumping excercises which may be difficult for some who live in fragile flat. :) 2. The course gets harder toward the end and also longer. It takes me usually 20 minutes or more. So if you want to keep 7 minutes but no longer, you may need to skip some exercise. But overall great. I wonder what to do after finishing all courses.

Nice app. it's very good for getting your heart rate up and working up a sweat. intertwine interesting exercises. There's one super annoying problem though, the rest times. it's always 5 sec by default and that's just not enough time to get ready or to delay the rest time! it doesn't consider catching your breath and the time it takes to get to your phone after getting out of the current workout position and the time it takes to actually figure out the exercise ( some arent so easy / clear)

I really enjoy working out with this app. It only lasts 7 minutes but very impactful. I love the fact that you can choose how intense you want it, from easy, medium ect. I also like the 30 days challenge option, Its a great way of motivating yourself to work out and it's a great way to keep track of your work out sessions. I particularly love the fact that it contains minimal ladverts. Over all this app is great for all, beginners and more advanced users.

Trustworthy, reliable, easy, convenient, for all ages and stages of fitness!! Been using this app for over 3years and LOVE IT! Saves on spending money on a gym membership and helps avoid my social anxiety and fear of others judging me in a public setting. Rate 10/10!!

At a conference Emily Fletcher said this was all she did for her exercise regime along with a Paleo diet. I got the app and have been doing it s8nce. I love that I don't need equipment, it only takes me 7-10 minutes, and I can manage the "easy level" for full body workout. Between this and a 30 minute walk I feel good and think I can be consistent. Thank you!

I installed this app back in 2018 and this + 3km walk everyday and a simple diet helped me lose 9 k... it is really a good and easy app to use i re installed it just to keep me active...

Great little app with short exercises. You can choose your difficulty level and mix up the sessions depending on whether you want fat burning, cardio, abs or weights.

As simple as 7 minutes to exercise a day sounds, it is quite challenging and rewarding at the same time. There are different variations of programs to assist you in any area you wish to focus on. Plus I love the tracking system to encourage n show your improvement and you can do these right in the comfort of your home anytime you have a spare 7 minutes a day. My friend that shared this with me..we keep each other accountable which makes it fun to let each other know..hey I did my 7 minutes

I'm a 74-yr-old female. Have been using this app for over a year now & seeing good results. My doctor who told me about the app, reminded me that it's not only strength training but other things like balance. I enjoy this more than weight machines at the gym because I can do it daily in the comfort of my home during all seasons & types of weather & on my schedule!! 👍👍

Great app! I've been using it off and on since it came out years ago. Getting the motivation to work out is hard and I honestly don't like doing it but I know my body needs it. I really like this app because it's the fastest workout I've seen so far, it's go at your own pace (more so do as much as you can within the time limit) and it seems to encompass a little bit of everything (cardio, arms, legs, abs). All of it can be done at home too just before work, dinner, etc.

If you are looking for a way to ease into a workout routine, this is a good way to start. Be warned, however, that if you move through a program such as the 30 Day Challenge, it will increase the time investment way beyond 7 minutes as you go (many days the scheduled workout took me ~30 minutes). It is effective though. The app itself is somewhat rudimentary, with simple cartoon drawings demonstrating the exercises and a monotone electronic voice giving instructions.

I needed something that I could do quickly everyday to get myself in the habit of working out. I do one of the 30-day challenges every morning and one of the guided exercises in the evening. This is simple, very effective, and the UX is helpful in all the right ways. You can customize the lengths of each round so as you improve, you can make it more challenging. I've lost 20 lbs in 6 months, in no small part to the habits this app fostered.

I love the simplicity of this app. It does exactly what it says it's going to do, and makes working out really simple and accessible. My boyfriend has the same app on his iphone though, and it has more workouts and more features than my Android app, such as being able to connect to your music through the app. This app could do with a few more workouts, such as more/more difficult basic exercises for varoety, and workouts focused on missing muscle groups like back and shoulders.

exactly what I need to stay motivated. i love the videos for each exercise so if it is a new move, i am not left behind. so much room for advancement and so excited to complete medium and hard levels next for the full body workouts. also love that it is completely flexible. if you have a lower body injury then choose an upper body workout plan for the duration of your physical therapy and don't stay stagnant with all of your fitness areas!!! I have so much praise for this app. thank you!!!!

I love this App--especially since I can adjust the circuits to 3 or more consecutive 7-minute exercises to make my workouts more difficult. Lying around all day? Adjust the circuits upward. Running around town all day like a fool attempting to accomplish too much with very little time? Bring that circuit back down to 7 minutes, and perform another 7-14 minutes when you have more time. I reiterate: I love this App.😁
