Using the call Center. I was put on hold, ca. 9:30 pm, for over 45 minutes. After almost one hour waiting, the lousy answering recording, just terminated the call. Thereafter I tried to download this app here three times, only to receive a message that the Bank :"oops , something went wrong..... please try again later". What quality control does this bank have? Had it not been for the excellent personal interaction with my branch manager, I would definitely and swiftly switch banks.

When I attempt to login, it prompts with login issue. Although the username and password are correct

Below average, app doesn't suppport biometric login (fingerprint), password rules are too stupid, password change requests are too fast that I can't memorize it my self. Slow online and offline transfers.. can't copy tolen from token app, besides this app fails to redirect me to the token app, this bank is not progressive as it should be like other compatitor banks

If you suffer from token errors in every transaction, it's because the 1 hour increase of daylight saving made since April, you need to reset your mobile clock to be automatic, hence, it will be 1 hour early. you can finish your transactions successfully & revert your mobile setting to manual clock again. as for IT team, you need to adjust servers' clocks to sync the token verification successfully versus current dynamic daylight saving settings on phones. application is good and helpful.

Excellent! Very essy to use and has all the features that I need on daily basis like checking balances, tracking transactions and the donations features is very straightforward and my experience has been very smooth with the App. I loved the feature of hiding the balance to be very useful in case i want to show the screen to someone. I consider it to be one of the best banking Apps in the market

We can not change expired password, evertime it says " it seems that you have used this password before, please choose a new password " please fix it ASAP!

For some unknown reason, biometrics login is not working with the app though it's working fine with the phone itself and other apps. The tech support couldn't help me. Huawei p30 lite

The worst bank experience ever in most branches, with lying and requests lost! LOST! Not just late! LOST! So you go after a month and you discover they just lost the request and you have to wait another month! The worst banking app ever. You cannot login. In the rare case you can you cannot really do anything through the app. The most useless app ever. Is as if they just have an app because they went to say yes we have an app.Thank God I left this horrible bank & deleting the app permanently.

App. very unreliable when making transfers to other banks. Then end up going to bank to fill out paper form for transfer.

Always problems with login. I get the message, "The user is already logged in, please logout from the other session and try again." This can continue for a day. There must be a way to reset the session after 20 mins or so of inactivity. Please fix this it's annoying.

The AAIB app used to be good, but right now a lot of login issues and when checking the balance it gives an error, I tried for an hour to pay my credit card from the app and couldn't, I ended up paying the amount via instapay from my debit to credit, which have been something I could do in less than a minute before the update via the app Also please add biometric login, it's 2024 already
