When watching series, this app will not autoplay the next episode. It's practically impossible to start episodes to begin with, because it will not play on the first try, or the second try, and sometimes not even on the third try. Sometimes, not often, the app will stop streaming all together. It takes restarting my phone and trying it or uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again. I liked some of the fixes that were done in the last update, but these are the most annoying.

This app crashes all the time. I'll be in the middle of a show & then suddenly I'm looking at my home screen. None of my other apps do this, and it works just fine on my Moto G5+, but on my Fire Stick, I'm forever having to reload the app & hunt down the episode I was watching. 2. it'll often jump to ads right in the middle of a show instead of waiting for the ad breaks, and then the ads play again at the ad break. It's infuriating, I'm not the only one w/these issues, & it needs to be fixed.

Like the app for the most part but it kinda has a lot of commercials. I'm not sure what the point of choosing a long commercial or an interactive commercial is either way you still watch the same amount of commercials. I think if you choose a longer commercial then it should go a longer period Of time without commercials. It would also be better if you could make a "watch list"

The app is horrible! It has 4-7 commercials every 3-4 minutes! The app always lags, freezes, and crashes and it always seems to happen right after or during the commercial break! Then after it crashes and I go back to resume the show, guess what? I have to watch all the commercials AGAIN! This also goes for if you turn off the show, the next time you play it and resume, it makes you watch commercials even if there just was a commercial break a minute before.

Very good content and I stream with no problems. Video player is intuitive and I can navigate easily. But WOW so many commercials. I usually don't mind ads but it needs to be toned down a bit. You will get frustrated if you download because you will see 5 minutes of a show and 3 minutes of ads. Not only that if you decide to skip 30 min of a show the ads stack on each other. Beside the agonizing ads I see no problems with the app itself.

Very faulty app. On my Samsung smart TV it randomly stops working and has other errors. When I play a show it will freeze and the audio will continue playing and I will not be able to do anything else. When a show is done playing it will go to a black screen and I cannot do anything else with the app unless I reset the tv. Using the rewind or fast forward makes it freeze. I cannot see any new episodes added to the app unless I delete and reinstall it. I had to do the same with the android app.

I think the app could be definitely improved by adding a feature to cast to a smart tv. The navigation is unwieldy, with everything laid out in a huge list rather than broken down alphabetically. A lot of desirable content is not included, such as A&E Mysteries. Also, the seemingly endless reams of ads would be easier to endure if there was a progress bar along the bottom of the screen, as there is for an actual program.

Decent app. My main problem is the app when paused doesn't put my phone into sleep mode. This is the only app I've ever had to do that. I paused a video then went to go do yard work and when I came back the app the picture was still on my screen stagnant. No problems with freezing and the advertisement amount is "ok" so far. I do appreciate the ability to watch without paying a subscription fee. *I have to mute vol for CoD ads - loud annoying twitch streamers yelling(an issue with volume on ads)

I can't watch a full show. As soon as it does the ridiculous commercial it goes to a blank screen and nothing. I've relaunched, cleared cache all that Jazz. The video player itself doesn't even come up for me to pause, play, rewind, fast forward etc. I have a Note 20 so it's not like it's an outdated phone. Software is good on both. Just all around bad.

Really would love to use this app more but its way too glitchy. When it comes back from ads, sometimes it jumps ahead or to a different part of the episode so I have to constantly try to click around to get back to where I was. This also tends to lead me to have to rewatch the same breaks over and over. There are already too many ad breaks for streaming and this problem makes its even more frustrating. Another issue is the episodes tend to skip so the same line gets repeated 2x or 3x.

Constant issues with streaming. Impossible to cast, glitches and crashes. If you do get it to stream, it's pointless. All you get is constantly repeating commercials, even repeating back to back. When you aren't watching a single commercial on repeat, you're watching the same set of 4 commercials, constantly. until you eventually get so annoyed of the commercials you give up on your show cuz it's just not worth it.

This app is extraordinarily asinine. While navigation is easy, watching is not. There are entirely too many ads. No doubt to push people towards their new subscription streaming service. Ads repeat back to back and are often the same at every break. Starting any new episode automatically forces you to watch 3-5 minutes of ads. If you close out and resume, you have to sit through all the ad breaks you already went through. Casting to a TV is also virtually impossible.

Been using this app for years and watched multiple shows on it. Unfortunately it seems to have run its course. Now when I open it, it crashes immediately and doesn't even allow me to access content. I uninstalled and reinstalled, refreshed, cleared storage and nothing works, so I guess I'm uninstalling for good. Also, the ads others reference are a nightmare. You're asked to choose your ad and then it plays whatever anyway, and if you get 8-10 minutes in of your content, you're lucky. Oh well.

Even with internet and wifi ( both work great, I'm able to access other channels and apps with no problem) it goes to home, when you pick a show it opens the show and then it buffers and buffers and buffers some more. It does it also on my TV, so it's only inherent with A&E. It's frustrating to say the least. And when you can get the channel to play (it's been a week now), every five minutes it goes to commercial. Wth??

Show selection is great and its a free app so the ads make sense. However, the problem is that it was working great the first two days I used it. But now, when casting from my phone to the tv, the image quality tanks and it gets really blurry. Also, it has started to crash altogether as well. These two issues are happening very frequently now. If it continues, then I wont be able to continue to use the app. I really hope their app engineering team will take a look into it...

I'd probably be able and willing to rate this app much higher if I could actually watch anything. For starters, it forces you to be connected to wifi for much of the shows (my mobile data works just fine so I shouldn't have to be connected to wifi). Then, when you are, it crashes not even 5 minutes into whatever you were attempting to watch. Reset the app, try to watch again... It crashes and says "this video is unavailable." Please fix.

Absolute garbage app that refuses to play more than 10 minutes of an episode! Once it goes to commercial (those play fine) and they're done it won't go back to the show and just stays on the spinning wheel glitching out. I was hoping with a new update this would be fixed as this app has done this for years but nope, not fixed. Very disappointing
