Not sure how to cancel this if someone can email me details. Click cancel and brings you to google play store and cannot do anything but uninstall or open. And uninstall will not cancel subscription. I could never login to the app to begin with. Was not impressed for something being paid for annually

The read to me books are just skipping. All of the books does that. It has been a problem for 3 months

ABCmouse 2 it's a app that you can use to teach your siblings on how to pronounce words and syllables. It has helped many people because one can do many activities without getting distracted by the children as it keeps them busy. I just love it.

You "only" have 8 games left today. What an obvious psychological trick to make a kid feel like there isn't enough. Wasn't a fan of a 2 year old needing tickets to play games in order either... is that developmentally appropriate for a 2 year old? Neither of these things are really appropriate for the age. This app is the equivalent of McDonald's.. a bunch of trash that isn't really good for a small child, but somehow okay because it's advertised as "kid friendly".

It has a lot of diversion, when a child learns a new concept, the app changes it for the next time, a new concept will appear in the next task.

it was so fun and I don't so much for it. And I am in second way it teaches me everything I need to know I guess I'm not feeling right now in the third grade

Garbage. They no longer support the site and require the use of the app and all the progress and account details are just gone. They also renewed automatically when I had explicitly only purchased 1 year. Done with this. Don't sign up for it.

can't cancel can't chat with customer support, not as good as the first one. not for 9+ it only goes to second grade. its not any better. very babyish. also for only 3 kids. you can't add a 4th or 5th kid. I want to cancel and can't cancel.

I updated this review because I spoke with a wonderful representative, mrs. Diana who explained all my issues and helped me find a solution. our family loves the abc mouse family and their programs. our children stay engaged and love playing abc mouse, abc mouse 2 and adventure academy! thank you again, mrs. Diana for all the help!

Was offered a 30 day trial and i accepted. I was on day 7 of trial when My kids decided they no longer want the app as it keeps freezing and the games were not challenging enough. I went to cancel the trial and I had been charged $59.99 for the year!! I only wanted to try the app as advertised!! Now I'm down $60 and I have contacted the company and no one is getting back to me!! I'll be going to my bank today ! This is the worst app I have ever used. I will be telling others about this!!

A million times better than the first: this one is actually fun for kids (not just teacher approved). I have one complaint that will keep me from paying for the full service, though: the developers try to force parents to subscribe by not only not allowing more than the daily games. They also completely shut the game down after you finish. You can't even use the tickets you've already won or play with the rewards you've earned. Horse puckey! That'll get me to delete, not buy. No blackmail.

My daughter loves the new app but unfortunately my son can not play due to the app not being available for fire tablets. I have been a part of the abc mouse community for almost 10 years so this is very disappointing to me and my family that it still is not available on fire tablets. it is a good app otherwise but for that reason I'm giving 3 stars.

So I've read all the reviews previously written and i just wanted to share my experience. I understand some of the difficulties, i cannot download this app on my mac book, however it is downloaded on my two phones and tablet, four kids of different ages that are learning. I have no problem at all with the connection and we live in the country but the speed is great. There is a variety of different lessons and games. I thought it was incredibly cheap, $60 for the year and on 3 different devices.
