Literally one of the worst delivery app experiences I've ever had. The first order I placed, I was told there an error, so I tried one more time & it went through. However, my bank account was charged twice (I'm dealing with that now). Then, when my order gets here, its the wrong type of cigarettes. I call, they say they'll refund me again. If I want the correct type, I have to order again. So I can pay 4x? NO WAY! Awful, ridiculous, & frustrating. Deleting after all issues are resolved.

There are always great deals on offer. But the B&M locations don't always meet their end of those offers. And the delivery partner's software has much room for improvement. I'd say one big but simple change which is needed is the option to add a courier tip should occur after delivery is completed, not before the order is even sent. Overall, though, the app itself is mostly good.

Absolutely horrible. The app requires you to scan a type of government issued ID and when prompted to do so, it will only scan the front of whatever you choose to use. It will require the back but I have spent 45 minutes (quite literally) trying to scan the back of my license to no avail. I improved my lighting in 3 different settings as well as turned on/off flash and switching angles. When I look up solutions for troubleshooting, nothing is to be found. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

Using a trial run for delivery. I like the ease of the app and being able to easily navigate it. Free items like drinks and pizza makes a great perk. Edit: this was before my order was cancelled through a rude third party driver because three of my six items were not available. The app gives the option for substitutions which I asked for, but when he messaged me back it was,"This isn't Favor. No substitutions." I get that it wasn't the driver's fault but there is some definite disconnect.

App frequently forgets the apartment number, even after having saved it multiple times, forcing me to either double check with each order or risk having to hunt down a lost driver. Document scanning is next to worthless, and either can't process images or simply won't scan them at all. App loads slowly--it can take minutes even on decent hardware. The app also does not retain information from the website version, even on the same account, despite being able to do so through the app across multiple devices. Other than that, this is a decent app--far better than some others I've found on the Google Play store. It just needs some polishing to work more consistently (and to work better with lower-end tablets and phones).

I use this app all the time. My only complaint is when I try to enter a driver's tip. The app gives 3 options. Sometimes I want to give a tip between 2 amounts ($3.50 for example), but when I click on custom tip, and I try to enter the alternate amount, instead of $3.50 it enters $30.00. All that does is make me choose the smaller amount. I wish this could be fixed. I've tried this with multiple dollar amounts and it always does the larger amount (60 instead of 6). Please fix.

Update: expired items in order twice! they have good deals, there always promo codes to use, delivery usually arrives sooner than projected. points system sucks a bit because you have to spend quite alot before you can use them. you should be able to see and use points balance in this app. it doesn't make sense that there's an entirely separate app for it. otherwise, I really enjoy it. I especially enjoy it because of the beer and wine delivery. I wish they'd also deliver tobacco.

I've used this app a few times and totally understand the delivery is sometimes not on time. Which is fine, but the last few times I've ordered from here, the app hasn't been refreshing the ETA or been showing me the map, plus my last delivery didn't arrive and the driver told me I had to "take it up with corporate". All in all, I loved this app at first, but I am starting to see major flaws.

Good service. However constantly running into issues with the store employees, packing an item, and incorrectly labeling it "out the door", have to contact 7-Now on a regular basis and their delivery partner. Occasionally the order gets cancelled for no reason. If this gets fixed, it's easily a 5 star service can't give it more than 2.5 until then.

I subscribed to gold pass for a month to try it out because there's a 7 eleven nearby and the deals seemed worth it, but is it worth it if I can't get any of my orders? I select that they can substitute for the nearest item, but they like to cancel the order instead. I guess I'll cancel the gold pass subscription as well and delete the app. Oh well.

This is genuinely the worst delivery app I've ever used. I've changed my contact number countless times but it still defaults to the original number, and because people are using my original number for contact, they can't contact me and then cancel the order, and then the app doesn't refund the money I've spent. Absolutely atrocious.

Actually just straight up broken. Does not work to be able to place an order, doesn't work to use a student email to sign up for the gold pass. Doesn't work with the normal sign up either for the gold pass. If you try to open the promotion code it's like it's fighting to go up but stays down and won't show it even if it comes up and only inputs half of the code you used. Additionally, whenever you pmtry to put in your location, whether it's use my location or typing it in, both are unusable.

Was great when it worked fully but literally can't join the subscription due to an unspecified error that persists over multiple app updates. I contacted support about it in February and was told I would be contacted after they escalated the issue to their product team and I haven't been contacted. I decided to try again today months later and same issue.

Was a good app and delivery was great at first but beware. They will still charge you full price even if they don't have what you want in stock. I can understand one item but multiple items out of stock. I should be able to cancel the whole order "no extra charge" it's 711 responsibility to mark out of stock items or at least offer an option to cancel if more than one item is out of stock not modify it at 711 convenience that's just criminal. I will be reporting this to BBB and social media.

Only reason there are 2 stars is because it use to function fine, and the convenience when you don't have a vehicle is awesome. Plus it's the only thing we found nearby that delivers cigarettes. However the app had numerous glitches, and support didn't seem to care when brought to their attention. It's awesome when the app offers a $20 off $30 or something coupon, but not when the app bugs out the whole day that limited time deal is being offered. Now the app can't even process payments. Ughh.

It's a great app in theory with some really good deals if you purchase the Gold Pass for the month, which is also very reasonably priced per month... Unfortunately it's extremely hard to successfully get an order delivered... For starters, the app just does not work for days or weeks at a time and when it does 90% of time the local store just automatically cancels the order or does nothing and the status stays as order received for hours until you cancel it...

Service is straightforward and efficient, and arrives on time. When the occasional delay does happen, the push notifications are quick to inform you what happened and what's being done to fix it! The only trouble we've encountered is with the app's UI. It can be a bit confusing at first, but nothing crazy! 💖 There was a freeze at checkout that prevented us from being able to use PayPal, but once we switched over to the card directly it worked fine. Still really like this app!

Way too many bugs and glitches in the app. Sometimes the "go to checkout" button disappears. Sometimes it would show an item is in stock but once you go to your cart it shows its unavailable. Sometimes in the homepage it will show an item is available but once you click on the item it shows the item is unavailable. The search button doesn't show all the items available with a key word. The delivery and pickup switches without asking the user. The UI and animation jitters or lags severely.

Canceled!This app has so many issues, between randomly canceling orders and glitching terribly with distances and time frames. Customer service is no help. The last straw was having a driver mark a delivery as confirmed right after picking the order up. Never made it my location despite me standing outside waiting. The dash pass is actually a rip off. I've seen my friends without the pass getting cheaper prices than me on the exact same order-items all the exact same- and it makes no sense. BAD

The app sent the delivery driver to a 7-11 location that didn't exist and they were not able to redirect to a real location address to fulfill the order. The contact support link in the app straight up doesn't work, I had to look up the customer support number online. To top that off I was on hold for 20 minutes, 20. Minutes. Just to talk to someone. It got sorted out eventually but what an awful experience.
