Doesn't work. I can't view the store inventory unless I create an account, but when the app sends me a text verification code, needed to create an account, I don't receive that text message. So the app is useless because it doesn't work.

Order never showed. I have phone recordings of trying and trying to call someone. Finally get someone and they hang up when they find out I'm wanting to cancel. Refused to give me the cancelation confirmation when I got someone again. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Refused my refund. Had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge. Just go in store as the app is ran by thieves.

They were better when they had their website. But now, this app is useless, because it is slow and it freezes almost all the time. When I have the chance to search for some product, it show no results.

This app didn't work. However, using the phone's chrome browser and login using phone numbers work great. I made my first purchase few hours ago and also got the $10 new user discount & free shipping. I wish there is an option to order from their BBQ Dept, all items in their Bakery Dept and Food Court.

Cannot get to weekly ads on app and website redirects me to download the app, which I have already downloaded. Was told weekly ads was on website, but I am unable to find them there either. Maybe the desktop version is different, but the website on my phone has no weekly ad section anywhere I can find.

This app is not useful at all. The app indicates the store have the item that I am looking for andI could pay for it and pickup in the store. However when I went to the store, they haven't had that item for weeks. Please work on your inventory logic and at least update it once a day on your system.

Wow this is a terrible app. 1) It loaded only in Chinese and we had to try to figure out how to switch to English. 2) It always wants my location - sorry, you don't need that and you're not getting it. 3) It's entirely unclear whether your account on the app is the same as the one in the store. The checkout person told us we needed an in store card and that the app doesn't connect. Seriously... Why even have an app? What else should I expect from a company whose website won't load in Firefox?

I downloaded this and noticed across two of my phones that this app is not responsive in design or usable. Upon signing in, the app doesn't respond when a store location is tapped from the given locations. The app is also not responsive when you select whether you want to ship to home, same day delivery or in store. The actual website isn't any better than the app, so it's impossible to make a purchase online either way. Did your team even do QA on this app before releasing it?!?

App is broken. Can't even add payment information. App keep asking for billing address and yet it doesn't allow me to select or input... it's just stay blank...

Very frustrating with the ordering process. Placed my order when items are available but only to find that at least half of my orders are out of stock when I picked them up. You guys really need to keep track and don't give misleading information 😤

unable to change "my store", "language", "how I want my items" as the app just stops responding when you try to use any of the functions. the app is a masterpiece of uselessness, I thought the last version was bad but it was amazing compared to this version.

Once updated this app, I cannot proceed to check out at the end of my shopping because my phone number is bond to others, as the result, I can't get a verification code on my phone to continue check out. So frustrating. I guess I just use Weee to do my online shopping. IT needs to fix this app. Otherwise 99 Ranch market will loss customers, will loss business! fail to other competitors.

I was disappointed to see that there was no Digital Membership Card QR section in the app. I pulled up my QR code on my browser, and I thought a creative idea to set that as my Profile Photo, but that option is broken on the app. Take Photo and Choose From Album are both unresponsive. It still prompts me to "Complete to Claim All Rewards". Well that seems impossible then. Please fix that issue and implement Digital Membership.

I was excited to see finally Ranch 99 is promoting app/delivery experience after almost all other major grocery players have become more and more mature during the pandemic. The UI and flow are poorly designed and executed, and navigating through different interfaces is not smooth, like those in 10 years ago. You see ads and promotions but they are not easy to see and you can't apply coupons, and there's no way you can provide feedback, hence the review here....

Update: Found a workaround for the issue. Instead of logging in via Account Login, use Mobile Login(on the right) and that will get you into the app. Everything else LGTM now that I can access the functions.*** Extremely buggy. It seems to be stuck in a loop of asking user to login and then reset password. This app is such a great concept. The UI isn't horrible, and it's pretty intuitive to navigate. There are just a few tautological issues with certain actions that needs to be debugged.

Possibly the worst app ever. There are no functions that are operational. For instance: tapping delivery, no response ( no loading ). Have to keep reloading and going back to look. Been shopping @ 99 Ranch Market x over 25 years. The site is just basically useless. * Tried 800 # for customer support, but it being a Sunday... 🙅♀️ nope 🙅♂️
