Worked great....now the app only shows me part of who is working what shift, therefore making it difficult to cover, or pick up shifts. I've messaged management and had gotten no response, because my message never went through. I've tried to pick up extra shifts, and those apparently aren't going through. The app Use to work great....now whats the point of even having an app like this!?!? I've un- installed the app...restarted my phone, the app showed no update option.

I'm able to see my schedule when I open the app, but I'm no longer receiving notifications for messages, announcements, or schedule postings. My push notifications are on, and the setting to put the app to sleep is off. Coworkers have expressed the same issue. It would also be nice to be able to hide my phone number from coworkers so that only management can see it.

Easy to use and integrates well with our POS (Toast). We love the app, which allows us to communicate with our team easily and handle time off and shift swaps. Also, support has been a DREAM. They are the most responsive out of all of our vendors, and if they don't have a solution or capability, they log it as a 'want' for future functionality. We are extremely pleased with the product!!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, and my work uses this app. It used to work fine, but now the notifications turn off on their own, and while there are shifts in the shift pool, none show up on the dashboard. This is really aggravating because my work requires us to stay on top of shifts and notifications but I'm not getting notified. Other coworkers with Android devices mentioned similar problems as well.

I generally love this app, easy to use and very helpful. However, the most recent updates cause all messages to one area (e.g. FOH) to go in a continuous chain. You get a message of someone wanting to pick up a shift, then another message regarding something else, then someone replies to an earlier message, and it gets very confusing to try to figure out who they were responding to. I liked it much better when a new message opened up a new thread. Then you could tell which convo it went to.

The app was working well, but just recently, it seems to be glitchy. Sales and labor numbers are not always available or are not available until much later on in the day. It used to be very accurate, but there is an obvious lag now. I also am no longer receiving any emails regarding shift changes, announcements, and messages. This is much more recent, and I have already double checked my settings and spam folders.

After receiving a helpful message from 7 shifts regarding my issues with constant crashing, I reinstalled the app and contacted customer support. Since then I have had very few issues with the exception of the occasional crash which happens to all my apps. Now I love this app!! I can request time off, offer up a shift, communicate to the group or an individual and best of all, an estimate of what your check will be for that week. Nicely done 7 shifts, you deserve this 5 star rating.

I really wanted this to work and it has so much potential, however getting it setup up and running smoothly was a giant headache. We only use the scheduling and time clocking functions for now and we had issues with 7 punches (maybe that should be reviewed separately but it's all connected) logging out at our locations. The 7 shifts app can be glitchy. You user permissions are not as customizable as I would hope. Customer service is great so that's their saving grace.

I generally like this app, but I'm experiencing some issues with it. 1) I can't sync to my Google calendar. That page eon't scroll to the button allowing me to do so. 2) I can't set a different notification sound for 7shifts. 3) I can't mute the app when I'm off. I can either get notifications for everything or nothing. 4) I can't turn off email notifications. Help? Or please add these features in the next update!

I love this app. Everything right there, clear as a bell. No fluff, just your shifts with an opportunity to offer them up or pick one up, no questions asked. I've been in this industry my whole life. No more mistakes reading schedules, all the phone numbers of coworkers at your fingertips, easy to plan vacations with manager approvals, assistance with unforeseeable problems. This app gets a 10 everytime I use it. Thank you and congratulations on making going to work as easy as 1,2,3.

Edit: the devs fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. Excellent service! Having an issue with the shift pool in the app. On the main page where it shows "shifts up for grab" nothing ever populates there, it just says "no shifts available in the shift pool." However, when i go to the "more" tab and click on shift pool, there are shifts here. Can someone look into this? Version 3.9.2.2, Samsung Galaxy S9+

This app is very easy to use. But after the recent updates, and when I was not able to log in for almost 2 days, I have not been getting any notifications about anything. I have missed manager announcements, shift pickups, and just general dialogue from my coworkers. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, and it will not fix itself. I have every permission available on my end open for the app. Can someone please tell me how to get my notifications back?

There's a bug when clicking on the (+) icon in the manager log book, the program clicks on random other field instead. Happened on at least two different devices I know of, one of them a Google pixel 6 pro. I made sure screen was clean, device updates/restarts were made, ect, and the bug persisted. Gave it a four stars just for the bug as it was not an issue in previous releases, otherwise it is a five star app. :-)

The app serves its purpose, but there are some minor annoyances. For instance, the messages are the only messaging notifications I receive that don't get prioritized, so I often miss them. Additionally, the schedule used to show when this specific coworker works, but it randomly stopped displaying their shifts. This coworker is the one I need to keep track of the most

App is just ok. It's super glitchy. Randomly logs me out. Sometimes notifications of messages don't alert me (yes, notifications are set properly). I'm also not a fan of the lack of desktop notifications. It won't alert you if someone messages you. You have to go to messages to even notice the message. Would love the feature to pin 📌 an important comment in a thread instead of having to scroll all the way back to find important info. A pro is the scheduling. Pretty easy to do and to follow.

This is an excellent app that my company has been using for some time. Lately I have run into a minor issue where I'm unable to contact certain individuals through the app's chat feature, however, when they message me first it opens up a new chat and we are able to correspond. I hope this is fixed soon, it is an odd bug and has caused some inconvenience lately. Otherwise, I really like the design and functionality of the app.

It's gotten worse. Not sure why, but the drop-down to change an assignment snaps back before you can select anything. The notes on availability are so large they block dropping a shift on someone and can't be clicked through. Making rearranging for time off requests a game of operation to find the one spot I can drop the shift. The header/footer are so big that I see more of them on a 15" laptop than I do of the schedule I'm trying to work on. Overall 7shifts is backsliding from 3 years ago.

We've had our 7Shifts subscription for about 6 months now, and use it for scheduling at our coffee shop. The idea? Love it! The website? Functional and easy to use. This app? Absolute junk as it is. It crashes. Some employees don't get chat notifications despite having notifications enabled. Sometimes, for seemingly no reason at all, when creating a shift, the app will save it in a different time zone. For instance, the shift is 9-1, the app will show it as 10-2. Needs work.

The most useless homepage. It shows a random assortment of shifts, not your next shifts in order. For that you have to scroll to the schedule page which also shows the shifts for every employee. So then you face to go through and filter to yourself only which it doesn't have an automatic button for. Constantly asks for you to review your shift, even when you have 2 shifts per day and even though you fill out work notes. Cumbersome and full of fluff

I joined this app from a part-time job. I left the job in January and went back this month. I never deleted the app. My manager tried to loop me back in. Unfortunately my email was entered incorrectly. Each time they tried to edit/save my email, it would appear it saved correctly but would revert to the wrong email. I am still not able to see my schedule despite me reinstalling the app mult times.
