Horrible. I love 99 restaurants, but this app sucks. It's this app to pick up orders only? It doesn't show you the menu and also if you select a location and go back to the menu, you have to find the location again. Don't waste your time installing this!

Worthless garbage. The upper management of this company needs to fire their entire internet development team and start from scratch. The app no longer functions at all. Including every bug that has already been mentioned in the reviews, now it kicks you out and logs you off when you try to start a new order. As if it wasn't bad enough. 99 isn't getting any of my money anymore. Fix this garbage. Been over a year of near 0 functionality.

Got the app, tried to order , first the lag is horrible, then it kept saying restaurant is closed, when I tried placing my order. I tried 3 times, then called the 99, they were very much open, she told me to try and order online. So I went to website, ordered with no problems, and deleted the useless app.

Slow & Stupid - Many times ( like tonight) I have been so irritated with how slow this app is that I have decided to order from somewhere else. I never have these issues with other restaurant apps. Also, add a note section like other chains do. I shouldn't have to call in after placing my order to add a comment. Do better 99.

Great restaurant... but a garbage app, and has been for quite some time. Constant logout issues, buggy, slow, poor scrolling mechanism, you name it. Surprised they can't fix issues that have been present for a very long time.

Love the food! The app is TERRIBLE! It is very slow to respond, glitchy, I am now getting "invalid" messages and "your session has timed out" messages. I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and get the same issues! I since day 1 inhave had issues such as these with the app. Again, food is GREAT! app is TERRIBLE!

The app has never worked well, surely the slowest on my phone. Kind of circumstantial as it doesn't save the restaurant I always order from or my vehicle description. Now it's not working at all anymore because my order is supposedly incomplete even though everything is filled in for a curbside pickup. This App sucks.

Used to work great. Updated and it wouldn't launch. The next update let me launch it, but it's so slow and glitches. After struggling to order I was on the page where you put your payment info through and accidently opened a text message and the app cleared everything and I had to start all over. The website works faster.

This app is horribly designed. I am surprised that no updates have been done at all in order to fix it. Scrolling is so difficult. And it constantly backs to out forcing me to start all over from choosing a restaurant location. Makes ordering out frustrating and I quit half the time to order somewhere else.

Really really bad app. Doeant remember user or information. Need to select location every time. Very slow. It crashes and makes you start over. Also getting " timed out" messages. If 99 isnt going to answer their phone anymore for for takeout they should atleast male sure the app is top notch for ordering.

Design and menu are good, and the idea of a rewards program is nice. Navigating the menu is super sluggish and it crashes easily. Check-in function doesn't seem to carry anything over between visits, so rewards don't seem to accrue.

APRIL '24 UNABLE TO SELECT SIDES. Items are written on top of each other. Went elsewhere instead. Ie.October ordered from Fall menu,, got free cookie! July 4th, picked items from menu but PLACE ORDER threw error. Had to phone it in...and hear message that I should use the APP! Check in number works sometimes, telephone number other times.

I don't get the point of this app. It says check in 3 times for a reward after signing up. But there is no way to check in! It gives you a check-in code that does nothing & goes nowhere. There is no way to pay for your meal in the app. I had to scan the paper ticket and go to a third-party website. I was not credited in the app because there is NO WAY TO DO SO. So: no real functionality, no reward perks, no way to get them. Useless.

Hot garbage. Heaven forbid you swap to another app while you're making an order it will go back to the main screen and make you select a restaurant all over again. All the other reviews are spot on with this just being an all-around poorly designed and poorly optimized app. Better to go on their website which is also poorly designed but it's functional. I'm literally starving but I decided to write this review instead. The food is solid but it's as though don't want you to use their app or site.

Very bad app, love the food but the app is very glitchy, slow and freezes a lot, I placed an order and it timed out and kicked me off but told me the order was not placed even though it was. Scrolling is a nightmare and every time I go to order I have to choose the restaurant closest to me out of all the restaurants IN THE WORLD! If it doesn't get fixed soon I am deleting the app

This app is garbage. It's just as bad as Applebee's only for different reasons. Everything on the page is spastic. No matter what I hit it doesn't stay put, it moves around to different items so you can't even select the item you want because it's already moved on to something else or it moves back to the first item in the row. What's the point of these apps if they don't even work. Better off calling the restaurants direct, takes a lot less time and it wastes less of your time.

This app is absolutely terrible. Constantly freezes, scrolling side-to-side doesn't work. It is incredibly slow and laggy. It's been a good six months since this app was changed and has barely been working. I find it incredible that nobody at the 99 company or the app developer has noticed that there's significant issues with this app. Please fix it. Now. And if you can't just put it back the way it was before you broke it, please.

App is un-usable. I just got it for the first time and it is so slow, glitchy and freezes so bad that I gave up to put an order because it was taking so long to function. Also when signing up, it gave the "option" to opt into emails or not, but would not let you continue to the next step unless you opted in. So it forces you to check "opt into email" to continue even though typing in your email is "optional." I'm prepared to receive a bunch of junk emails now even though I will probably uninstal

The food is fine, but the app is horrible. It freezes often and doesn't remember what restaurant I chose or my car or the food in my cart. I always have to start over from the beginning. I have completed orders from the app, but sometimes I just give up after it freezes a few times in a row. Also I can't seem to use the rewards I've earned. It just says it's invalid and one of the times erased my order after trying to use the reward so I have to make it again...

With all the glitches mentioned below that I experienced I was eventually able to place an order some time ago. However for a while now the app and the internet page will not let me place an order. It keeps saying "fill out all fields" even though I have, and it refuses to go past that page so my order never goes through. It happens over and over. Both in app and internet page!!!!
